Prophecy Sign: In the Book of Revelation, chapter 17, Jesus warns us that in the last days a false world religion will be born. Jesus refers to this world religion as “THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS”. This false church or world religion will ride the beast, (Antichrist) for three and a half years. Once this time period is over the Antichrist is going to turn on this one world religion and seek to kill it off just the way he is going to try to kill off all the new Christians who accepted Jesus after the Church was raptured to heaven. For the past year there has been more news about the forming of this one world religion. There is a movement growing to bring all religions together and they are even making more commercial for this movement. Always keep in mind that Jesus instructed us to follow sound doctrine. This new movement to form a world religion may sound like a great thing but it water downs what is by Christ. Try telling someone in this movement that they are not going to be able to enter the kingdom of God unless they do so via Jesus Christ and excepting His blood atonement for us. They look on Christians who hold on to sound Biblical teaching as someone who opposes peace and harmony.
Prophecy Sign: Psalm 83 war: Yesterday I gave you news showing that the Psalm 83 war is very near. I know I am repeating myself but each day we see signs that this war is headed our way, and soon. Israel is going to be forced to move against their enemies soon as they will not allow rockets or mortar shells to fall on Israel from those living in the Gaza who are working to destroy Israel. If you do not know anything about the Psalm war are least from this one post you will know that the PLO living in the Gaza are one of the peoples listed in the Psalm 83 war that will try to wipe out Israel, but just like God protected Israel in wars of 1948, 1967, and 1973 we see God will again defeat the armies who attack Israel in the Psalm 83 war.
“Palestinian terrorists operating out of the Gaza Strip fired a barrage of mortar shells into southern Israel on Wednesday night, damaging a home and wounding an Israeli man.
Israeli aircraft responded on Thursday by bombing a terrorist weapons facility in central Gaza and two terrorist installations in the northern part of the Hamas-ruled territory.
Wednesday’s attack drew media attention because a man was injured. But the local councils in the region issued a joint statement stressing that such attacks are taking place on a daily basis, but are being largely ignored due to the fact that the terrorist artillery mercifully misses most of the time.
“This is only the latest in a series of security incidents,” read the statement. “In recent weeks these incidents have risen greatly, and we are now being shelled on a near-daily basis.”
The longer the peace process fails the more we see conflicts like the rise of incidents against Israel. I am not sure which one of these incidents will spark the Psalm 83 war, but I do know that spark is not far off.
Yesterday “The defense minister commented on the current regional situation, saying that Israel finds itself yet again in a critical junction of opportunities and challenges, wedged between negotiations with its neighbors and the radical camp of Hezbollah, Hamas and global terror networks. Without a peace process, he noted, both Israel and the Palestinians will fall back into a cycle of bloodshed and violence.” By the way, the Hezbollah and the Hamas are two other peoples which the Psalm 83 warns will attack Israel.

Prophecy Sign: Zechariah 12:3 warns the nations will turn on Israel in the last days and anyone who comes against Jerusalem will be cut into pieces. There is no question that this prophecy is in the process of being fulfilled. Even Israel’s main allies have been showing signs of turning on Israel and yes, Jerusalem is one of the reasons why these nations are beginning to come against Israel. Just take a look at the failing peace talking and you will learn very fast the the ownership of this city is one of the main points breaking down the talks.
Here is an example of a nation putting pressure on an old friend. “A group of 26 former of former presidents, prime ministers, and former senior EU officials have appealed to Catherine Ashton, the EU’s foreign policy chief, to increase pressure on Israel to freeze its settlement building policy. A spokeswoman for Ashton confirmed on Friday (10 December) that the foreign policy chief had received a letter from the 26 warning that Israel’s settlement expansion “poses an existential threat to the prospects of establishing a…viable Palestinian state”. The letter goes on to say that EU member states had to make “absolutely clear” that an upgrading of EU-Israeli ties should “not occur unless settlements are frozen”.

Prophecy Sign: In order for Daniel’s prophecy concerning the last world empire to come to pass the current world powers must decline to make way for the revived Roman Empire both Daniel and Jesus warn us about. If you have been on the watch you have been witnessing how the USA, which used to be the strongest nation on the Earth is declining very fast. How much longer will the America dollar last is the question many world leaders are addressing. One of the reasons they are asking this question is because they know the US can not pay off her massive debt and is headed for a meltdown. When that day comes the entire world’s economy will change very quickly and a new economic system will emerge. I have no doubts that the one that will be installed will be the one Jesus warned us about in Revelation 13:16-17. Hee is the latest figures on the US debt.
“WASHINGTON (AP) — The federal budget deficit rose to $150.4 billion last month, the largest November gap on record. And the government’s deficits are set to climb higher if Congress passes a tax-cut plan that’s estimated to cost $855 billion over two years.
The Treasury Department says November’s budget gap was 25 percent more than the deficit in November 2009.
For the first two months of the current budget year, which began Oct. 1, the deficit totals $290.8 billion. That’s 2 percent less than for the same period a year ago. And economists had been estimating that the full-year deficit would decline after two years of record highs.
But analysts say the tax deal President Barack Obama reached with Republicans this week will give the 2011 budget year the largest deficit in history — $1.5 trillion, according to economists at JPMorgan Chase. It would mark the third straight year of trillion-dollar-plus deficits. Under the tax-cut plan, JPMorgan economist Michael Feroli said he expects a $1.5 trillion deficit this year to be followed by a $1.2 trillion gap in 2012.”

U.S. Navy engineers at the Office of Naval Research prepared and test-fired a slug from their rail gun in a 2008 test firing. On Friday, December 9, the ONR will attempt to break its own record.
A theoretical dream for decades, the railgun is unlike any other weapon used in warfare. And it’s quite real too, as the U.S. Navy has proven in a record-setting test today in Dahlgren, VA.
Rather than relying on a explosion to fire a projectile, the technology uses an electomagnetic current to accelerate a non-explosive bullet at several times the speed of sound. The conductive projectile zips along a set of electrically charged parallel rails and out of the barrel at speeds up to Mach 7.
The result: a weapon that can hit a target 100 miles or more away within minutes.
