Since Jesus placed me in the last days ministry I have had the chance to travel doing seminars both in the states and over seas. One of the common treads I noticed after speaking to countless people in all those seminars was there were so many Christians who knew little of what the word of God taught. I met many Christians who were newborn babes as seen in 1 Peter 2. On questioning people as to how long as it been since they came to the Lord, I found out that they should have been well passed the baby stage in their knowledge of the bible. Christ wants his followers as Hebrews 5 teaches for his people to be mature in the word. That means get over the milk stage and start eating the meat of the word. Studying the bible is the only way to fully understand what Jesus is teaching, and the only way how to protect your faith in Christ.
