We know to watch for the price of Gold and Silver to rise. As you can see from the Revelation people will be weeping over these items. The State dept. is spending 770 million on refurbishing Muslim mosques and paying for their internet services! Ask yourself this question. Why is Obama doing this when we have 47 million people on food stamps and millions out of work. Have you every heard of Obama giving money to Christian Churches to refurgish them? No. Just another sign of a man who calls himself a Chrisitan but his fruits prove other wise! My message to President Obama is this. Mr President my Ministry is a free ministry and I never charge anyone for anything I do. Most times I wonder how I will keep paying for my Internet service where it is used to help feed the poor, hand out Bibles for free, hand out my prophecy book for free. For a very long time I have been showing you signs the psalm 83 war will be fought soon. I was given the following message below today that gives us details that we are not being shown in the news. Could this information point to the next Middle East conflict against Israel? After reading the email I would say yes.
This was sent to Gene from a friend in Colorado Springs, Bill Combs, who is a minister. One of Bill’s friends, Scott B. had received this from his brother who lives in Jerusalem.

My brother and his family live in Jerusalem – he is a minister – and a former Navy SEAL – His office is close to one of Israel's largest underround military bases. He called me last night which is very unusual – usually it is email. He called to tell me that he is sending his family back to the U.S. immediately due to what he is seeing happen within the last week and what he is being told by his military contacts in both the Israel and US military. He said he is seeing with his own eyes military movements the likes of which he has never seen in his 20+ years in Israel. What he called a massive redeployment and protective tactics of forces is underway.
Over the last two days he has seen anti-aircraft missile deployments through out the Jerusalem area including 3 mobile units that he can see from his office windows. Inaddition, he has seen very large Israeli armored columns moving fast toward the Sinai where Egypth as now moved in armor. There are reports of the top military leaders meeting with Israel's Sr.Rabbi which is something that has happened preceding every prior military campaign.
His admonition is to watch carefully and pray for Israel and its people. He is convinced that barring something extraordinary Israelwill attack Iran – with or without the US- and very soon. It is the belief in Israel that Obama does not stand with Israel but with the Arab countries.He has told me before that Israel will saber rattle from time to time but that this time is very different from what he is seeing and hearing. He was at the Wailing Wall 2 days ago and there were hundreds of IDF soldiers there. As he was leaving he passed at least 20 military buses full of soldiers in route to the wall. He has never seen this before either.
Just thought I would pass this along. My brother is not an alarmist by any means. When he talks like this it gets my attention for sure and usually I find he knows more than he shares. There are reports that Israel is asking Obama to come to Israel immediately but they are being answered with silence. My opinion is that I see the making of the perfect storm.
PS: by BillCombs I have been studying scripture for the past 37 years (earning a doctorate in Philosophy of Religion along the way) and much of it has been in the school of prophecy; I do not see Israel being pushed into the sea or annihilated by the Muslims. In fact, God’s people only need Jehovah for protection; although, if American leadership chooses, through Obama, not to support Israel, it could mean the beginning of her demise. I just pray, if this happens, there will be enough back bone in Washington &/or military to correct the misguided situation. Yes, it may mean a coups d'état; translation: strike (against the) state/government, but it may mean the only way this country would be spared from the wrath of God. At the same time, martial law may be instituted which Obama has been talking about recently. Either way, Christians, we need to get serious about praying for Israel as the Bible encourages the church to do. {Be careful of your neighbors – be sure who and what they are.}Hope for the best – but be prepared for the worst. Another scripture I am claiming is found in (Ps. 109:8) “Let his days be few; and let another take his office.”

Could this year be the year of the rapture? Every September during the Feast of Trumpets I ask you to be ready to go home with the Lord just in case this is the year the Lord has chosen to take us home. I am excited just to think that this Feast of Trumpets we may be home with our Christ. However, if the Lord delays the Rapture of the Chruch everyone should still be as excited knowing that that blessed day is not far off. What ever Jesus does this Feast of Trumpets he will still be GOOD.

