In 2 days I will be at “The “River of Life Church” at 757 Wilderness Road, Lexington Ky.  I will be speaking there for three days giving a seminar at their Church. The seminar will be held on December 11- December 13, 2009.  I will keep you posted, as we get closer to the date for the seminar.

One of the signs to watch for are earthquakes.  Jesus in Matthew 24:7 said there would be many earthquakes.  Here is an update on what quakes were reported so far today.

How you doing Frank. I stumbled on this and thought you might like to also look into it. General consensus is that the Rapture will most likely take place in a time of war and I'm surprised at how many are of the opinion that it very well could be sometime around the Psalm 83 war. Bill Salus is one of those who holds this opinion and there are others as well but he is the only one mentioned in this article. I am getting very excited about the times we are living in for a number of reasons. The revived Roman Empire now has a full-time president, there is talk of implementing a 2 state solution for Israel whether they like it or not, the countries mentioned in the end-time wars have only in the last few months aligned with each other, talk of a one world government is no longer a conspiracy theory but is now common news that we hear spoken of in the mainstream media all the time now, and the US will probably give up national sovereignty next year when they sign the new climate agreement which won't be happening this year as previously thought and there are many other signs that we are seeing that tell us that Jesus is coming for His church soon. Interesting side note on the EU presidency….it is only a 2 1/2 year term. This means the next EU President will be voted in when Obama's first term in office is up. The kicker is that IF we sign that climate treaty next year – which by all indications is more than likely going to happen – then the office of President of the United States is going to be relegated to a secondary role since we will be under a single World Governance when that treaty is signed. Our government will no longer have free reign to do as it pleases. Further implications IF this happens? The dollar will more than likely have been devalued by then and another currency will replace it (can you say Amero?). I think this is why the Fed has kept interest rates as low as they have for so long. I believe that they are preparing us for a replacement currency. The only way they can get away with it is by another crisis….possibly another stock market crash followed by a currency crash. Remember….when a crisis happens then they put in new rules and regulations that they otherwise couldn't do and have it accepted. As Rahm Emanuel put it; "you can't let a good crisis go to waste." (paraphrased) I am of the opinion that the year 2010 will be the year of REAL change. And this change will be in ways that none of us expected. The elites have made their move to install the NWO and they aren't going to back down…..they will keep on with their plans until it's been accomplished.

The Fed can't afford to raise the interest rate because if they do then this so-called recovery we are in will die. Here's the truth: we are NOT in a recovery, but rather, we are in a "holding pattern." In other words, we are in the same situation that we have been in since the meltdown occurred but it has not been allowed to progress any further than it has for one reason or another. By keeping the interest rates low it keeps the value of the dollar down. When the value of the dollar is down then those who are currency traders look for other sources to pour their money into to make a profit. In this case it is the stock market and precious metals – namely gold. By raising interest rates the value of the dollar will go up and when it does then it will chase people away from these other sources and back into dollars. People who are ooing and ahhing over the fact that the market is over 10,000 now aren't paying attention. The lower the dollar the higher the price of gold and the higher the stock market. When people aren't buying dollars anymore then they find other things with more value to trade. When our government – or I should say IF our government – decides to raise interest rates again then it will cause all kinds of havoc. Our debt will skyrocket again (China has lost billions since the dollar has declined) and there will be a BIG shift in markets – worldwide. But the worst that will happen is either instant inflation or deflation. Not going to get into that right now because it's too late. But this holding pattern we are in could be leading up to that long-awaited bank holiday that we have been hearing so much about in the last year.

I have a copy of a WORLD CHARTER for when the one world government is installed and it's very revealing. I have to go through my files and find it and when I do then I'll email you a copy. Along this line…..the Club of Rome – another part of the shadow government that rules this world (powers of darkness) have divided the world into 10 regions of governance. They are as follows:

1) America, Canada and Mexico

2) South America

3) Australia and New Zealand

4) Western Europe

5) Eastern Europe

6) Japan

7) South Asia

8) Central Asia

9) North Africa and Mideast

10) The remainder of Africa

I heard this from both Jack Van Impe and I can't remember the other one. It may have been Chuck Missler. I'll have to dig into my files and find this stuff. This email is a spur of the moment thing. According to these guys, the world government will be lead by the 10 leaders of these regions and according to that charter I have, they make mention of 10 regions, though they don't mention what they are in that charter. I'll look for this stuff tomorrow – actually, it's now today. I believe that in order to implement this new order there will need to be another world crisis and I believe that it will happen soon.

I have to leave…..like I said this was a spur of the moment decision to do this right now. I'll get back to you as soon as I have the other things together.
