Frank the HR-3200 Bill was never passed into law. Only the 3590. This law was abandoned, I looked around and everyone seems to be floating around this rumor without any backup for this. If you can find any proof that this law was sign by a government website or reputable website please post the link if not please take down this post it could be misleading.

You’re embarrassingly stupid and don’t know what the hell you’re talking about. The healthcare law, or Obamacare as you right wing nuts like to call it, has absolutely NO provisions for implanting chips of any kind into people. I swear religious is a mental disorder!
