Prophecy Signs: Daniel chapters 2 & 7 and Revelation chapters 13 & 17 speak to us concerning the rise of the modern day Roman Empire and the man of sin who will take over the global economic system. If you have been coming to my site since January 2008 you know I warned you what to watch for concerning the state of the economy, My warnings have all come to pass. I will make this easy for you to understand. America will not play a major rule as a superpower in the end times because she will be reduced in power. God told Daniel the empire you should keep on the watch for would be the modern day revived Roman Empire, which just so happens to be the European Union. In order for the (EU) to fulfill Daniel’s prophecy from God, America has to decline and that is exactly what we are seeing take place right now! In an earlier post I put up I warned you to watch for the stock market to rise and fall. I warned you these are the types of birth pain Jesus spoke about in Matthew 24. These types of economic birth pains have to taken place if the Antichrist is going to take full control of the global economy. Yesterday we had another big birth pain in the global markets. “NEW YORK (MarketWatch) — A steep sell-off battered blue-chip U.S. stocks Wednesday, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average dropping more than 700 points on fresh evidence that a painful recession is under way and overshadowing efforts to rein in the global credit crisis. "The economy is pretty much showing what we thought all along — that we're slipping into or already in recession," said Sam Stovall, senior investment strategist at Standard & Poor's. In addition, there are signs "that the global economy is slipping into recession," Stovall added, pointing to another slide in oil prices. Crude futures dropped below $75 a barrel for the first time in more than a year.”
CBS filed a report entitled “Credit Card Terms Taking Turns For Worse”. The U.S. financial crisis is going to change the way people live and are able to spend money. Anyone who doesn’t have credit or, has a bad credit rating better pay attention to what they are in store for. Fact is, even if you have a good credit score you may be affected. “This is the biggest and perhaps most ominous change of all — and something many consumers won't realize has happened to them until it's too late. Here's what's scary: You don't have to "mess up" in order for a company to lower your credit limit. Big companies such as American Express, Bank of America and others say they can and will change terms at any time, based on market conditions and the economy in general. Any "perceived risk" can also lower your limit. That includes a decline in credit scores or late payments on other bills. How much are credit limits being cut? In some cases, the cuts are big, Some companies are lowering the limit to right above your balance, and as the balance drops (meaning, as you pay off your debt), the credit limit drops, too. That makes it VERY easy to exceed your credit limit.” For those of you who have a good credit score and think this isn’t going to affect you, you are wrong.” The fact that banks are cracking down on some credit card accounts doesn't surprise John Hall, spokesman for the American Bankers Association, a banking trade organization. News from Bankrate.com had this to say, "It's appropriate when the economy heads south that banks reassess their risk, the risk to the bank. And borrowers may see their credit lines shrink," he says. When the economy is thriving, he says, lines of credit may increase because factors like widespread job loss pose a lesser threat to cardholders' ability to repay. We checked with Bankrate readers through our online newsletters to see if their credit limits had declined. Dozens wrote e-mails indicating that cards they didn't use often got a credit limit cut, or were outright canceled. We received a number of e-mails like this: "My American Express credit limit just got slashed by $4,000 and yet I have high credit scores.” When you click to the CBS link you will be able to watch a video that outlines the changes that are coming. Among the changes will be, fewer card offers, fewer zero-percent offers, and no second chances.” Now that the Feds have finally come out and stated the U.S. is in a recession, the economy will begin to slow up even more. We saw the results of this yesterday when the stock market dropped some 700 points after hearing we are in a recession. As the economy gets worse these bank restrictions will affect more people. Lets look at the big picture. Start taking away the ability for people to use credit and you take away the lifeline for millions of people who are just barely getting buy. What is happening is the banks are slowly squeezing people out of the system. Two things are at work here. The U.S. will keep declining, and we are seeing an economic system that is falling apart. In my posts I warned that when America falls it will affect the rest of the nations and it already has mainly because the other nations are so heavily invested in America. The Bible makes it clear the Antichrist will control a world economic system. I believe you are seeing the blue prints for how this a new economic policy will materialize. Hundreds of millions across this planet depend on credit to live. When this type of systems falls apart and people start going without food you can expect serious troubles. At the end of the day it will be the Antichrist who come up with a new system and force it one everyone just as Jesus warned. You have to realize what is taking place in the global financial markets is happening to fulfill prophecy. Daniel showed us the new modern day Roman Empire would be in power with the Antichrist at the helm in the last days, he didn’t mention the United States. I believe the reason why the U.S. isn’t mentioned as a world superpower is because she would have already declined as a leading power. If you have been watching the news for the past few weeks you would have seen that the European Union is beginning to take the lead in changing to a new global economic policy. This is meant to be because Jesus told us, the man of sin (Antichrist), would rise up from this modern day Roman Empire and it would be this man who will control what you buy and what you sell! Go back and read the last 4 or 5 posts I put up and you will see many reports on how America is declining and falling as a superpower.

