I Am Grateful Today
Last night another set of storms ripped through Central Ohio. That is where I have lived my entire life. Columbus, our Capital City, sits in the middle of the state. Although Cleveland and Cincinnati are more likely to come to mind when you think of the Buckeye State, Columbus is the largest city in the state.
I wait to remind everyone that Jesus is love and he loves all people even the gay population or the trans gender population. If you want to be a follower of Christ you have to love all people as well. Loving people doesn’t mean you should not warn them what Jesus said. If you do witness to these people do it in love or don’t do it at all. There is no room for hate in the Lord’s Church or His kingdom. Our job is to witness in love, and let the Holy Spirit do his work.

Ukraine Lowers Age of Conscription by Two Years to Fill Troop Shortfalls
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has signed a law that lowers the country’s age of conscription by two years to make up for troop shortfalls. The new legislation lowers the age of mobilization from 25 to 27 years, meaning more young men will be removed from the struggling Ukrainian economy and sent off to the meatgrinder in anticipation of another Russia summer offensive.

Less than 24 hours ago, a catastrophic earthquake hit Taiwan, but that is already starting to fade from the news cycle because so much else is happening right now.

What did Jesus mean when he warned the following: 2 Thessalonians 2:11 “And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:” This verse comes in the context of discussing those who refuse to believe in the truth of the Gospel and instead choose to follow falsehoods and deceit. It suggests that God allows or permits a powerful delusion to befall those who reject the truth, leading them further away from it and towards believing lies. This is seen as a form of judgment or consequence for their rejection of the truth. Is is possible when the Church of Christ is raptured away to heaven that the strong delusion may be the people missing were taken away by aligns and the ones left on Earth are good people, when in fact the opposite is true?
