I grew up in a Christian home all my life. And I was a self proclaimed "Christian" but I was living like the world. As the Bible says, Even though I confessed Christ with my mouth, my heart was far from Him. I had quite the journey over the past year. God by His sovereign nature has opened my eyes and changed my heart to live from Him and put the worldly desires behind me. I have learned that true joy and peace comes from our relationship with Jesus Christ and not the pleasures of this world.
