Prophecy Sign: Ezekiel chapter 38 warns us in the last days Russia will join forces with Iran, Turkey, and some other nations and invade Israel.  In chapter 10 of my new 2009 book I give you all the details to how each nation listed in Ezekiel 38 has sided with Russia and are now strong allies.  Today we saw more news concerning this issue.  “Vladimir Putin was the first head of a non-Muslim majority state to speak at the Organisation of the Islamic Conference, a gathering of 57 Muslim states, in October 2003. That was a political and diplomatic feat, especially since Russia was waging a long-running war in Chechnya at the time.-Now Russia is seeking strong political relations not only with Iran and Syria, but also with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Turkey, which have long been close allies of the United States.”  Russia, Iran, Turkey and even Syria are all listed in the last days wars against Israel.  Syria however may be taken out before the Ezekiel war even starts.  In any case you can see the nations God warned would unite are doing just as we were told they would.

Prophecy Sign: Matthrew 24: 7 warns of the famines that will come upon the earth in the last days.  The book of Revelation shows us that there will be droughts and intense heat.  Rev.7: 15-16 we see that the people who were on Earth suffered hunger, thirst and intense heat from the sun.  Today many nations are facing drought conditions that have already casued famines and problems with the lack of fresh drinking water.  One report just out stated, “The value of water is starting to become apparent in America. Over the past three years a drought has affected large swaths of the country, and conflicts over water usage may become commonplace in the future, climatologists say.  "Our focus is oil, but the critical need for water is going to make water the most significant natural resource that we're going to have to worry about in the future," says Larry Fillmer, executive director of the Natural Resources Management & Development Institute at Auburn University in Alabama. At least 36 states expect to face water shortages within the next five years, according to a report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office. According to the National Drought Mitigation Center, several regions in particular have been hit hard: the Southeast, Southwest and the West. Texas, Georgia and South Carolina have suffered the worst droughts this year, the agency said.”  Since Jesus said these conditions will get much worse as a woman in labor anyone living on this planet better get ready for these conditins to do just that, get worse.  I am not talking about global warming here, I am talking about how things are right now and how they will be in the near future.  Anyone who writes me and says they don’t believe in global warming I will reply, do you believe what Jesus says about the intense heat, droughts and famines that are coming?  Call it what you may, but I will always stand on Christ’s Words.  A few people have written me telling me that the planet is going to cool off and there is no such thing as global warming.  All I can say is this, no where in prophecy signs does Jesus warn us the we will freeze to death.

So what if the Earth got cooler this year, fact is something is going to take place that will cause the heat to be turned up even higher than it is right now.

Please read Isaiah 24:20 where the prophet says, ““The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed like a cottage; and the transgression thereof shall be heavy upon it; and it shall fall, and not rise again.” God told Isaiah that our planet would move as a drunkard.  It is very possible that when the earth is moved off its present rotation that the weather will be changed in a heartbeat.  The change could cause the exact condition Jesus warned us about concerning famines, droughts and the intense heat.  You can count on two things taking place in the near future.  Something is going to cause the Earth to move; when it does big changes will follow. I am sure if you aren’t a believer in Christ when the earth rocks, you will consider your thoughts as to Him being your Savior!

Prophecy Sign: Daniel chapter 2 and chapter 7 along with Revelation chapter 17 tell us the last world empire will be a reborn Roman Empire.  Keeping this short let me tell you the European Union has fulfilled this prophecy.  The EU is the Modern Day Roman Empire.  Right now all the leaders are meeting in Brussels working on the Lisbon Treaty which when it is signed the EU will have a full time President.  This will most likely be the position for the Antichrist.  If you clink to the link below you will see a video about what is happening with the EU meeting.

Both Daniel and Jesus Christ explain to us there will be a change in superpowers in the last days.  Daniel didn’t call them superpowers in his day, they were known a world Empires.  The fall of the global economy is bringing about the changes in the superpowers.  The end result will be the EU will take the lead.  America is falling to the side and so is Russia.  Both these nations are facing a economical collapse.  Speeding about Russia this report from Russia stated, “The devaluation of the ruble is inevitable, and Russia has all chances to experience the financial collapse of 1998, pessimistic economists say. Several respectable Russian and Western newspapers shared this opinion Monday claiming that the drop of Russia’s two major stock indexes last week could be comparable to the level reported in 1997. However, the Russian government persistently continues to deny all rumors about the ruble devaluation. Central Bank and government officials promised over the weekend that there would be no sudden devaluation of the national currency.”  “Many economists do not believe the official statements. “The devaluation of the ruble is inevitable today just like it was inevitable in 1998. Russian banks and companies have been borrowing dollars since 2003 being unable to receive ruble loans. A similar situation occurred on the threshold of the default in 1998. No wonder that one and the same politics may lead to the same result,” Mikhail Khazin, the president of Neocon Company said.”  Are you getting the big picture?  Nation after nation cannot find a great leader who can control their economy and they are falling.  Jesus told us to expect one man to rise from the Modern Day Roman Empire and it would this man who will seem to have all the answers.

If you have been coming to my prophecy site you would have been keeping up to speed as to what is happening with the American economy.  I gave plently of warnings what was going to happen to America over the past year.  One of those warnings was to watch for massive layoffs as the economy goes down.  Just like Russia who is cutting jobs all over their nation, America is doing the same thing.  Here is just a sample.  “NEW YORK (Reuters) – Bank of America Corp said on Thursday it plans to eliminate 30,000 to 35,000 jobs over three years after it completes its purchase of Merrill Lynch & Co. The cuts could affect about 11 percent of the combined companies' roughly 308,000-person workforce. Bank of America employs about 247,000 people and Merrill about 61,000.”  All this as come about because of the economic crisis.

