Steps to fulfilling Rev. 13:16-17 Israel’s Biometric Documents-New on the Third Temple-Rapture question-July 20, 2009

Prophecy Sign: Rev. 13:16-17 tells us one man will be able to control what every one can buy or sell. I have been showing you the steps being taken that is leading the world right to the door that will give one man full control of the world's economy. The day will come that this man will be able to keep you out of the market place unless you take his ID mark. Nation after nation is in the process of making sure everyone has a national ID.  When the global economic crisis  gets worse this man will hit the scene and begin to take over the entire world economy.  A few days ago I showed you that India was in the process of making sure that all of their 1.2 billion people have the biometric ID's.  Now it is Israel's turn. Read this section from Israel today. "The first section of Israel's controversial Biometric Documents Identification Law (the "Biometrics Law") was approved Sunday for its second and third reading by a joint Knesset committee which included MKs from the Science and Interior Committees. The session was headed by MK Meir Sheetrit, himself a former Interior Minister. Sheetrit first proposed the law when he was Interior Minister and has been pushing it through various Knesset committees, despite strong objections from some MKs and citizens' groups. The law empowers the Interior Ministry to set up a database that would include biometric identification information on every Israeli citizen."

Prophecy Sign:  In Daniel 9:27 we see that the man of sin (Antichrist) will confirm a covenant for 7 years and after 3 and a half years he is going to break that covenatnt and set up; his figure in the new Jewish Temple.  This will take place exactly 1,260 days after the covenant is confirmed.  About a month ago told you all you would hear more news about this 3rd Temple and today we saw some of that news. I quote, "(IsraelNN.com) The deputy chief of the Islamist movement in Israel Kimal Al-Khatib told thousands of children in a Saturday Islamist protest on the Temple Mount that the Jewish Temple will never be rebuilt. His speech was published in the Jerusalem-based Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper Monday morning. “If the Jews think that their mourning will end and they will rejoice by destroying the Al-Aqsa mosque and building their Temple, we say to them that their dream will not be fulfilled and they will continue to mourn. Al-Aqsa is for Muslims only,” he said."  If you don't believe in the Lord's warnings about these signs all I can say to you is wait.  When you see the Jewish Temple being rebuilt then you will come to understand Jesus was right on after all!  Maybe at that time you will get on your knees and ask Jesus to forgive and help you.  You see if you see the Temple being rebuilt you probably have missed the rapture of the Lord's Church which means you will have to pass through the next three and a half years of the tribulation.  God help you all who chose this path!  It is a wise man and woman who see the Grace of Christ and receive it now before Jesus takes out His children.

Prophecy Sign: Zech:12:3 tells us that in the last days Jerusalem would become a buredensome stone and that anyone who comes against it will be destroyed.  We see news almost every week that shows America is turning against Israel and is trying to force Israel to bend to the will of the U.S. I quote,  "Isaeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has rejected a reported US request that a building rroject in jerusalem be halted. The project involves building 20 apartments in the mainly Arab East Jerusalem area, which was captured by Israel in 1967. Last week US officials told the Israeli ambassador that the project should be suspended, Israeli media said."  Listen to the news in the coming weeks and you will hear more news  America is pressing Israel. Watch the video at this link and you will see the Israeli's aren't bending to Obama's demands.  As long as the U.S. keeps pressing Israel on the city of Jerusalem and diving the land she will continue to decline as a superpower.  God never fails in His Word and if He told us anyone who comes against Jerusalem will be taken out, you can count that it happening.

Today I want to share with everybody some scriptures that will show us how close we really are to the soon return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to gather up His bride – the TRUE believers – in the event that we call the rapture.  We are much closer than what most of us may think.  Let's put the rapture quetion to the test and I am sure you all will see we the Chruch are leaving soon.

" 1 But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. 2 For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 3 For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. 4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief."  -  I Thess 5:1-4

I would like you all to see something very important in these passages.  In verse1 Paul starts right off with, "But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren…"  Now the question here is – the times and seasons of what?  What is he talking about with the 'times and seasons.'  He is obviously continuing a thought here so if we turn back to Chapter 4 and look at his closing statements in this chapter, we see exactly what it is he is talking about.  "15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words."  Comfort one another?  Why would we need to be "comforting" one another with these words?  (See chapter 5). So what Paul is telling us in verse 1 of chapter 5 is that we won't know exactly when Jesus will be coming to take us away (this is the event that we call the Rapture) and we know this is what he is talking about because this is the topic of his discussion at the end of chapter 4.   And then in verse 2 he talks about the day of the Lord.

Now look at verse 2.  Does verse 2 even make sense?   "……….the day of the Lord comes as a thief in the night." (???)  How can this be?  How can the day of the Lord come as a thief in the night?  What was Paul thinking?