The first month according to God's instructions to Moses, would begin on the new moon when the barley was Abib. The drought has been so severe since 1999, that the barley being Abib, until last year, has been a month later than the Rabbis have said. THIS YEAR, SINCE LAST FEAST OF TRUMPETS, ISRAEL HAS SEEN THE MOST ABUNDANT RAINS EVER. ….ROSH HASHANAH The Feast of Trumpets or Rosh Hashanah is the first day of the seventh month (Tishri).Lev 23:24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, an holy convocation.Themes linked to THIS Feast of the Lord are repentance, resurrection, kingship, coronation and a marriage feast. Rosh Hashanah is not only the start of "The Day of the Lord" (Millennium), but is also the day of the resurrection! It has to do with the moon and its 29-½-day cycle of renewal.In this period of slightly less than 30 days, the moon goes from darkness to light and back to darkness again.
This is not a haphazard occurrence attributed to evolution or science. God planned it for many reasons, one being as a picture of resurrection and renewal. With each cycle of nearly 30 days the ancient rabbis understood that the moon was being reborn or "born again." NEW MOONSIn Yeshua's day, the moon was so important that a Jewish festival was proclaimed at the beginning of every month. This was called the New Moon Festival and in the apostle Paul makes note of it (Colossians 2:16). King David provoked King Saul over it (1Samuel 20:5). In the millennium all nations will celebrate the New Moon festival every month Isaiah 66:23. It is obvious from the Scriptures that in the millennium God has no plans to do away with His system.Since it is so important, exactly what is a new moon? It is the opposite of a full moon. Every month the moon goes through a complete cycle of renewal called Rosh Chodesh, the head or beginning of the renewed month. Twelve times a year on Rosh Chodesh, the moon always starts off with its disk being very dark to the naked eye. Over the course of 15 days it gets brighter and brighter until it finally reaches a full white-faced disk or full moon.
Over the next 15 days it becomes darker and darker and finally becomes invisible to the naked eye again.The ancient rabbis saw a great lesson in this. Just as the moon has no light of its own but receives its light from the sun, so we too have no light of our own and must receive it from God. As the moon goes through a near 30-day cycle of dark to light to dark, so we need constant spiritual renewal and repentance. Like the moon, we too must be reborn or "born again" into the Messiah and constantly renewed through REPENTANCE. This is why God called the moon a faithful witness in the sky Psalm 89:37. We have lost touch with God's faithful witness in the sky. But Yeshua, and the people of His day never lost touch with it. The new moon was necessary for the Jewish calendar, and it was also a monthly festival celebrated with a feast fit for a king! So, when Yeshua said His famous words Matthew 24:36, it had far-reaching implications. Here are the words of Yeshua in Matt 24:36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. Taking phrases out of Jewish context can lead one to misunderstand His words. For example, in many places of the New Testament. Yeshua knew the future and talked about it openly. In one instance He warned His disciples about their future saying, "See, I have told you ahead of time" Matthew 24:25. His context concerned the tribulation, the destruction of the Temple, the rise and fall of false messiahs (antichrists), etc. If He knew the future in Matt 24:25, and the context is about the Day of Trouble.
Why would He suddenly speak as though He did not know the future in the same context just 11 verses later in Matt 24:36? Was He confused? Or was He making perfect sense in light of the customs of the Jews? The phrase, "Of that day and hour no man knows" refers to the sanctification or setting apart of the new moon. Twelve times a year a new Jewish month (Rosh Chodesh) was announced to the people. We have no system like it today. We look at a calendar to determine the first of the month; the Jews, however, looked at the moon. This system of time keeping was given to the Jews to know precisely when the Holy Feasts of the Lord would fall.
