One of the ways to see we are the generation to see the Lord’s second coming is the prophecy below. Jesus told us who would be the last generation in Matthew 24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
The fig tree is the nation Israel. Israel is still young and growing as the Lord shows us in verse 32. Not sure if you know this but, we are in the midst of the last days birth pangs Jesus warned us about. Has Israel been blessed with major oil and gas finds? You had better believe it! In a very short period of time Israel has gone from being dependent on other nations for their oil and gas but all that has changed now. Israel has now become so rich in oil and gas that they are now exporting the resource.