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 says to watch for earthquakes.  Yesterday I posted early and there was one earthquake which hit in Japan at 5.0.  Later after my post there were two bigger quakes.  One quakes hit Sulawesi, Indonesia measuring 5.8 and another 5.5 quake rocked Kepulauan Mentawai Indonesia.

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 warns us that in the last days diseases will be a sign that Christ is coming soon.  This one sign by itself wouldn’t matter much but this one sign is taking place at the same time all the signs are being fulfilled and that is a key to knowing how close we are to beginning the final 7 years left of Daniel’s 490 years. October of this year I gave you some facts concerning the new outbreak of Cholera, which has hit Zimbabwe.  Let me refresh you as to what was reported. “Oct. 30 (Xinhua) — The ongoing wave of cholera that has hit Zimbabwe's capital city of Harare caused one person dead and 20 others hospitalised, local media reported on Thursday. “    The 20 cases were reported in the city's suburbs such as Dzivaresekwa, Highfield, Budiriro, Chikurubi, Mbare, Glen Norah and Glen View, the daily paper The Herald said.”

Today there was a new up-date in the news concerning the number of people who have gotten this disease. “Nearly 775 people have died in Zimbabwe from the recent cholera outbreak, an official from the World Health Organization said Wednesday, refuting the government's claim that the situation is under control.” In October 27 people had died, as you can see the number has risen since then.  The new up-date went on to say, “The number of overall cholera cases is also on the rise, hitting 15,141 on Wednesday-The WHO added that up to 60,000 people in Zimbabwe could be infected if the epidemic worsens.”  In two months time the number of cholera cases has jumped from 27 to 15,141.

Prophecy Sign: In chapter 24 of Matthew and Luke chapter 21 Jesus told His Apostles that in the end times there would be huge storms and many earthquakes.  In Luke 21 we see the reference to the roaring seas and waves. I have given you plenty of proof this year that both of these end times signs are upon us and getting much worse.  Today’s news showed just how bad the year 2008 really was.  The headline to the following reported was entitled, “2008 one of worst years for disaster losses: insurer”. I quote, “Weather-related disasters and earthquakes are likely to make 2008 the second most costly year for insurers after 2005, when Hurricane Katrina struck the United States, according to a leading insurer.” The report went on to say, "Since the 1980s, earthquakes have risen by around 50 per cent but weather-related hazards such as major floods have increased by as much as 350 per cent and those from wind storms have doubled," the report said.”  What happens when the huge wind storms hit?  You get the seas and waves roaring just as Jesus said it would be!  Speaking about earthquakes, this morning so far a 5.0 quake hit the Ryukyu Islands in Japan.

Prophecy Sign: 1^st Thessalonians 5:3 tells us in the end times Israel will be calling for peace and safety.  We also learn from this verse that at the time they are calling for peace and safety sudden destruction will come.  We also see in Zechariah 12:3 and verse 9 that the city of Jerusalem will be a burdensome stone and anyone who comes against it will be destroyed.  In the Jerusalem Post today there was a report that covered all these prophecies.  “Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas said on Thursday that the only reason Israel and the Palestinians haven't reached a peace agreement is because of Jerusalem's internal problems. In an interview with the London-based daily Asharq Alawsat, Abbas said that he was ready to negotiate with any prime minister elected by Israel in 2009.”  There is no doubt the Word of God is TRUTH.  Not only has Jerusalem be a burden to all the nations it is the center piece that is holding up the peace plan.  What you need to know is at the end of the day, the nations of the world will all turn on Jerusalem and God’s people but, all those who come against the city be ware.  The Word of God warns everyone will be destroyed who comes against it.   The two parts of the prophecies concerning the call for peace and safety and Jerusalem being a burden stone has already been fulfilled.  The final part of the prophecy will be fulfilled during the tribulation period.  That is the part you do not want to be here for.  As  you can see if you know what the Word of God and His prophecies, you know what to look for in the news.  Since these are the last days it is no task to see all the things Jesus warned us about show up in the news.

Everywhere we turn there seems to be nothing but bad news.  However, the Good News is this.  You will be taken care of and blessed by Jesus Christ if you just give your life over to Him.  Christ promised that anyone who comes to Him would be taken to the Father.  All you have to do is ask Jesus to forgive you of your sins and begin to walk with Him. What happens when you seek the Lord’s Kingdom?  Matthew 6:33-34 says, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”  Very hard times are coming upon the U.S. and the world.  Anyone who puts his or her trust and faith in Christ can be covered under the Lord’s blessing and you will have no need to worry.  God’s enemy, the devil, wants you to continue to worry and I am sure he’s happy to see how many people end up sick because of their worrying.  Today can be a new life for you if you hand it to

Prophecy Sign: In Daniel chapter 2 God shows Daniel what world empire would be ruling the earth at the time Jesus Christ returns to earth.  We are told the last world empire would be the reborn Roman Empire. I can’t go into all the details here but, the European Union is the fulfillment of what God showed Daniel. You also see Jesus speak about this modern day Roman Empire in chapter 17 of the book of Revelation.  In June of 2008 when Ireland voted no to the EU Lisbon Treaty I asked you to watch the news because it won’t be long before you saw news saying Ireland would sign the treaty.   Ireland is one of the 27 nations that make up the European Union or Modern day reborn Roman Empire.

