Headline: Four rockets Fired at Israel from Gaza
Headline: IDF attacks Hamas targets in Gaza in response to rocket fire
At least four rockets have been fired into Israel from the Gaza Strip on Wednesday. The Iron Dome mortar defense system has intercepted two of the rockets reports the IDF. The ‘Red Alert’ siren system sounded in Israeli towns in southern Israel that border the Gaza Strip earlier on Wednesday, alerting locals to incoming rockets. Once the siren is sounded, local residents have one minute to get inside a bomb shelter.

Headline: Palestinian Authority ‘deeply concerned’ over Israel-Hamas truce deal
Palestinian officials in Ramallah have expressed deep concern over reports that Israel and Hamas are close to reaching a long-term ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip. The officials warned that Hamas was not authorized to conduct negotiations with Israel or any other party, particularly regarding the situation in the Gaza Strip. The warning came as Hamas announced that Deputy Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, Jamie McGoldrick, returned to the Gaza Strip on Wednesday to pursue efforts to reach a long-term ceasefire deal with Israel. Shortly after the UN official arrived in the Gaza Strip through the Erez Border Crossing, Palestinians fired four rockets (from the Gaza Strip) into Israel. The IDF reported that two of the rockets fell in open territory, while two were intercepted by Iron Dome. It was not immediately clear who was behind the rocket attacks. Hamas officials have denied that they are working to reach a new agreement with Israel. According to the officials, the current mediation efforts by the UN, Egypt and Qatar are only designed to “enhance” previous ceasefire understandings with Israel.

As you can see from the headlines above what I have been warning has come to pass. So, once again I will warn you that Hamas will not stop launching rockets or missiles at Israel. Why? Because the Hamas along with the rest of those listed in the Psalm 83 war are on the road to fulfill that prophecy. The day is coming when the nations listed in that Psalm 83 war will finally think they as a combined force can take out Israel. If you are one of the people who doubt this all I can say is remember what your read here today because when this war does break out it will be all over the news!

Headline: Syria war: Air strikes kill 18 in Idlib city despite truce
At least 18 civilians are reported to have died in air strikes that hit a market and an industrial zone in the Syrian rebel-held city of Idlib. A monitoring group said Russian and Syrian government planes carried out the attacks. The air strikes happened despite a ceasefire brokered earlier this month by Russia and Turkey. Idlib is the capital of the north-west province of the same name and is the last stronghold of rebel groups. Neither the Syrian government nor its Russian allies have so far commented on the latest air strikes.

Headline: Jordan’s king warns of Israeli annexation, ‘untold chaos’ of possible U.S.-Iran war
Jordan’s King Abdullah II warned Wednesday that if Israel succeeds in imposing “an unthinkable solution” by annexing parts of the West Bank, hopes for a two-state solution and Palestinian state would quickly come to an end. In a speech delivered to European lawmakers on the tensions boiling across the Middle East, Abdullah added Israel’s construction of settlements in the West Bank and “disregard of international law” could be summed up as “one state turning its back on its neighborhood, perpetuating divisions among peoples and faiths worldwide.”

Headline:Lebanon protests turn violent outside central bank
Lebanese security forces lobbed tear gas at protesters who responded with rocks outside the country’s central bank Tuesday, a violent turn after demonstrators returned to the streets following a weekslong lull. The violence outside the central bank came as protesters resorted to blocking roads around the capital to express their impatience at a ruling elite they say has failed to address the economy’s downward spiral.

Headline: Three pro-Iranian militia fighters killed in strike on T4
At least three members of a pro-Iranian militia were killed in alleged IAF strikes on the Tiyas Military Airbase, also known as the T-4 Airbase, in Syria’s Homs province northeast of Damascus on Tuesday night. The alleged strikes marked the first time in 2020 that IAF jets bombed military targets belonging to Iran west of Syria’s Deir Ezzor and came several hours after two Syrian Air Force cargo flights from Tehran landed at the base.