Now please see a very important connection here between the rapture of the church and the beginning of the Tribulation period.  The Rapture of the church and the Tribulation period are directly connected.  Anytime you see the phrases  "day of the Lord" or "day of Christ" mentioned in the Bible, they always refer to the Tribulation period – without exception (Isaiah 13:6, Isaiah  13:9, Zephaniah 1:14,15, Ezekiel 30:3).

So what does it mean that the day of the Lord "comes as a thief in the night?"  It means that when the day of the Lord arrives, millions of people will have disappeared at the same time!   And it will happen suddenly – without warning!   Jesus is going to return to remove His bride – the Church – from the earth and then sudden destruction will come to them who still remain on the earth.  When millions of people suddenly vanish from the earth, the world will be turned upside-down.  It will be as a thief that robbed somebody's house when they weren't expecting it.  One minute the homeowners possessions were in the house and the next minute everthing was taken.  Yes – destruction will be sudden.  The Rapture of the church will be the first judgement of the day of the Lord – or the Tribulation.  Just think of all the drivers of various vehicles and airplanes and jets that will suddenly disappear.  Talk about wrecks!  They will be worldwide.  And the panic and mayhem that will suddenly overwhelm the world.  It is at this precise moment that the "Beast from the Abyss," otherwise known as the Antichrist will make his appearance.   And when he suddenly appears on the scene he will have signs and wonders and miracles that he will be performing and also provide a lie as to what happened to all of us believers.  He will instantly convince the world that he is the Messiah.

Now look at verses 4 and verse 5.  "4 But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. 5 You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness."  -  I Thess 5:1-4   We already know that we won't know the exact day or hour of the Lord's return.  But at the same time it is telling us that this day shouldn't take us a thief.  What differentiates those of us who are sons (and daughters) of the light and and also of the day and those who are not?  It is the Holy Spirit within us.  Those of us who are born of the Spirit have an advantage over those who are not born of the Spirit.  It is the Holy Spirit within us that opens the eyes of our understanding  and IF we are watching for the return of our Lord then the Holy Spirit will acknowledge within us that He is coming soon.   Lastly, notice that again Paul tells us:  " 11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing."  It's obvious that he wants to drill it into their heads that they won't be going through the sudden destruction mentioned in verse 3.  And this also goes for us.  We won't be here either.

So we see that even though we don't know the day or the hour of the return of Jesus for the gathering away of the church, we will recognize the signs that His coming is near and it is the Holy Spirit in us that will help us to see these signs and understand what is going on in the world to confirm this fact.   There is one other well known part of the Bible that confirms that nobody knows the day or the hour of the day of the Lord: “36But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only. 37 But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 38 For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, 39 and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. 40 Then two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. 41 Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. 42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour[f] your Lord is coming. 43 But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. 44 Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect."  -  Matthew 24:36-44
 
Do you notice anything here?  Look at verse 38.  Just before Noah entered the ark, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage.  In other words,  it was business as usual.  They saw no need to pay heed to Noah's warnings because everything was "normal."  
 
These are exactly what the conditions are going to be like when Jesus comes for us Christians!  Everything will be normal.  The economy won't have crashed yet.  The world won't have been struck dead with disease yet.  More major wars won't have broke out yet.  " But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be."  Do you see?  If the economy crashes then people won't be buying and selling.  They won't be eating and drinking as if they don't have a care in the world.  And they certainly won't be marrying if all these things are going on.  This is how close we really are.
 
Current events are taking place around us every day that suggest that we are faced with a number of threats that also "happen" to be mentioned in chapter 6 of the Book of Revelation which pertain to the judgements described in the opening of the seals which are the beginning of the Tribulation period.   For those of you who may not know what I'm talking about, let me explain.  There are a total of 7 seals but the first 4 are the most significant for us because we can aleady see signs that they will soon be upon the world.   I am only going to give a short recap of what this chapter says about these seals and judgements.  I recommend that you read the complete chapter 6 in Revelation to familiarize yourselves with these events.
 
The rider on the white horse is when the Antichrist will make his appearance on the earth and will be revealed.  Based on what we are reading in our news today, we see that the time is ripe for his appearance.  The peace talks have stalled – as has been planned out by God – so that the Antichrist could solve the peace problem when both he and the False Prophet show up on the scene.  It is impossible for the U.S. or any politician of any country to solve this problem.  It has been set by God Himself that the Antichrist be the one to establish "peace" in the Mideast.  So until the Antichrist shows up, all that will be accomplished in the peace process is absolutely nothing.  We read in today's BBC news that Prime Minister Netanyahu has rejected again the United States request to stop building in East Jerusalem and in the West Bank.  This is the biggest roadblock in establishing peace between Israel and the Arabs.  This roadblock will remain until the Antichrist removes it.