In today’s news we saw a report that shows us Ireland is on the path to signing the EU treaty.  I quote, “Ireland is willing to hold a new referendum by October 2009 on the European Union's controversial reform treaty, according to a draft statement prepared for an EU summit starting on Thursday. "The Irish government is committed to seeking ratification of the Lisbon Treaty by the end of the term of the current commission," in exchange for certain guarantees, the text said. The mandate of the EU's executive arm ends in October 2009.”

More news showing it is only a matter of time before Ireland signs the Lisbon Treaty come from the Euobserver. I quote, “The French president yesterday told the group leaders of the European parliament that he has made a deal with the Irish government to hold a second referendum in Ireland to ratify the Lisbon treaty first rejected on 12 June by 53 percent of Irish voters. None of the representatives of the Irish people who voted No to the Lisbon Treaty were consulted by the Irish government before they struck a deal with the French Presidency. The Irish government has simply ignored the result of the referendum and betrayed those people who voted No in the majority”

Why is this so important?  Ireland is one of two nations left to sign the Lisbon Treaty.  Once it is signed the Modern Day Roman Empire will install their first full time EU President.  This will be the first time in 2000 years that one man will control the Empire.  The man who comes up from within the EU will be the man who will control not only the EU but the entire world.  Jesus told us in Revelation 13:17 that his man will control what everyone can buy or sell.  The other nation who has not signed the Treaty yet is the Czech Republic but current news tells us they are on the path to sign the treaty as well. “ The euobserver on Oct. 21, 2008 reported that the Czech leader who is going to take the EU Presidency for the next 6 months “will push forward the ratification of the bloc's new Lisbon treaty”.

Other news concerning this issue stated, “Vlcek told Fini that the Czech Chamber of Deputies would start debating the Lisbon treaty on December 9. However, the day of the vote is still uncertain. The Czech Republic is the last EU country not to have voted on the treaty.     "I have voiced the wish that the Czech Republic manages to ratify the Lisbon treaty as soon as possible. There will be a new European Parliament and a new European Commission in the new year, the institutions whose rules must be based on the new treaty," Fini said.”

The new European Commission mentioned in this reported is where the office of full time EU President will come from.  As you can see, we are very close to this entire prophecy coming to pass.  The Antichrist is already alive and waiting to take the helm of the EU.  Many people have asked me, will the first man elected to this full time presidency be the Antichrist?  We are not sure.  It could be or another will rise after him and take control.  I would suggest you watch the news concerning the global economic crisis.  It will be that man who will take control of the world.  If the global economy tanks as fast as I think it will it could force the EU to pick the man who will control the economy.  He just may be the first man elected as president.  We will have to keep our eyes on the news!

Right now as I am writing this post the 27 nations of the EU are meeting to hash out any problems blocking the last two nations who need to sign the Lisbon Treaty.  Everything is headed down the path to get us to the very place Jesus said we would go.  The EU or. revived Roman Empire will finally have there Treaty signed and they will get one man to rule over them and so will this world! “EUOBSERVER / BRUSSELS – Almost two years after adopting ambitious green goals, a year after signing the new Lisbon Treaty and some sixteen months after the first signs of the financial crisis, EU leaders are meeting in Brussels on Thursday (11 December) to write a new chapter in the three long-running dossiers. The top-level gathering will kick off at 3 p.m., which is earlier than usual, with some diplomats predicting what will certainly be quarrelsome talks could drag on until late Friday or even early Saturday, as the host of the meeting, French president Nicolas Sarkozy – whose country is finishing its six-month chairmanship of the EU, is ready to do all it takes to get a deal. But it will be his Irish colleague, Prime Minister Brian Cowen to open the show by presenting Dublin's analysis on why the Irish voters rejected the EU's reform treaty in the June referendum and what can be done to rescue its ratification.”

As I mentioned we need to keep our eyes on the global economic crisis.  I do believe this crisis will help speed up the Antichrist from appearing on the scene.  As the EU is getting stronger in the sense that they are growing in number they have their problems as well but the will rule in the end.  America has to decline to give way to the EU in order for the EU to be given the number one ranking as the last World Empire.  At least one a week I give you the news that shows how America is going down as a major power.  America’s economy is tanking and news today is more of the same. I quote, “just went from bad to worse. Nevada gaming revenues tumbled 22.3 percent in October, the single largest monthly drop in state history and the 10th straight month gaming revenues have fallen in the Silver State. For the year, gaming revenues are down 8.3 percent statewide. Casinos statewide won just under $905 million during October, compared with $1.165 billion in October 2007, according to figures released Wednesday by the Gaming Control Board. The figure was the lowest statewide one-month total since April 2005. Compounding the matter was the comparison with the statewide gaming win total from a year ago. The October 2007 figure was the single-largest monthly win in state history.

WASHINGTON (AP) — New claims for jobless benefits rose more than expected last week, exceeding even gloomy expectations for an economy stuck in a recession that seems to be deepening. The Labor Department reported Thursday that initial applications for jobless benefits in the week ending Dec. 6 rose to a seasonally adjusted 573,000 from an upwardly revised figure of 515,000 in the previous week. That was far more than the 525,000 claims Wall Street economists expected.

