1) NATIONAL MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRY-
HR 4872 pg. 1014- The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of post market safety and outcomes data on each device that—(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and (B) is—(i) a class III device; or (ii) a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.
Unfortunately I also have to point out that the FDA has issued a “guidance” for Class II Implantable Radiofrequency Transponder System for Patient Identification and Health Information. This does NOT mean we are going to be “chipped” right away. What this means is that the establishment of this Device Registry will enable the government to track us THROUGH the use of these implants when the time comes. 2) The HR 4872 pg. 1014 states that a national medical device registry must be created. When you go to the National Medical Device Registry website