The moon was the faithful Jewish calendar or witness in the sky. And 12 times a year was sanctified as the basis of the Jewish calendar.To correctly announce the first day of the month, established by the new moon, was one of the Sanhedrin's greatest responsibilities. They had to ensure the people knew when the first of the month began 12 times a year! Therefore God said to the leaders of Israel:Leviticus 23:4 These are the feasts of the LORD, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.As soon as the new moon was announced, the first day of the month began. In Hebrew, those observances have always been called "appointed times" or moedim, literally "a sacred and set time". From God's perspective, the appointed times belong to Him and no one has the authority to change the celebration of an appointed time. To do so was a serious matter and great sin. Appointed times had to be kept because of their Messianic implications. Also notice the phrase, "holy convocation". God's appointed times are actually "holy rehearsals" set apart to reflect events in the Messianic era. God said to the people, "Pay attention! On this day I am going to do something! Wake-up! The Jews were to know and practice all of God's holy convocations. This is the essence of Paul's words that the Shabbat, new moons and festivals, "are a shadow of things to come to the body of Messiah" (Colossians 2:17).
Twice a year, in the spring and fall, there were several appointed times and specific days of holy convocation dedicated to the Lord. The new moon was the key in being able to fulfill those set times, holy convocations and rehearsals. For example, when the new moon was announced on the first day of Nisan, also called Aviv, or Abib, the people knew when to observe the holy convocations and set times. Again, once the Sanhedrin set Rosh Chodesh, or the beginning of the new month by sighting the new moon, the rest of the festivals were calculated. However because of the 29.5 day cycle, and a 365.25 day year some years would need a 13th month. Determining the new moon in the FIRST month of Abib or Nissan was the most important for that determination set the appointed times or Feast of the Lord for the whole year. That first month called Nissan was also called Abib. When the BARLEY WAS ABIB. When the barley would be abib means that it has grain heads at the time of the new moon in Jerusalem. This can also be effected by a lack of sufficient rain. With no rain the barley seeds would not germinate. The barley would not be seen abib if there was no rain. Then, all the feasts of the Lord would be postponed by a month in that year.
The seventh month, Tishri, was particularly important because it was the only month that had a holy convocation or appointed time on the first day of the month. This posed a unique problem. The first day of Tishri was the appointed time called Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets (Leviticus 23:24). Yet no one could begin observing the festival until they heard those famous words from the President of the Sanhedrin, "Sanctified!" No one in Israel could plan for the first day of the seventh month Tishri, called Yom Teruah or the Feast of Trumpets (also called Rosh Hashanah). When they knew how many days to count to a festival, that would be easy.But: HOW COULD THEY PLAN FOR A FESTIVAL THAT THEY DID NOT KNOW AT WHAT DAY OR HOUR IT WOULD PUBLICLY BE ANNOUNCED AND THUS BEGIN?That is why, to this day, the Feast of Trumpets is a 2 day feast of the Lord.This was unique to Rosh Hashanah and dependent upon the testimony of the two witnesses. Prophetically, we are informed of two important witnesses during the Great Tribulation: Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto My Two Witnesses, and they will prophesy 1260 days, clothed in sackcloth. Of course, anyone could look up into the twilight or early morning sky and, if they looked hard enough, see the new moon or at least its "horns". And certainly a good observer knew when about 29-½ days were completed since the previous Rosh Chodesh.
Once proclaimed, the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) commenced. Until that public announcement, everyone had to wait before they could begin the observance of the festival. No one could begin the festival beforehand! Thus, we can more clearly see the analogy Jesus made with His words: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only" was in regard to this important festival of the Feast of Trumpets. Jesus told the apostles as clearly as possible that His Second coming and end of the age of grace and testing of mankind as we know it, was what the Feast of Trumpets is all about. The Feast of Trumpets calls us to seek the Lord while HE MAY YET BE FOUND! Feast of Trumpets, Modern Rosh Hashanah, is the sounding of the trumpets on the first day of the seventh month (Tishri) of the religious calendar year (Lev. 23:24; Num. 29:1). The trumpet referred to here was the shofar, a ram's horn. It was distinctive from the silver trumpets blown on the other new moons. Silver trumpets were sounded at the daily burnt offering and at the beginning of each new month (Num. 10:10), but the shofar specifically was blown on the beginning of the month Tishri. This day evolved into the second most holy day on the modern Jewish religious calendar. It begins the "ten days of awe" before the day of atonement. According to Lev. 23:24-27 the celebration consisted of the blowing of trumpets, a time of rest, and "an offering made by fire."HOW TO KEEP THE APPOINTED FEAST OF TRUMPETS The scriptural recommended way of observing this feast is the way Ezra lead the people of God.