Headline: Israel intel: Iran will have fissile material for a nuke this year, a nuclear-capable missile in two years
Headline: Israel Expects Escalation With Iran/Hezbollah In 2020
The Israeli intelligence 2020 assessment published on Tuesday, Jan 14, estimates that if Iran continues its nuclear program at the present pace, it will have 25 kgs of highly enriched uranium by winter 2020 and a missile capable of carrying a nuclear bomb in two years. This estimate matches the forecast Israel made five years ago, DEBKAfile’s sources note, when six world powers signed a nuclear accord with Iran for curtailing its development of a nuclear bomb. What happened was that the $150bn reward received by Iran was invested in advanced weapons systems and in establishing paramilitary groups under its control for planting around Israel’s borders.

Headline: Putin engineers shakeup that could keep him in power longer
Headline: The Kremlin’s Expanding Media Conglomerate
President Vladimir Putin engineered a surprise shakeup of Russia’s leadership Wednesday, proposing changes to the constitution that could keep him in power well past the end of his term in 2024. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev resigned his post after Putin announced the proposed constitutional amendments. Putin kept his longtime ally in the Kremlin’s leadership structure, appointing him to the newly created post of deputy head of the presidential Security Council. Putin’s proposed constitutional reforms, announced in a state of the nation address, indicated he was working to carve out a new governing position for himself after his term ends, although the suggested changes don’t immediately indicate what specific path he will take to stay in charge.

Headline: Northam Declares State Of Emergency In Virginia Because “Armed Militia Groups Plan To Storm The Capitol”
The drama in Virginia has escalated again as Governor Ralph Northam declares an official State of Emergency before January 20th’s “Lobby Day” protests. In an executive order, he announced he is banning all weapons from Capitol Square for the day. Credible intelligence gathered by Virginia’s law enforcement agencies indicates that tens of thousands of advocates plan to converge on Capitol Square for events culminating on January 20, 2020. Available information suggests that a substantial number of these demonstrators are expected to come from outside the Commonwealth, may be armed, and have as their purpose not peaceful assembly but violence, rioting, and insurrection. Assuring that Virginia’s Capitol Square and surrounding public areas are sheltered safe places for those who come to participate in the democratic process, as well as those who work on or near Capitol Square, is my greatest priority.

Headline: 2010-2019: A Landmark Decade of U.S. Billion-Dollar Weather and Climate Disasters
NOAA’s National Centers for Environmental Information (NCEI) tracks U.S. weather and climate events that have great economic and societal impacts (www.ncdc.noaa.gov/billions). Since 1980, the U.S. has sustained 258* weather and climate disasters where the overall damage costs reached or exceeded $1 billion (including adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index, as of January 2020). The cumulative cost for these 258 events exceeds $1.75 trillion. During 2019, the U.S. experienced a very active year of weather and climate disasters. In total, the U.S. was impacted by 14 separate billion-dollar disasters including: 3 major inland floods, 8 severe storms, 2 tropical cyclones (Dorian and Imelda), and 1 wildfire event. 2019 also marks the fifth consecutive year (2015-19) in which 10 or more separate billion-dollar disaster events have impacted the U.S. Over the last several years costly disasters have been particularly destructive. The historic 2019 U.S. inland flooding across many Central states follows the historic 2018 and 2017 Atlantic hurricane and Western wildfire seasons, which set new damage cost records. These disasters have impacted dozens of Eastern, Central, and Western states, in addition to Caribbean territories (i.e., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Headline: Major floods hit Iran after a year’s worth of rain in 3 days, at least 3 dead and over 20 000 homeless
Days of torrential rain in Iran have led to major floods, resulting in at least three fatalities, official media confirmed on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Thousands of establishments were damaged, hundreds of villages were cut off, and more than 20 000 residents left homeless. The amount of rain registered in a three-day period in Sistan and Baluchestan Province alone was equivalent to one-year average rainfall in the region. Heavy rains from January 9 battered the provinces of Kerman, southeastern Sistan and Baluchestan, and southern Hormozgan. Over 500 villages were inaccessible as roads remain blocked and communications were cut off, according to the governorate’s director of crisis management, Majid Saeedi. The affected counties included Iranshahr, Chabahar, Khash, Delgan, Zahedan, Sarbaz, Saravan, Sib and Souran, Fonouj, Kenarak, Mirjaveh, Nikshahr, and Hirmand. “So far three people have been confirmed dead and one reported missing,” reported Press TV, the English-language service of state television.