Prophecy Sign: Ezekiel 38-39 as you should know by now is the prophecy that shows us there will be an invasion on Israel in the last days.  This invasion will be lead by Russia and her Muslim allies.  Iran is one of the Muslim nations Ezekiel named to invade Israel with Russia.  A few days ago one of the leadering cleric’s from Iran talked about the Muslim anger toward Israel.  I quote, “Should Israel continue to impose an economic and physical blockade on the Gaza Strip, the consequences would be dire, Iran's former president and influential cleric said on Tuesday. Speaking during a prayer sermon, Ayatollah Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani said that Muslim anger over the sanctions will eventually explode and "burn" Israelis.”  As God is my witness, I have done as much as I can to show you God’s Words are all true.  There are only a few prophecies left before Planet Earth enters the 7-year tribulation.  This attack on Israel is one of the prophecies left to be fulfilled and it will take place soon.

Even the President of Egypt can see where Iran is headed. “Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak spoke out against Iran during a meeting with members of the Egyptian ruling party, according to a report in the Kuwaiti newspaper Al-Jarida on Thursday, cited by Israel Radio. the Islamic Republic of trying to subsume its Muslim neighbors, telling the forum that "the Persians are trying to devour the Arab states."  Mubarak's comments came after the Egyptian leader recalled the country's diplomatic envoy from the Iranian capital earlier”.  Iran wants all the Arab states to be enemies of Israel.  Egypt is currently at peace with Israel and has been so since 1978.  By the way, Egypt is not mentioned in the Ezekiel list of nations that will attack Israel.

Prophecy Sign: 1^st Thessalonians 5: 3 states, “For when they say shall, say, Peace and safety: then sudden destruction cometh upon them as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape” I have been keeping you up to speed with the Middle East peace talks because it is an important part of Bible prophecy.  As you will read from the news, Israel and the PLO are still in the heat of peace negations.  This part of the prophecy has been fulfilled, for Paul told us, “when” they are calling for Peace.  Paul didn’t say they might be but they would be, hence the word “when”. Here is the latest news about these talks.  “(IsraelNN.com) Quartet Middle East envoy Tony Blair told the Al Quds Arabic-language newspaper that outgoing Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and Palestinian Authority Chairman Abbas have reached a secret but unsigned agreement. Israeli law forbids Prime Minister Olmert from making any significant changes in policy while he heads the transitional government prior to new elections in February. However, verbal agreements likely will serve as a de facto starting point for the next government. In the Al Quds article, translated in the Huffington Post, Blair is quoted as saying, "The continuous meetings between Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas and [Israeli leader] Olmert as well as the continuous negotiations between Palestinian and Israeli teams has [sic] produced an agreement." Here is how the other part of the prophecy may be fulfilled, the part that says, “sudden destruction cometh upon them”. Benjamin Netanyahu is set to win the new Israeli elections this February 2009.  Netanyahu has already made it clear that any peace agreement that Olmert makes with the PLO will not stand when he takes office.  If Netanyahu does win the election and holds to his words concerning the peace agreement, he will halt everything that the PLO and Olmert had agreed on.  It is very possible that the PLO and the rest of Israel’s enemies will abandon the talk’s altogether and decide to take action against Israel.  If they cannot recapture Jerusalem by peace then they will try to take it by war.   No one knows for sure how this will all go down but, we do know war will take place while they are still calling for Peace and Safety.  There is the chance that this war may be the Ezekiel war as written in Ezekiel 38-39.  Once this war ends the Antichrist will make or confirm a covenant with Israel and many nations for 7 years. Prophecy Sign:  In Daniel Chapter 2 & 7 and Revelation chapter 17 we learn that in the last days there will be a one world government which will be lead by the Antichrist who comes on the scene from the reborn or revived Roman Empire. The revived Roman Empire is already here standing in the form of the European Union.  So far the EU is made up of 27 nations and it is still growing.  Compare the nations of the first Roman Empire to that of this modern day revived Roman Empire and, you will learn they  are the same nations. Yesterday in the Financial Times there was a report entitled, “And now for a world government”.  I quite,  “I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible. A “world government” would involve much more than co-operation between nations. It would be an entity with state-like characteristics, backed by a body of laws. The European Union has already set up a continental government for 27 countries, which could be a model. The EU has a supreme court, a currency, thousands of pages of law, a large civil service and the ability to deploy military force.”

The entire report is lengthy but well worth the read.  The writer gives reasons why he now believes a one-world government is coming faster than most people realize.  I can assure you this will be the case because it is what Jesus told us to look for in these last days.  Knowing that the one world government is already well on its way, one should consider these words spoken by Christ.  Luke 21:36 “Be always on the watch, and pray that you may be able to escape all that is about to happen, and that you may be able to stand before the Son of Man."  My question to you is this.  Are you on the watch as Jesus asked you to be, and are you praying to escape all the things coming to pass on this generation?  If you aren’t following the advice of Christ you are living on dangerous ground.  There will be a huge group of believers who will be taken to heaven to miss all the things Jesus warned us about.  I pray you will be counted in that number.

There is no way you can be counted in this group unless you’re what Jesus says in John 3:3 “born again”.  A person who has not taken Christ as their Savior is a walking dead person because their spirit is dead.  Once you receive Christ Jesus He gives you a new life by His Holy Spirit and this is called being “born again”  You will not have a chance to miss all the things coming on this generation unless you have Christ’s new life.