One of my warnings has been, you will see thousands begin to get pick layoff notices as America begin to decline. A good example of what I warned you about came over the AP today. “DETROIT (AP) – Another 1,600 workers at three General Motors Corp. factories will be laid off indefinitely over the next few months as the company tries to control its inventory amid a worsening U.S. sales slump.” This is only the beginning of hardships to follow.

Prophecy Sign: Ezekiel 38 warns us that Israel will be attacked in the last days. This attack from the North will be lead by Russia and Iran among other nations. Since 1978 I have be warning be to watch what happens between every one of the nations listed in Ezekiel’s prophecy that are suppose to attack Israel with Russia and Iran. Every one of these nations is now aligned with Russia and, Iran in the past few years has become one of Russia’s strongest allies. Fact is, Russia is really the one building Iran’s nuclear power planet. Russia has given Iran billions to build that plant. A new report released today under the headline of, “Russian envoy: Tehran-Moscow ties in an unprecedented stage” shows us again just how close Russia and Iran have become. The article even mentions the Bushehr atomic power plant as an example of Russia’s new friendship with Iran. Why is this important? Israel will more than likely bomb that nuclear power planet in the coming months. If you are new to my site you need to know that Israel has promised to destroy that nuclear site to stop Iran from requiring a nuclear bomb, which Israel knows Iran will use against them. Since Russia built the plant and is the strongest ally with Iran they will more than likely invade Israel for striking at Iran. Russia has already promised anyone who attacks Iran is the same as attacking Russia. When Israel strikes that nuclear site it could set in place Ezekiel’s prophecy concerning Russia leading an attack with Iran on Israel. The red flags concerning this prophecy are all ready flying so keep on the watch for what takes place in the Middle East. God is about to fulfill another major prophecy. The new friendship that the Russians have forged with Iran was a design by God to fulfill every Word He spoke in Ezekiel 38-39.

Does Iran think Israel is going to strike? Of course, and in today’s news we see they are preparing for this attack. “Iran has claimed that it has conducted another high-scale war exercise of its air crafts earlier this summer. Reiterating the retaliation in case of any aggression, the Iranian president warned on Wednesday that Iran would cut off the hands of the aggressor to his country. The United States and Israel have consistently refused to rule out the possibility of military strikes against Iran over its refusal to halt its disputed nuclear program. These news reports are the handwritings on the wall to what is coming! For those of you who don’t believe God’s Word all I can say is, watch the news. When you see this battle take place you will hopefully believe there is a God in control of this planet and He is TRUTH! Our God walked this planet and died for your sins in order that you may eternity life. The Lord who died and rose again to free mankind and make a way for us to spend eternity with Him is Jesus Christ! Do not think you will enter into heaven by any other name! Jesus made it clear in His Word when He said, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one come to the Father except through me.” Sorry Oprah Winfrey, but you to will soon see Jesus is the only way to heaven.

Prophecy Sign: Jesus also warned in Revelation 9:21 this generation would be known as the drug generation. The words “magic arts” in Revelation 9:21 is the Greek word pharmakia from which comes our word “pharmacy”. It signifies the use of medicine, drugs, spells, such as those used in witchcraft and those used today by those who are seeking a greater “high”. You are probably familiar with the troubles the world is having because of the increase in drugs. Today we see another example of what Jesus warned about. “More than 1,100 people have been slaughtered in a bloodbath of drug-related violence in one city just south of the U.S.-Mexico border this year – that's nearly four victims each day – and some say it is just part of a large crisis that is will soon spill over the border.” Christ not only told us this generation would be known as the drug generation but He also warned that people’s hearts would wax cold because of lawlessness. Once again, everything our Lord told us to watch for it happening right in front of everyone except most of the world doesn’t even know these are signs of the end times.
