When I read news concerning China I have two places in the bible that come to mind. Both of these places deal with end time prophecy concerning war. If you notice from the verses in red below we are shown there is a army of 200 million that will cross the dried up Euphrates river. Also notice this army has breastplates of fiery red. In Rev. 16:12 we are told the kings of the east will cross that Euphrates.

Now you know what these scriptures say, I want to point to why I am watching China. First of all the color fiery red is associated with China. In Chinese culture, red is a highly auspicious and symbolic color. It is often associated with good luck, happiness, and prosperity. Red is frequently used in various cultural and traditional contexts, particularly during important celebrations and festivals. Second, some years ago China announced it now has a army of 200 million. This is the exact same number Jesus warned us about. Third, China is East of the Euphrates river. Forth, at the time that China has a 200 million man army the Euphrates river is dying up. Fifth, China has been in the news lately because of the threat of war as you will see in the report below.

Revelation 9:¹³Then the sixth angel sounded: And I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, ¹⁴saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” ¹⁵So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind. ¹⁶Now the number of the army of the horsemen was two hundred million; I heard the number of them. ¹⁷And thus I saw the horses in the vision: those who sat on them had breastplates of fiery red, hyacinth blue, and sulfur yellow; and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths came fire, smoke, and brimstone.

Revelation 16:¹²And the sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared.

IDF raids home of Hamas operative in Jenin
The IDF reported that security forces are operating in the Jenin “refugee camp” this evening (Tuesday). As part of the operation, the IDF raided the home of a wanted person who is apparently a senior Hamas operative. In addition, security forces engaged in a firefight with terrorists in another part of the camp after the terrorists opened fire on them. The terrorists also threw explosives at the security forces.

The prophecy above talks about distress of nations, with what? Answer: Perplexity. The record number of disaster this year so far has cost $57.6 billion and killed 253 people. These disasters have caused governments complex problems. Here are some of those troubles that follow the disasters.

Keep in mind these problems are both immediate and long-term, for individuals, communities, and entire regions. Some of the problems and challenges that natural disasters can cause include:

Loss of Human Life: One of the most tragic consequences of natural disasters is the loss of human life. Earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, floods, and other disasters can result in fatalities.
Injuries: Many people are injured during natural disasters, often requiring medical attention and care. Injured individuals may suffer from physical and psychological trauma.
Displacement: Disasters can force people to evacuate their homes and communities, leading to temporary or long-term displacement. This can result in overcrowded shelters and temporary living conditions.
Property Damage: Homes, infrastructure, and businesses can be severely damaged or destroyed during disasters. This leads to financial losses for individuals and communities.
Disruption of Services: Natural disasters can disrupt essential services such as electricity, water supply, transportation, and communication networks. This can hinder rescue and relief efforts and make it challenging for people to access basic necessities.
Food and Water Scarcity: Disasters can contaminate or disrupt the supply of clean water and damage agricultural crops, leading to food and water scarcity.
Health Risks: After a disaster, there is an increased risk of disease outbreaks due to contaminated water, lack of sanitation, and overcrowded living conditions.
Economic Impact: The economic impact of natural disasters can be significant, affecting not only individuals and businesses but also entire economies. Recovery can be a lengthy and costly process.
Psychological and Emotional Stress: Survivors of natural disasters often experience emotional trauma, including post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety, which can have long-lasting effects.
Environmental Damage: Natural disasters can cause environmental damage, such as deforestation, soil erosion, and pollution, which can have long-term ecological consequences.
Community Disruption: Social structures and communities can be disrupted, leading to social dislocation and breakdown of support networks.
Strain on Resources: Response and recovery efforts place a strain on local and national resources, including emergency services, healthcare facilities, and relief supplies.
Long-Term Vulnerability: Some communities may become more vulnerable to future disasters due to the destruction of protective natural barriers, like wetlands or forests, or poor urban planning.
U.S. sets record for billion-dollar weather and climate disasters in 2023

With months to go before 2023 wraps up, the U.S. has set a new record for the number of weather disasters in a year that cost $1 billion or more.

There have been 23 climate catastrophes and weather events costing at least $1 billion as of the end of August, breaking the record of 22 set in 2020, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) announced Monday. This year’s disasters have so far cost more than $57.6 billion and killed 253 people.

And the number could climb higher. NOAA is still totaling the cost of Tropical Storm Hilary, which wreaked havoc across California last month, and a drought in the South and Midwest. There’s also an “above normal” forecast for this year’s hurricane season, which will continue through the end of November.

Some of the latest costly disasters include the firestorm in Hawaii, Hurricane Idalia and hail storms in Minnesota.

Last year, there were 18 climate extremes that caused at least $1 billion in damage each, totaling more than $165 billion.