Steps are being taken right now that is leading to this one world government.  We can see some of these steps coming about as a result of the global economic crisis.  The governments are assigning people from their government to watch over their bailout programs.  For example news out of Washington today over the (AP) stated the following:” Congressional Democrats and the White House worked to resolve their last disputes Monday over terms of a $15 billion bailout for U.S. auto makers – complete with a "car czar" to oversee the industry's reinvention of itself – that's expected to come to a vote as early as Wednesday.  The bill puts a government overseer named by Bush – a kind of "car czar" – in charge of setting guidelines for an industrywide overhaul, with the power to revoke the loans if the carmakers weren't taking sufficient steps to reinvent themselves.”

Last week I showed you how President Bush signed over the right for the EU to monitor businesses here in the U.S.  As the economic crisis gets worse you will begin to see more control by the nations of the world.  As soon as the crisis reaches its peak, you can expect one man to emerge to take control of the crisis.  This will in no doubt be the man Jesus warned us about in Revelation chapter 13.  This will be the man who will be able to control what you buy or sell.  What I am telling you is this.  We aren’t far off from seeing this man rise to power.  This is another reason why I am trying to awaken a sleeping Church and to bring the message of Christ’s Salvation to the unsaved.  Now is the time to give your life over completely to the Lord.

The share of mortgages 30 days or more overdue rose to a seasonally adjusted 6.99 percent while loans already in foreclosure rose to 2.97 percent, both all-time highs in a survey that goes back 29 years, the Mortgage Bankers Association said in a report today. The gain in delinquencies was driven by an increase of loans with payments 90 days or more overdue.”

I can’t give you the stats on every state but you can do a Google search for your state to find out just how bad things really are, or you can read some of my past posts which I discuss many of the states economic problems.  Since California is one of the biggest states in the Union, I wanted to give you the latest news on what that state is facing.  What happens in California usually spreads to all the rest of the states.  “(Reuters) – California is on track to run out of cash in February or March and faces a $15 billion cash shortage by the end of its fiscal year in June unless officials plug an $11.2 billion budget gap, according to the state's budget director. Additionally, if Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and lawmakers fail to close the current fiscal year's budget shortfall soon, California, the most populous U.S. state, may in March delay payments to its vendors or hand them notes promising payment, according to a December 1 letter to top lawmakers from the director of the Department of Finance, Michael Genest.”  Look, of a truth, by now you are noticing all the bad news about the U.S. economy and what has now turned into a global crisis.  What you may not have known is the link between why America is declining.  That is a simple answer if you have studied the books of Daniel and Revelation.  What is presently taking place in the news is nothing but footsteps leading up the revived Roman Empire, the (EU) to take its place in end times prophecy.

Somehow Wall Street found a silver lining, betting that so much bad news would force fresh government action to revive the foundering economy. The Dow Jones industrial rose 259 points. Staring at 533,000 lost jobs, economists were anything but hopeful. Since the start of the recession last December, the economy has shed 1.9 million jobs, and the number of unemployed people has increased by 2.7 million — to 10.3 million now out of work. Half-million jobs disappear, worst in 34 years, as economy deteriorates ever more rapidly”

The number of layoffs in the above report doesn’t include the new layoffs just announced by the phone companies. AT&T joined the long list of companies laying off workers, announcing on Thursday that it would eliminate 12,000 jobs, or roughly 4 percent of its workforce. The company cited economic pressures and a changing business mix as the reasons behind the cuts.” I gave you a link that will show you there are 106 Tech. Companies now cutting jobs. They are companies like Viacom, Honeywell, Xerox, Nokia, Symantec, Motorola, and more.  I am asking you to read this information in order to prepare your family for what is coming.  The only sure way to find peace during this troubled time will be if you have Christ Jesus at the center of your life.  Jesus promised the believer “seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”  Jesus knows what we are going to need and if He is your Father you will be taken care of.  He is our blessed hope.  I feel sorry for all those who do not know Christ yet, these are trying times and without Christ at your side, you will miss this hope for our future.  Christ is coming for us who believe and are ready.  The only way to be ready is to first except Jesus as your Savior.  Without doing that first, there is nothing I can do for you except keep preaching the Good News in hopes you will open your heart to Him. Thousands across America and the world are going to be looking for help as they receive their pink slips.  Jesus will be there to help you through it. Yahoo “says it will lay off 1,000 employees, or 7% of its workforce, as it struggles to compete with Google and others amid a sputtering U.S. economy.  The cuts were announced after it reported a steep drop in quarterly profit Tuesday, which sent its stock tumbling. Yahoo CFO Blake Jorgensen said the workforce "realignment," to take place in mid-February, should result in a cash charge of $20 million to $25 million during the company's current first quarter.”

We see cities all across America taking a hit by the decline in the economy.  Now some cites are even thinking about printing their own money and not using the U.S. dollar.  I quote, “They may be talking funny money, but it's not funny business. Residents from the Milwaukee neighborhoods of Riverwest and East Side are scheduled to meet Wednesday to discuss printing their own money. The idea is that the local cash could be used at neighborhood stores and businesses, thus encouraging local spending. The result, supporters hope, would be a bustling local economy, even as the rest of the nation deals with a recession.”

Prophecy Sign: Luke 21:12 Jesus said in the end times persecution would begin again. Paul warned us in Ephesians 6:12 that “our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Knowing what we were warned it should be a surprised to see the Attacks on Jesus Christ and His believers are continuing.  Jesus is again pulled from another school. “CHAPEL HILL For as long as anyone can remember, Christmas trees adorned with lights and ornaments have greeted holiday season visitors to UNC Chapel Hill's two main libraries. Not this year. The trees, which have stood in the lobby areas of Wilson and Davis libraries each December, were kept in storage this year at the behest of Sarah Michalak, the associate provost for university libraries. Michalak's decision followed several years of queries and complaints from library employees and patrons bothered by the Christian display, Michalak said this week.”