Seek the Lord while HE MAY YET BE FOUND!Click Here For The GJiGT Messianic Celebration of YOM KIPPUR.The Day of Atonement or Yom Kippur came on the tenth day of the seventh month (Tishri-Sept./Oct.) and the fifth day before the feast of tabernacles (Lev. 16:1-34; Num. 29:7-11). According to Leviticus 23:27-28, four main elements comprise this most significant feast. First, it was to be a "holy convocation," drawing the focus of the people to the altar of divine mercy. The holy One of Israel called the people of Israel to gather in His presence and give their undivided attention to Him. Secondly, they were to "humble their souls" ("afflict your souls," Lev. 23:27). This was explained by later tradition to indicate fasting and repentance. Israel understood that this was a day for mourning over their sins. The seriousness of this requirement is reiterated in Leviticus 23:29, "For whatsoever soul it be that shall not be afflicted in that same day, he shall be cut off from among his people." Thirdly, offerings are central to the day of aton ement. The Bible devotes an entire chapter (Lev. 16) to them. They are also listed in Numbers 29:7-11. In addition to these, when the day fell on a Sabbath, the regular Sabbath offerings were offered. The fourth and final element of the day involved the prohibition of labor. The day of atonement was a "Sabbath of rest" (Lev. 23:32), and the Israelites were forbidden to do any work at all. If they disobeyed, they were liable to capital punishment (Lev. 23:30).
The center point of this feast involved the high priest entering the holy of holies. Before entering, the high priest first bathed his entire body, going beyond the mere washing of hands and feet as required for other occasions. This washing symbolized his desire for purification. Rather than donning his usual robe and colorful garments (described in Ex. 28 and Lev. 8), he was commanded to wear special garments of linen. Also, the high priest sacrificed a bullock as a sin offering for himself and for his house (Lev. 16:6). After filling his censer with live coals from the altar, he entered the holy of holies where he placed incense on the coals. Then he took some of the blood from the slain bullock and sprinkled it on the mercy seat ("atonement cover,") and also on the ground in front of the ark, providing atonement for the priesthood (Lev. 16:14-15). Next he sacrificed a male goat as a sin offering for the people. Some of this blood was then also taken into the hol y of holies and sprinkled there on behalf of the people (Lev. 16:11-15). Then he took another goat, called the "scapegoat" (for "escape goat"), laid his hands on its head, confessed over it the sins of Israel, and then released it into the desert where it symbolically carried away the sins of the people (Lev. 16:8,10). The remains of the sacrificial bullock and male goat were taken outside the city and burned, and the day was concluded with additional sacrifices.
According to Hebrews chapters 8, 9, &10, this ritual is a symbol of the atoning work of Christ, our great high Priest. He did not need to make any sacrifice for Himself but shed His own blood for our sins. As the high priest of the Old Testament entered the holy of holies with the blood of sacrificial animals, Jesus entered heaven itself to appear on our behalf in front of the Father (Heb. 9:11,12). Each year the high priest repeated his sin offerings for his own sin and the sins of the people, giving an annual reminder that perfect and permanent atonement had not yet been made. But Jesus, through His own blood, accomplished eternal redemption for His people (Heb. 9:12). Just as the sacrifice of the day of atonement was burned outside the camp of Israel, Jesus suffered outside the gate of Jerusalem so that He might redeem His people from sin (Heb. 13:11,12). The modern Jewish day of atonement (Yom Kippur) is devoid of blood sacrifice but does include a ten-day period (called "days of awe") of penitence, prayer, and fasting in preparation for the most solemn day on the Jewish religious calendar. The feast of Rosh Hashanah (the head of the year) initiates this ten-day period.

