The Arab Spring in Prophecy

(Revelation 6:3-4   Revelation 6:8)   Luke 21:9 and Matthew 24:7 speak of nation against nationand kingdom against kingdom in the end times. President Barack Obama is inching closer to becoming the modern day Big Brother in George Orwell’s novel Nineteen Eighty-Four. According to the Mail Online, the FAA was forced to reveal 63 spy plane launch sites in 20 states, including Georgia. Most of the active drones are deployed from military installations, enforcement agencies and border patrol teams, according to the Federal Aviation Authority. But 19 “registered owners” of the unmanned spy planes are universities, including Georgia Tech. (see 2nd link for map) The specific purpose of the drones within the U.S. are unknown (the FAA says it will release this information later). *Atheist group demands Rhode Island city remove cross from atop war memorial

(Apostasy 1 Tim. 4:1-4  & Amos 8:11)-famine of Word of the LordA national atheist organization is demanding that a Rhode Island city remove a cross from a 91-year-old memorial honoring hometown soldiers who paid the ultimate sacrifice for their county. Although the memorial has stood in the parking lot of the Woonsocket fire station for decades with no complaints, the Freedom from Religion Foundation is now calling for it to be stripped of the cross that sits atop it, claiming it violates the First Amendment's freedom of religion clause. The group also wants the Woonsocket Fire Department to remove “The Firefighter’s Prayer” and a picture of an angel from its website.

Christians in Mali are in a "desperate plight" following last month's military coup, international Christian aid agency Barnabas Fund has warned. Government forces collapsed in the north following the coup, allowing separatist and Islamist rebels to seize control of the country's three northern regions. Around 215,000 people have been displaced from their homes, many of them crossing into Burkina Faso and Mauritania.

*US, UN concerned over outpost legalization
UN chief Ban Ki-moon said on Tuesday that he was "deeply troubled" by Israel's decision to grant legal status to three settlement outposts in the occupied West Bank, describing the activity as illegal under international law. The three outposts – Bruchin, Sansana and Rachalim – were built on land Israel declared "state-owned" in the West Bank, an area it captured in the Six Day War and which Palestinians want as part of a future state.

The Arab Spring in Prophecy
(Perilous Times Luke 21:9 & Nation against Nation, Kingdom against Kingdom Matt.24:7)
(Revelation 6:3-4   Revelation 6:8)   Luke 21:9 and Matthew 24:7 speak of nation against nation and kingdom against kingdom in the end times. Revelation 6:3-4 speaks of the fiery red horse given power to make men slay one another and Revelation 6:8 speaks again of this red horse in conjunction with the pale horse of Death and Hades, as the one that has the power to kill by sword. I like to call this “The Arab Spring in Prophecy” because for us it is easy to identify- that’s what the world calls it.

Luke 21:9:  wars & commotions; the Greek word here is Akatastasia, meaning instability, a state of disorder, disturbance, confusion (revolutions) Matthew 24:7: the Greek word for nation is Ethnos & refers to various ethnic groups fighting among themselves, where the next sentence in the verse refers to kingdoms (basileiva) fighting one another (not to be confused with an actual kingdom but rather the right or authority to rule over a kingdom)
