“Al-Shabaab Islamists suspected in deadly Ugandan World Cup bombings” Somali Islamists carried out two bomb attacks in Kampala, killing at least 64 people as they watched the World Cup final, Ugandan authorities said on Monday. Suspicion fell on the al-Shabaab rebel group, which claims links with al-Qaeda, after the severed head of a suspected Somali suicide bomber was found at one of the blast sites. If those suspicions prove true, it would be the first time that al-Shabab has carried out an attack outside of Somalia. The explosions ripped through two bars packed with football fans watching the final moments of World Cup in an Ethiopian-themed restaurant and at a gathering in a Kampala rugby club on Sunday.

Looming ominously like a space ship from Star Wars, this is the future of unmanned flight. Defence firm BAE Systems today officially unveiled its first ever high-tech unmanned stealth jet. The Taranis, named after the Celtic god of thunder, is about the same size as a Hawk jet and is equipped with stealth equipment and an ‘autonomous’ artificial intelligence system. The plane will test the possibility of developing the first ever autonomous stealthy Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (UCAV) that would ultimately be capable of precisely striking targets at long range, even in another continent.

BERLIN – A grueling heat wave shut down the air conditioning in three high-tech trains in Germany, leaving dozens of passengers near collapse trapped in temperatures of up to 50 degrees Celsius (122 degrees Fahrenheit), authorities said Sunday. At least 52 people needed medical treatment and about 1,000 people had to switch trains, the national railway system, Deutsche Bahn, said.” “Deutsche Bahn said, the trains’ problems were caused by the heat outside. Germany has gone through a severe heat wave with temperatures approaching 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit).”

Prophecy Sign: Daniel chapters 2 and 7 show us America is no where to be found as playing a role in the last days as a world empire. “The heads of President Barack Obama’s national debt commission painted a gloomy picture Sunday as the United States struggles to get its spending under control. Republican Alan Simpson and Democrat Erskine Bowles told a meeting of the National Governors Association that everything needs to be considered — including curtailing popular tax breaks, such as the home mortgage deduction, and instituting a financial trigger mechanism for gaining Medicare coverage. The nation’s total federal debt next year is expected to exceed $14 trillion — about $47,000 for every U.S. resident. "This debt is like a cancer," Bowles said in a sober presentation nonetheless lightened by humorous asides between him and Simpson. "It is truly going to destroy the country from within." “"The rest of the federal government, including fighting two wars, homeland security, education, art, culture, you name it, veterans, the whole rest of the discretionary budget, is being financed by China and other countries," said Simpson. China alone currently holds $920 billion in U.S. IOUs.”

When the global economy collapses it will give rise to the Antichrist. The debt crisis is helping bring this about. “FRANKFURT — The sovereign debt crisis would seem to create worry enough for European banks, but there is another gathering threat that has not garnered as much notice: the trillions of dollars in short-term borrowing that institutions around the world must repay or roll over in the next two years. The European Central Bank, the Bank of England and the International Monetary Fund have all recently warned of a looming crunch, especially in Europe, where banks have enough trouble raising money as it is.”

Prophecy Sign: In this first report today you will see signs of 1 Thessalonians 5:3 the Psalm 83 war, and Zechariah 12:3. 1 Thessalonians. informs us when we hear the call for Peace and safety that is the time that sudden destruction will come. The war spoken about in Psalm 83 is a war between Israel’s neighboring nations and Israel, and Zechariah 12:3 is a prophecy that tells us Jerusalem will be the main problem that all the nations will be dealing with, and nation that comes against Jerusalem will be cut in pieces.

So I think we should stay focused on the real problem in the Middle East," he said. "It’s not Israel. It’s these dictatorships that are developing nuclear weapons with the specific goal of wiping Israel away."
Read again Psalm 83:4 "Come," they say, "let us destroy them as a nation, that the name of Israel be remembered no more."
“Netanyahu: Jerusalem dispute should not delay direct talks” “Ynet learns PM told forum of seven senior ministers direct negotiations with Abbas set for early August. In Fox News interview, PM says, ‘We want united Jerusalem. Palestinians have their own views. This is one of the issues that will have to be negotiated’ Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu convened the forum of seven senior ministers on Sunday to discuss the possibility of launching direct talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas. The ministers were instructed not to comment on the talks, but Ynet has learned they are scheduled to begin in early August.”