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 tells us to watch for earthquakes in many places. I’m not sure if you have been keeping tract of all the earthquakes we have been having but we are beginning to see a lot of activity.  From November 11, 2008 to Dec. 5, there were 14 big quakes all measuring a 5.0 and higher.  Today, Dec. 6, the shaking continues. The Banda Sea area had a 6.2, Indonesia had a 5.0, China also had a 5.0 quakes today, India had a 5.1 quake today as well.  The Wire Report today stated, “The U.S. Geological Survey says the temblor was a 5.5-magnitude that struck just outside Ludlow on Interstate 40, about 120 miles east of Los Angeles.” For months I told you watch for big quakes.  We are starting to see them come in swarms now.  Once again I ask you to keep on the watch.  If Christ said to watch for them, they are coming!

“A powerful earthquake struck off East Timor's coast Saturday, shaking buildings and sending screaming residents running into the streets, geological officials and witnesses said. The quake had a preliminary magnitude of 6.2 and struck 100 miles (160 kilometers) northwest of the capital, Dili, the U.S. Geological Survey said. It was centered 250 miles (408 kilometers) beneath the Banda Sea, it said.” On the 8^th of Dec., 2008 there have also been 3 big quakes reported. One quake hit Nepal, which measured 5.4.  The Kuril Islands had a 5.0 and the North Mid-Atlantic Ridge had a quake which measured at 5.6.

Prophecy Sign: Part of Matthew 24: 7 says, “Nation will rise against nation, and  kingdom against kingdom”  This means we must watch for civil wars to break out as well as nations fighting against other nations.  On Dec. 5^th I game you an example of how Matthew 24:7 is being fulfilled.  Here is another example. “ATHENS, Greece (AP) – The fatal police shooting of a teenager has set off Greece's worst rioting in years, with hooded youths rampaging through Athens and the northern city of Thessaloniki over the weekend. Gangs smashed stores, torched cars and erected burning barricades in the streets of the Greek capital and the country's second largest city in a dramatic eruption of a long-tolerated self-styled anarchist movement. Rioting began in several cities within hours of the death of a 15-year-old who was shot Saturday night in Exarchia, a downtown Athens district of bars, music clubs and restaurants that is seen as the anarchists' home base. Soon dozens of stores, banks and cars were ablaze. Police said 24 policemen were injured, and one remained in hospital on Sunday morning.

Prophecy Sign:  Ezekiel chapter 39 shows us Libya will join forces with Russia, Iran, Turkey and other nations in an invasion on Israel.  I have been giving you the news that shows how Libya is again showing their dislike for Israel. Today the news stated, “Libya accused Israel of piracy at a meeting of the UN Security Council on Wednesday for preventing a Libyan ship from delivering humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip.”  Let us not forget, Libya was just in the news 2 weeks ago because they are buying 2 billion dollars worth of Russia arms.  This news may sound like no big deal, but it is one of many stepping stones leading this nation right into the Ezekiel war as warned by God.

Speaking about Russia, if you have been coming to my site you would have known that Ezekiel’s prophecy warns that the invasion lead by Russia will come from the “North”.  Just today we see signs of Russia positioning itself exactly where they are suppose to be at the time of the invasion against Israel which, is to the North of Israel.  News from DEBKAfile's tells us, “military sources report that, four months after the Georgian war, Moscow is again testing the limits of its Mediterranean reach. Navy spokesman Igor Dygalo announced that two flotillas from the Barents Sea and the Black Sea are heading for the Mediterranean: One, based in the Barents sea near Finland, is led by the Admiral Kuznetsov carrier accompanied by two guided missile destroyers, the Admiral Chabanenko and Admiral Levchenko, with two supply ships in tow, one a tanker. The second is the guided nuclear-powered missile cruiser Peter the Great, one of the biggest warships afloat, with three accompanying ships. They come from a joint Caribbean exercise with Venezuela. According to the Russian Navy spokesman, the two groups will merge upon entering the Mediterranean and spend several months calling in at various ports. Another Russian military initiative which should worry Jerusalem is the arrival in Beirut Saturday Dec. 6 of Mikhail Dimitriev, head of the Russian military cooperation department, to prepare the visit to Moscow next week of Lebanese defense minister Elias Murr.”  If you are not one of those sleeping Christians you will be keeping your eyes on what is taking place just North of Israel.  Every one of the nations Ezekiel said would attack Israel in the end times is ready to move with Russia.  I would be looking for this war to break soon.

Prophecy Sign: Daniel 12: 4 “But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.” Chapter 3 of my prophecy book is getting to be one of the most fasinateing chapters.  This chapter outlines many of the advances this chosen generation has made in the last 50 years.  Jesus warned the last generation to be alive at the time He returned would be know as the generation of knowledge.  Here is another example of how far we have taken this knowledge.  Man is making life!  I quote, “Scientists have discovered a more efficient way of building a synthetic genome that could one day enable them to create artificial life, according to a study. The method is already being used to help develop next generation biofuels and biochemicals in the labs of controversial celebrity US scientist Craig Venter. Venter has hailed artificial life forms as a potential remedy to illness and global warming, but the prospect is highly controversial and arouses heated debate over its potential ramifications and the ethics of engineering artificial life. Artificially engineered life is one of the Holy Grails of science, but also stirs deep fears as foreseen in Aldous Huxley's 1932 novel "Brave New World" in which natural human reproduction is eschewed in favor of babies grown in laboratories.