The rider on the red horse will bring war.  But since we already have war then we can safely assume that this war is in addition to what we already have.  Matthew 24:6 tells us "You will be hearing of wars and rumors of wars."  We cerainly are hearing plenty about wars because the U.S. is involved in a couple of them – one in Iraq and the other in Afghanistan.  And the Taliban is fighting in Pakistan.  But how about the "rumors of wars."  The one potential war that we hear more about than any other right now is the possibility of Israel attacking Iran.  This attack wouldn't focus on the whole country but only on the nuclear sites that are spread all over Iran.  Russia is also threatening to attack Georgia again and completely take it over next time.  In Daniel chapter 7 in verse 5 we are told, ""And behold, another beast, a second one, resembling a bear. And it was raised up on one side, and three ribs were in its mouth between its teeth; and thus they said to it, 'Arise, devour much meat!'   Many believe Russia is the bear mentioned in this scripture and according to this verse, Russia is going to conquer three countries.  There has been much discussion in the past year that Russia is against some of the old countries that used to belong to the Soviet Union before it was torn apart, in joining NATO because it would threaten what they want to do in the region.

There isn't a day that goes by that there isn't talk of a possible strike by Israel on Iran.  Could this strike happen when the second seal is opened?  It is certainly possible.  And seeing how close this attack could be, as reports are coming out of the largest civil defense drill ever performed in Israel a couple of months ago and also the preparations by both the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and the Israeli Air Force (IAF), it is something that must be considered.

To add to the already mounting tensions between Israel and Iran, we also learn that Iran has almost finished building a nuclear test site.  Iran has been lying to the world for years now that they only want to develop their nuclear program to produce electricity of their country.  What the connection between building a nuclear test site and generating electricity have in common is anybody's guess.  These bozos aren't fooling anybody – especially the Israelis.  What do you think the Israelis must think of this latest development.   Expect an attack on Iran soon – regardless of whether the U.S. agrees to it or not.   The U.S. is putting their own interests ahead of Israel's security.

The rider on the black horse will affect the world economy.  We know it is the world economy because all of these judgements during the tribulation period are meant to affect everybody.  They are global judgements.  "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"  We have been hearing for a long time now that the dollar is going to eventually crash.  You can take that statement to the bank.  The dollar is going to crash and when it does it is going to bring down everybody – including China – who at the moment, everybody thinks is invincible.  It doesn't matter what we read in the news and it doesn't matter what the "experts" have to say about how strong China's economy is and how much money they have built up.  The problem with China's current stability is the fact that most of it is tied in with our dollar!  If the dollar crashes then China loses.   When the world economy crashes after this seal is opened, then money will be worth only pennies on the dollar.  As it says in these verses, it will take a days wages to buy even the smallest of food items.  Gasoline could be $80.00 a gallon.  A loaf of bread could cost $30.00 per loaf.

There is also another report that just came out talking about our Treasury Secretary having to travel the world now to convince foreign investors that it is still safe to continue buying our debt.  Evidently, there isn't too much worry about foreign investors giving up on the dollar yet.  A quote from an MSNBC article:  "In the worst case scenario, a rush by foreigners to sell their U.S. debt could send the dollar crashing and inflation soaring.  Because that would also hurt the value of their remaining holdings and the U.S. economy — a key market for their exports — private analysts believe such a scenario is not likely to occur."  So you see, when the dollar does crash then everybody will go down with it.  The world will go broke when this third seal is opened.   I think we can all see how close we are to seeing this happening in the near future.

Finally, the rider on the pale horse will bring unpredecented death by disease, famine, war and the wild beasts of the earth.  I don't think there is too much convincing needed here to get everybody to agree that the world is faced with the worst threat of widespread death by disease that we have known in our lifetime.  The Swine Flu has been raised to pandemic level by the World Health Organization (WHO).  Worries are that when the Fall and Winter months arrive that millions of people could die from this disease.  But the real question is, will the greatest danger come from the actual disease itself or will it come from the vaccines that are going to be used to "defend" against it.

If you want to take the first step for Salvation in Christ Jesus you must first ask Jesus to be your Savior. No one can be born again unless they ask Jesus Christ to forgiven them for their sins. Then you must repent from your former life held captive to sin and turn to Christ to allow and let Him mold you in His likeness. Just saying a prayer without true conversion will only lead to a unfruitful life for Christ. Once you ask Jesus to forgive you live your life 110% for Christ. Let your heart burn for Christ and let Him know you are seeking His will everyday. Salvation in Christ is much more than just saying a sentence. It will be a demonstration of your life and how you live that life for Christ. It is a complete transformation of an old life to a new one in Christ.

Anyone who says Jesus doesn't love them should see exactly what He did for them in order to give us all eternal life. Saying the sinners prayer is only the beginning. You need to walk with Christ and abide in Him and His ways. Watch this video, it is very good for both new and old believers.