I wanted to point out to everybody a funny coincidence??? Please note that I am not making ANY predictions however God does do things in patterns, cycles, etc. He also has a sense of humor. Just saying we should be on an extra special or high alert watch right now. Most of us know the significance to Rosh Hashana and the connections it has to the rapture. This year Rosh Hashana begins sundown on Sunday Sept.16th and ends sundown on Tuesday Sept.18th. What strikes me as funny is the scripture below that deals with the rapture. Notice the verse numbers…..16, 17, 18. We know we are in the season, hopefully this weekend will be it. Time for everyone to get prayed up to ensure our hearts are 100% right with God. We fly SOON.

Bird flu has spread to two more provinces in northern Vietnam. According to the Department of Animal Health under the Vietnam' s Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, bird flu has spread to seven provinces in Vietnam's northern and central regions including Ha Tinh, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh, Bac Giang, Quang Ngai, Tuyen Quang and Hoa Binh. In Tuyen Quang province, more than 17,600 infected fowls had been culled. To prevent the spreading of H5N1 virus, the province's Department of Animal Health has implemented strict measures in response to the epidemics, including establishing a steering Committee for avian influenza epidemic prevention and control at all levels from district to commune, setting up mobile checkpoints to control illegal poultry transportation, killing infected poultry and stopping all poultry slaughtering, purchasing and transporting activities in the infected areas.
Anyone who has read the prophecies concerning starvation, and read Revelation 6:6 where we see people living during the tribulation will have to work all day long for one very small meal. Is there any remote likelihood that Israel feels the need to resort to military action now, before the American elections?
I’m not going to go into any details about operations. I would like to say that the American elections don’t play any role in our calculations. The only issue that is crucial here is the speed with which the Iranian nuclear program is accelerating, both in terms of its accumulation rate — the rate at with which they are producing enriched uranium, both at 3.5% and 20% — and the rate at which the Iranian nuclear program (is being moved) underground (with) its facilities beyond our capabilities to interdict.
On that second point, is there an estimate? Is Israel incapable of having a substantive impact on the Iranian program if nothing is done within the next six months, or year? Or three months?
All I can say is that our window is small, and it’s growing much smaller.
The counter-argument to why there is no Obama-Netanyahu meeting in the context of a military warning about complicity might be that Israel is about to do something, and therefore the last thing the president wants to do is be complicit by meeting the prime minister. Do you think that’s possibly the case?
I think that what happened there was a scheduling problem. I know it sounds mundane but the fact is these are two busy individuals and the prime minister was coming to New York between Jewish holidays (in between Yom Kippur and Succot) and the president couldn’t be in New York at that time.
They’re not going to move the heavens and the earth and cancel, I don’t know, the president’s meeting with the leader of Egypt, who’s a 9/11 semi-denier, for the sake of a meeting with Mr Netanyahu?
You have to ask the Egyptian ambassador but I think that (Obama meeting with President Mohammed Morsi) is happening prior to Netanyahu’s arrival in New York.
So the meeting’s a lost cause?
The prime minister will meet with the secretary of state (Hillary Clinton).
And you don’t think that ultimately there will be an Obama-Netanyahu meeting, maybe in Washington, at some stage on this trip?
As far as I know there’s a scheduling difficulty.

The White House turns down a meeting with the only true friend and ally that America has in the Middle East because of "scheduling conflicts?" Considering that the Israelis most assuredly are giving serious consideration to launching a pre-emptive strike against Iran's nuclear facilities, an act which would likely drag the United States into war with Iran, it's mind-boggling that the President wouldn't take time out from his golf game to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Israel must ask itself what will happen if the U.S. fails to take action to stop Iran's nuclear program, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Israel Hayom in a special Rosh Hashanah interview this week.
In the interview, to be published in full on Sunday, Netanyahu addressed recent assessments by top defense officials, who suggested that there is still time before action against Iran becomes necessary. "I hear all those people who say that we should wait until the very last minute. But what if the U.S. doesn't intervene? That is a question we have to ask," he said.
Netanyahu also dismissed allegations that his insistence on red lines, beyond which the U.S. would commit to taking military action against Iran, was impacting the presidential race currently underway in the U.S., saying, "This is nonsense because the issue that is guiding me is not the U.S. elections, but the centrifuges in Iran, and what can I do if the centrifuges in Iran are inconsiderate of the U.S. political timetable? If the Iranians were to hit the 'pause' button and halt their uranium enrichment and bomb preparation until after the elections, I would be able to wait."
In addition, the prime minister explained that the gaps between Washington's and Jerusalem's stances on the Iranian issue revolve "not on a question of dates, but rather on a question of process." Referring to homefront preparedness, Netanyahu said, "You can protect the country from missiles, in one way or another. But there is no protection against atomic bombs. The only way to protect against this is to prevent the creation of such a reality by the enemy, and of course, make it clear to anyone who would ever consider attacking Israel with weapons of mass destruction – do it at your own peril."
HEADLINE: Report: Israeli strike could delay Iran nuclear program by 2 years
An American strike on Iran could delay the Islamic Republic's nuclear program by four years, an Israeli strike could delay it by two, whereas a military operation could lead to an all out war in the Middle East, unite citizens in Iran and widen gaps between the western and Islamic worlds, a report published Thursday by the 'Iran Project' revealed.
The report, which was compiled by former US defense officials and foreign policy experts, reviews the pros and cons of a strike against Iran.The report reveals that military action that relies on aerial strikes supplemented by cyber attacks, covert operations and perhaps special operations forces might destroy or severely damage Iran's nuclear facilities but "in our judgment, complete destruction of Iran’s nuclear program is unlikely; and Iran would still retain the scientific capacity and the experience to start its nuclear program again if it chose to do so."

The report's authors warn that "if Iran’s nuclear program is attacked by the US or Israel in the absence of an international mandate or a multinational coalition, support for maintaining sanctions against Iran could be substantially weakened."
"Moreover it noted that Iran could use "well-armed proxies such as Hezbollah or Shiite militant groups in Iraq, as well as by Iran’s covert forces and the IRGC Qods Force," which could be "even more damaging to US and Israeli interests than direct Iranian retaliation."