While people are saying, "Peace and safety," destruction will come on them suddenly, as labor pains on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape” (1^st Thessalonians 5:3).  When you watch the news today you may hear about how Jews are fighting Jews in Israel.  This is the story you may see tonight. “Israeli forces are on high alert after violence erupted following the eviction of Jewish settlers from a building in the West Bank city of Hebron. Several Palestinians were attacked, with homes set ablaze and mosques desecrated with anti-Muslim graffiti. Israeli officials have also restricted entry by Muslim worshipers to the al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Thursday's operation to remove the settlers took about one hour and involved at least 100 Israeli soldiers. The settlers had refused to leave the house, in defiance of an Israeli Supreme Court order. Clashes broke out across a number of West Bank towns as settlers vented their anger at the eviction. “  Why are the settlers being forced to move you ask?  It is because of the call for Peace and Safety and the Peace talks that currently going on between the PLO and Israel. Here is a quote from the Jewish News Weekly. “Security arrangements in the West Bank town of Hebron have become the leading obstacle to an agreement on the expansion of Palestinian self-rule in the West Bank. "There is a crisis in the talks," said Israeli Environment Minister Yossi Sarid, a participant in the negotiations with the Palestinians.  If you click to the news link below you will see a video about what is going on in Israel.”  If you know prophecy you can see how entwined these prophecies are.

What about the sign of rumors of war?  It is getting harder and harder to find a day when this sign doesn’t show up in the news.  Today the hint of nuclear war! Closer to the U.S. signs of a coming war were reported out of Great Britain today. “A Russian warship was set Friday to sail through the Panama Canal for the first time since World War II in a symbolic challenge to US influence in the region.  The arrival of the Russian ships at the invitation of Venezuela's fiercely anti-US president Hugo Chavez has been seen as a challenge to US power in Latin America, often described as America's "backyard.”

In the Middle East, Iran is currently moving their navy in a show of force. “Wednesday, Dec. 3, the Iranian navy and air force began a six-day maneuver of marine and air might which Tehran radio said would cover an area of 50,000 square miles of the Persian Gulf, the Sea of Oman and the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran has threatened to block the narrow strait if attacked. Admiral Qasem Rostamabadi said its aim is to "increase the level of readiness of Iran's naval forces and test domestically-made naval weaponry." This is stage two of a larger exercise dubbed Unity-87, DEBKAfile's military sources report. Air strikes against "which sank big enemy vessels" were said to be part of the war game, a clear reference to American air carriers, three of which are now present in waters opposite Iran. Iranian Navy chief Adm. Habibollah Sayyari boasted Wednesday: "Iran has pushed back the frontiers of naval capabilities to become the decisive maritime force in the region."  In case you don’t follow the news, Israel has warned they are going to attack Iran if Iran doesn’t halt their nuclear power plant.  Iran has moved their forces to show both Israel and the U.S. they mean business.  On Dec. 2, 2008 Russia showed the world Iran was not going to stop building their nuclear site.  Fact is the Russians are now going to speed up the process, which will force Israel’s hand soon. I quote, “Iranian and Moscow sources report that Atomstroiexport, the Russian firm under contract to build and activate Iran's nuclear reactor at Bushehr, is offering nuclear engineers and technicians top salaries to leave for Iran at short notice. The Kremlin has promised Tehran to have the reactor up and running by mid-2009. Some 1,600 experts are already at work on the site; the project is short of another 500 to meet this deadline” (DEBKAfile Dec.2, 2008). In any case, you can see Jesus Words concerning wars and rumors of war are taking place at the same time all the other prophecies are also taking place.  Now that Russia has made their intentions clear for Iran’s nuclear site it just might be what causes Israel to send over their Air Force soon which, just may start Ezekiel’s prophecy which is the end times attack against Israel.  We are no doubt very close to the beginning of the 7-year tribulation.

Prophecy Sign: Part of Mark 13:8 says, “and there shall be earthquakes in divers places” Dec. 3, 2008 Japan had a 5.8 earthquake, Russia had a 5.2 quake. On Dec. 4, 2008 A 5.1 quake hit the Celebes Sea, Chile had a 5.5 quake and Japan had a 5.3 quake.  Today Dec. 5, 2008 there was another 5.5 quake in Honshu Japan.

Prophecy Sign: The shift in superpowers as outlined in both Daniel chapter 2 & 7 and the book of Revelation chapter 17.  A major shift in superpower is now under way and the global economic crisis has a huge role in shifting powers from the U.S. to the new world superpower the European Union.  As America declines the EU will rise to be the fulfillment of what Jesus and Daniel warned.  For a year now I have been telling anyone coming to my site what signs to look for in America that show she is going to fall soon.  Today we got another reality check. I quote, “WASHINGTON (AP) — Skittish employers slashed 533,000 jobs in November, the most in 34 years, catapulting the unemployment rate to 6.7 percent, dramatic proof the country is careening deeper into recession. The new figures, released by the Labor Department Friday, showed the crucial employment market deteriorating at an alarmingly rapid clip, and handed Americans some more grim news right before the holidays. The net loss of more than a half-million jobs was far worse than analysts expected. As companies throttled back hiring, the unemployment rate bolted from 6.5 percent in October to 6.7 percent last month, a 15-year high.  In you are new to my site please go back and read my previous warning about America.  They are all coming to pass.

