If you don’t know, Jesus, and if you have not read his last day warnings, you would no doubt, not know his signs for these last days, one of which is wars and rumors of wars. Currently, we are watching two major wars, one with Russia and Ukraine. The other, which is even more important is Israeli attack against Hamas that began October 7, 2023 there is a new report Israel’s fighting a multi front war. Prophecy watchers are keeping on the watch to see if this new war between Israel and Hamas will turn into the Psalm 83 war where bordering nations around Israel will all attack Israel at the same time.

Look what Jesus warned us about the last days church called the Laodiceans church that we see in revelation chapter 3 starting at verse 14. 14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
The church in Laodicea had grown lukewarm and useless. Their selfish focus on wealth and culture kept them from living on purpose in this life. But Jesus offered them a second chance. He wanted a relationship with them again, and that relationship would put the church back on mission. In the history of the church, our generation has finally reached the laodicean church. It’s up to you, whether the Lord sees you as a lukewarm Christian or not. I pray your heart would burn with desire for that personal relationship with Christ in these last days.
There Is A Problem In The Church Today: Slumbering, Self-Serving, Christian Leaders
There is a problem in the church today. But it isn’t a problem unique to the church. This is a problem which existed at the time of the prophet Isaiah also. The problem I am referring to relates to the action or, rather, inaction of many Christian leaders.
Before we get to that, let’s understand Isaiah’s description of slumbering, self-serving spiritual leaders.
Isaiah 56:9-12 reads: “All ye beasts of the field, come to devour, yea, all ye beasts in the forest. His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber. Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter. Come ye, say they, I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and to morrow shall be as this day, and much more abundant.”
Spiritual leaders are “watchmen” who must be awake to the dangers that threaten God’s people. The watchman’s task was not confined to mere observation, but extended to sounding the alarm, alerting the inhabitants of a city to the imminent danger they faced. This was a heavy responsibility. In fact, you could say that the role was characterised by these five important qualifications:
- Commitment to their role;
- Confronting complacency;
- Resisting compromise;
- Acting with conviction; and
- Undertaking their role with courage.
The spiritual leaders that Isaiah spoke of were not hailed as courageous watchmen, but dumb dogs that stayed silent when danger approached. Israel was in a perilous situation, but the watchmen were completely unaware of those things that should have gripped their attention. Sound familiar!?
We live in the most exciting time of church history. Yet, many Christian leaders couldn’t be less interested, even as we clearly see shadows of the Tribulation Period!

Tropical Cyclone “Megan” formed on March 16, 2024, in the Gulf of Carpentaria as the 5th named storm of the 2023/24 Australian region cyclone season. A Christian organization that for decades has simply handed out free Bibles is being blocked from its mission by a Georgia hospital, and sources report it’s because of the leftist ideology there involving “diversity, equity and inclusion.”
We know from Jesus warning, we would see diseases in the last days, which we are definitely seeing all sorts of diseases popping up, one of which was COVID-19, and then all of its variants, what we did not expect is that pharmaceuticals would be making experimental vaccines that would do more harm than good, which we are now learning. Since Jesus said, the last days would happen as a woman in birthpangs, expect to not only see more diseases popping up, but the rest of the last day signs becoming more intense as well, including the temperature of the Earth, the massive storms, the crime and all of the other signs Jesus left us in Matthew chapter 24.
