I received this email today about a man who claims to have a message from Jesus Christ. I wanted to share this with you so you can watch with me to see if indeed this message did come from the Lord. It won’t be hard to see if he is a false prophet or not because the first part of what he was told will take place this Jan. Below is the message I received.

“We are not sure who Scott Walkington is, but this is very very intresting! and we will know if this comes to pass when we get past the inauguration and Jan. 2009.. Enjoy! Love From Desi and Martha Jakab – Pastors and Missionaries to Africa

Scott Walkington experienced a life after death experience. We have talked with him on several occasions and he spoke at our church. When he speaks, he is very articulate and he gives details that would be difficult to relate if this experience had not been real. Jesus gave Scott seven events that were to happen before the rapture.(1st Thes. 4:13-17; 5:1-4.) The following is Scott's thoughts on the past election. The fulfillment of the following will be the verification of whether Scott had a dream or his life after death experience was real. Whatever happens, this is definitely a time for Christians to pray for our families and our nation.

Date: Thu, 6 Nov 2008 00: Dear friends in Christ;
Before I start, let me make this statement … I'm just a messenger, nothing more, nothing less. Many of you asked in the past year or so who might be elected the next president, based on the Seven Signs that Jesus gave me in my heaven experience. And I answered that Obama's campaign seemed to match many of the issues that Jesus promised in this next candidate.
–
I would have liked to share this prophecy back then, but I did not want it to look like a political advertisement. So I chose to write about this AFTER the election. I can also tell you that this presidential election based on my heaven experience is prophecy being fulfilled. We're just one more milestone closer to the rapture. Just remember…except for local elections, last Tuesday's election was the LAST presidential election we will ever experience before the rapture. There will be no more! Isn't that exciting?
–
Here is what's yet to happen: 1. Coming in January (inauguration) … Due to a "problem", Obama will NOT be sworn in as the next president. He will never take that office. Why? I don't know. This is the missing piece to the puzzle. We must wait in anticipation to see whatever this "problem" might be.
2. Bush will be forced to extend his presidential term until this "problem" can be resolved. Remember, Jesus told me, "The president you know right now (meaning Bush) will be the last president you will know at the time of the rapture."
–
3. Violence will erupt within our nation due to this "problem". What might this be? Rioting? Demonstrations? Terrorism? We will wait and see.
–
4. Jesus told me, "Your troops will be brought home from around the world, but this does not mean peace." Then my minister, Rev. John Rice, (in heaven) said, "When this happens, stay off the airplanes, the trains and the interstate highways. If you must cross a river, use a less traveled bridge or a ferry. When driving, use as many back roads as possible." Then Jesus told me, "Your nation will need all the help it can get to defend itself."
–
5. World War III will erupt. All the nations will turn against this nation, blaming Bush for this "problem", but by the time the world realizes that Bush was not to blame, it will be too late.
–
6. Missiles will be dropped on cities on the east coast, then the west coast, making 9/11 look very minimal.
–
7. Then by the time we see missiles and fighter jets flying above us in all directions right here at home and you feel like it can't get any worse than this, that's when you know the rapture is about to take place. Our nation will lose this war badly. It will be the end of the United States. At this time the one world government and the antichrist will take over.
–
All these things I learned from my heaven experience. Jesus also told me, "These are all in God's plan. As horrible as these events may seem, these events must happen in order for the rapture to take place. But you must fear not, for as you see these things happen, you must realize these are merely milestones as we get closer to the rapture. Just do your works as normally as you possibly can. Then when this time comes, I will call you and everyone else on My list, in the twinkle of My eye, just that fast.." Let me finish by saying, I'm just a messenger, nothing more, nothing less. God bless, Scott

If you go back and read my Oct. 21, 2008 post I bring out a fact that was very troubling to me. It was the fact that Obama would not come forth with his birth papers to prove he was born in the United States. After reading the above e-mail about Obama not being able to take office because something will happen, I started to reflex on the birth paper issue. Well today in the news we are told the U.S. Supreme Court is going to hear the case. I quote, “One of the original legal challenges to President-elect Barack Obama's eligibility for office to reach the U.S. Supreme Court now has been scheduled for a conference, a meeting
at which the justices discuss its merits and whether to step into the fray. Online schedules posted by the court show the case brought by attorney Philip J. Berg is set for a conference Jan. 9. The case is one among several that already have reached the U.S. Supreme Court and address the issue of Obama's eligibility to occupy the Oval Office under the U.S. Constitution's requirement that presidents be "natural born" citizens.” I’m not sure if this is the things that will keep him out of office but it will very interesting to watch. If Obama doesn’t take office you had better keep a close eye on the other 6 things Mr. Scoot said Jesus told him about.

Hi,
I don’t think that if this will not occure will mean He is a false prophet..I think maybe He has gotten things mixed up cause he sounds very mixed up guy..Not saying heis not right with God,he Obviously is..the 7th sign makes sense that those nations (russia-China-Iran) will attack America..maybe the obama thing is a mistake or something he might have Misinterpret because he has been correct about the other things..
his mention regarding the pope is a bit strange and again,I Think He is mixed things up here..My feeling is that He is right with God,I hope he has heard correctly,But if Not,Let not jump on the man and call him a false prophet..I think he genuine who might have got one or two things mixed up with his own thinking about things..
Shalom!

I also wanted to add to that concerning “the first will be last” reference someone made..Scott was not saying that the best level was for those who where in the 5 forld Ministry and neither does Jesus mean that those teachers will be last, that would be very neive I think to take it to mean that,Jesus Obviously ment that,Those who THINK They are First,Who want to be first..that is obvious..So It also possible for someone who is a Pastor for example to not Filfill all God has given him and an unknown housewife to end up in the first best level..It not about the 5 fold ministry necessarily…and jesus definitely does not mean that the leaders within the 5 fold ministry will be last, that OBVIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It not about what you think you are but what we do with the Light and Responsibility we have been given..
as for the Pope..I question that one more than anything he said..Again I wonder if he mixed something up that Jesus told him with his own thinking about things..But it might be that one particular Pope could well end up there,But i question this very much..
so i’m confused a little about this..
But i know that God does give signs and stuff apart from the signs in the Bible so long they don’t contradict the Bible..It a bit Neive to suggest that we can Only follow the Signs in the Bible..How would would understand thoese signs fully except to look at the signs and develpement today? So let not get so fearful of signs either..That an Unbeliving spirit that is right in the church including within the Evangelical church..there are false prophet and false signs, but there are true once too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Weigh all things Jesus said Not Reject!

It is now April 3, 2009, and I can safely say scott walkington’s predication are full of hot air. Obama was sworn in as planned, and despite the ecomomic problems that began under Bush, the world as we know it is not comming to an end.
History is replete with false prophets, and scott walkington is no different. When his prophesies fail to come true, nuts are always willing to make excuses – he misunderstood, he got things mixed up, etc etc etc. Either God is a practicle joker who makes would-be prophets get his message wrong, or the whole thing is a bunch of nonsense to begin with. Ms. Cleo had a better track record than these folks to claim to know the day and hour of these End Times BS. Too much emphasis is placed on this flawed theology of dispensationalism. For people who are so “bible literal”, to miss Jesus’ own statement that “no one, not even the Angels or even the Son, but only the Father knows the day and hour”, makes me wonder what is the real motivation of these people – to sell books and lectures perhaps?
Scott and future false prophets, as Jesus warned us about, will continue to pop up from time to time. Perhaps we should be more concerned with the here and now and let God handle when or if He desices when to end it all.
Has anybody heard anything from Scott since Mr. Obama was placed in the White House?