If you are living in another nation, I wouldn’t get to comfortable.  When America finally collapses every nation will be affected!

Prophecy Sign: In Revelation 13:17 we see the Antichrist forcing the world to receive his mark in their right hand or forehead.  In some of my past posts I showed you two types of technology that may just be used by the Antichrist to mark everyone.  The VeriChip implant in the skin is one of the types of technologies I wrote about.  There are many reasons why this chip implant is becoming so attractive to millions around the world.  However, the use of the VeriChip implant that seems to be harmless now, may turn out to be a nightmare.  If this is the technology the Antichrist is going to use in the near future this chip implant just may be the very device that either sends you to heaven or, sends you to hell for an eternity. During the tribulation all those who refuse this mark of the Antichrist will be killed, but Jesus promises these over comers will come to heaven.  All those to receive the mark will be able to buy or sell but by taking the mark of the Antichrist they will seal their fate in hell forever.  Let me show you one of the ways this VeriChip is so attractive for millions of people.  I quote a news release from the VeriChip Corporation. Prophecy Sign: Daniel chapter 2 and Revelation chapters 13 & 17 warned that the last world power will be the revived Roman Empire.  To save time, let me just tell you the European Union is the fulfillment of these prophecies.  Please refer to chapter 2 of my book for complete details.  Since the beginning of 2008 I have warned you over and over again to watch and see how many people start to get laid off of work.  Over the past 12 months, the number of unemployed persons has increased by 2.8 million, and the unemployment rate has risen by 1.7 percentage points”(Bureau of Labor Statistics Nov. 2008).  In five months time the U.S. lost 2.8 million more jobs.  More jobs are currently being cut.  December 4, 2008 Yahoo News reported, “AT&T Inc. joined the recession's parade of layoffs Thursday by announcing plans to cut 12,000 jobs, about 4 percent of its work force. The Dallas-based telecommunications company — the nation's largest — said the job cuts will take place this month and throughout 2009.” Since 1978 I have been warning America’s economy will collapse.  We are just now moving toward that final collapse.  You are going to hear more news just like this in the very near future.  What is going on you ask?  It is called the last times superpower shift.  America can not continue as the leading superpower simply because God showed Daniel the Old Roman Empire would rise and it would be the last world power at the time Jesus Christ returns.  If you take the time to read chapter two of my book you will see all the facts that prove the European Union is that modern day revived Roman Empire.

Do you think because America has turned away from God that she is beginning to reap what she has planted? The wages of sin can be very heavy at times. This is a statement that was read over the PA system at the football game at Roane County High School , Kingston , Tennessee , by school Principal, Jody McLeod. It gives a short glimpse as to how fall America has turned for God.

"It has always been the custom at Roane County High School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honor God and Country."Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and call it "an alternate lifestyle," and if someone is offended, that's OK. I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing condoms and calling it, "safe sex." If someone is offended, that's OK.

I can even use this public facility to present the merits of killing an unborn baby as a "viable means of birth control." If someone is offended, no problem…
I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess "Mother Earth" and call it "ecology."

I can use literature, videos and presentations in the classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as "simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it "enlightenment." However, if anyone uses this facility to honor GOD and to ask HIM to Bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case Law is violated.

This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst, diabolical Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone, except GOD and HIS Commandments. Nevertheless, as a school principal, I frequently ask staff and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical… I suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to add an intentional transgression.

" However, if you feel inspired to honor, praise and thank GOD and ask HIM,in the name of JESUS, to Bless this event, please feel free to do so As far as I know, that's not against the law—-yet." One by one, the people in the stands bowed their heads, held hands with one another and began to pray. They prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles. They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box! The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of the United States of America- the Seat of "Justice" in the "one nation, under God."

Another sure sign the direction America is headed is the number of people now being forced on the food stamp program. On Dec., 3, 2008 the news from Reuters stated, “Food stamps, the main U.S. antihunger program which helps the needy buy food, set a record in September as more than 31.5 million Americans used the program-up 17 percent from a year ago, according to government data.”  When you read the Gospels and the book of Revelation you read the warnings concerning millions who will go hungry during the tribulation.  Jesus stated the signs of the end times would take place as a woman in labor.  This planet has already begun those labor pains.  This same Reuters report also told us, “Food banks are struggling to meet increased requests for food, said Maura Daly of Feeding America, a network of food banks.”  There is a video you can watch if you click to the link below.

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 speaks to us about watching for famines.  One of the headlines in the news today read as follows, “Somalia nearing a ‘total famine’”. “Somalia is in danger of descending into famine while the world's attention is focused on the problem of piracy off its coast, the Red Cross has warned. BBC Africa analyst Martin Plaut says agencies like the International Committee of the Red Cross are very wary about using words like famine. The ICRC's Alexandre Liebeskind said the violence had made it almost impossible for aid agencies to operate. About half of Somalia's population is dependent on food aid” (BBC News Dec. 4, 2008).  The U.S. has some relief for their 36.5 million on food stamps but in Somalia there is no system to aid all the starving.  Right now “the fighting between insurgents, the government and the Ethiopian forces in the country mean aid agencies are finding it all but impossible to work on the ground.”  What we are seeing take place in Somalia will begin to spread to other nations as their economies begin to fall.