I have attached a file that show the grant to Abraham, given to him from God. This promise, and covenant, was the promise and blessing that Abraham, gave to Issac, then was given to Jacob. Jacob's name was changed to Israel. The sons of Jacob/Israel, are the beneficiaries of that promise.

This is a latter day prophecy, as you can read that it is. During the Millenium, the Lord will rule from Israel, in Jerusalem. You can see that Israel of His promise is much bigger than the sliver that is Israel now.
The Oslo peace treaty continues to partion Israel from its rightful promise. All the politicians agree to continue to partion Israel. The curse of God goes to those who agree with this continuing partition, and is nation/corporate, and individual.

Senior PLO member Abu-Ala said Wednesday that the PA was prepared to discuss the possibility of a bi-national state with Israel.

Ahmed Qureia (Abu-Ala), a top member of the Palestine Liberation Organization, said Wednesday that the Palestinian Authority was prepared to discuss the possibility of a bi-national state with Israel. While the PA still preferred the “two-state solution,” the establishment of an Arab state on land liberated by Israel in the Six Day War, a bi-national state, in which the PLO would have a constitutional role in government and PA Arabs would become citizens of Israel, was a possibility as well, Qureia said in an interview on Israel Radio. Speaking on the 19th anniversary of the Oslo Accords, Qureia said that the PA would prefer to follow through on that agreement, but that Israel was “killing Oslo” by continuing to encourage Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria, and construction of the security fence.
Why after over 2 years of the peace process between the PLO and Israel being dead does Ahmed Qureia want to press for a bi-national state with Israel? Let's look at past history with another one of the nations listed in the Psalm 83 war against Israel which is Syria. Let me go back to my Feb. 28, 2011 post where I gave you news concerning Syria's President all of a sudden wanted to start up the peace process again with Israel.
“U.S. Senator John Kerry, the chairman of the Senate's Foreign Relations Committee and a close associate of U.S. President Barack Obama, has been working together with Syrian President Bashar Assad over the last few months on a plan to restart negotiations between Syria and Israel. But Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has been briefed on Kerry's talks with Assad, opposes the plan, since he does not believe Assad is serious about making peace with Israel.”
Israel's Prime Minister knew Syria really didn't want peace and the peace process never got started again. Benjamin Netanyahu can now see Syria didn't really want peace at all because he has recently stated he would invade Israel if he saw his power base was coming to an end.
So what about this latest offer to start up the Middle East peace talks again via Ahmed Qureia's bi-national state with Israel? What do you think Benjamin Netanyahu is thinking about this plan? Here is why I belive Netanyahu thinks it's just another attempt at a Trojan horse. In other words just an attempt to take land from Israel in order to get closer to her so that when they do attack Israel will have less time to react to such an attack.
Ever since the peace process stalled the PLO have engaged in attacks against Israeli's both on the ground and by sending rockets into Israel. I can see what Netanyahu may be thinking which is, if they were really serious about peace why are they still launching rockets?
Netanyahu has mentioned before that the PLO charter has not changed. That charter calls for the destruction of Israel. Here is a quote from a past news report. "JERUSALEM – Reversing course from Israel's previous government, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu accused the PLO of breaking its promise to revoke sections of its charter that call for Israel's destruction. The Palestinians insisted Thursday that they have fulfilled their obligations, and said Israel is violating its signed agreements. Netanyahu's position on the PLO charter appears to be a setback for Israeli-Palestinian peacemaking. Shimon Peres, defeated by Netanyahu by less than 1 percentage point in the May 29 election, had welcomed the PLO's April vote on amending its charter as ""the greatest ideological change of this century. The charter of the Palestinian National Council – the PLO's parliament-in-exile – had called for the destruction of Israel, and Israel-PLO peace accords stipulated that the council must delete those sections of its constitution. But critics claimed the wording of the resolution passed by the council this spring left open the question of whether the charter had in fact been amended. The Israeli watchdog group Peace Watch said an internal PLO document said the charter was frozen, but not annulled."
Here is the bottom line concerning the report that was issued today. "Israeli reaction to the idea of a binational state, which has been discussed internally in Israel for years, has been mixed, with many concerned that Israel would lose its Jewish character – and eventually its status as a Jewish state – as Arab populations grow and eventually take over the reigns of government."
