Prophecy Sign: I think it would be good to read what Jesus Christ warned us about what would happen with the price of food in the last days. I quote from Revelation 6:5-6. “When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “A quart of wheat for a day’s wages, and three quarts of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!” In the book of Mark chapter 13:8 it stated, “Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places, and famines. These are the beginning of birth pains.” Jesus makes it very clear that in the last days the nations of the world will go through birth pains and part of these troubles or birth pains would be famine, hungry, and civil wars where nation would not only be fighting against other nations but that they would be fighting against themselves as well. It will be during this time period that the price of food will have skyrocketed to level that Jesus shows us in Revelation 6:5-6, a person will work all day long for a handful of wheat or barley. In other words, the price of food will be so expensive many will die because they can’t even buy it. As with all birth pains the birth increase the closer the woman gets to delivering the baby. This is the same thing that is happening with the last days signs Jesus warned us about. We saw a good example of the civil disturbance in the nations last year and we are about to witness the next round of birth pains because the price of food is climbing. First let me give you an example of what has already happened then I will show you that Jesus warning is coming to pass not just with the wheat and barley but food in general. If you take the time to read these reports you will learn that the reasons why governments around the world are warning higher food prices

Yellen Admits Inflation Is About To Surge, Says It Will Be A “Plus For Society”

Fed Chair Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen addressed our rhetorical concern, and following the G7 finmin meeting in London where the world’s most advanced nations agreed to impose a 15% minimum corporate tax rate (with zero enforcement provisions), said that contrary to the Biden Budget, inflation could climb as high as 3% this year in what the WaPo said was “the first time the Biden administration projected what inflation could be through 2021”, which by the way is dead wrong since Biden’s budget just last week predicted only 2.1% CPI in 2021. What the pathologically misleading Bezos Post meant to say is that this was the first time the Biden administration actually told the truth about how high the galloping US inflation will rise. And the only reason it did so is that in a time when home prices – and pretty much all other prices – are soaring at the fastest pace in US history, adhering to the laughable 2.1% CPI forecast would crush the credibility of everyone in this progressive administration. Of course, the admission that inflation is about to turn red hot led to many other unpleasant questions that need to be answered, such as what will this to the economy, to purchasing intentions (which as we reported at the end of May just crashed the most on record), and last but not least, to the market, where the tiniest hint of inflation leads to immediate selloffs. So, scrambling to preempt the barrage of questions come Monday, on Sunday Janet Yellen said that even though inflation is now at the highest level since Paul Volcker hiked rates to 20% and the US is about to issue another $3 trillion or so in debt just to fund existing stimulus programs, Joe Biden should push forward with his $4 trillion spending plans even if they trigger inflation that persists into next year and higher interest rates. Why? Because soaring inflation is good for you. “If we ended up with a slightly higher interest rate environment it would actually be a plus for society’s point of view and the Fed’s point of view,” Yellen said in an interview with Bloomberg. And yes, she really said that.

Netanyahu: New gov’t more dangerous than Oslo, Gaza disengagement
Knesset to vote on approving new government by June 14
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu harshly criticized his political rival, Yamina Party leader Naftali Bennett, on Sunday, calling him a “habitual liar” and saying that the government he is forming together with Yesh Atid chairman Yair Lapid constitutes a threat to Israel’s national security. “The left is using Bennett as a tool to crown itself once again, and Bennett is using [the left] as a tool to get himself into the Prime Minister’s Office,” Netanyahu told Channel 20. As a result, he said, the country was entering dangerous territory. The so-called “change” coalition posed a greater risk to the country than the Oslo process and the 2005 Gaza disengagement, said Netanyahu. “I warned—you remember this—I warned at Oslo, and I said there would rise terror strongholds in the heart of the country. And we saw the exploding buses. When I resigned from the government during the [Gaza] disengagement, I warned that the entire country, or at least a large part of it, would turn into a firing range [for Hamas rockets]. And I was right. I was right about this, too,” he said. “And now I warn: The danger posed by this [forming] government is much greater … because there is a threat here, first of all, to our national security,” he added. The prospective government would be weak on Iran and would not stand up to the United States, said Netanyahu, and would not take action, other than lip service, to halt the Iranian nuclear program.

Egypt infuriates Israel, lets Hamas rearm for a fresh round of rocket aggression
With Hamas threats pouring out at the rate of one a day, Israel’s military charges Egypt’s General Intelligence chief Gen. Abbas Kamal of playing a double game when he brokered the ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas, endorsed by the US and Qatar. That ceasefire ended the IDF operation to halt the Palestinian rocket blitz from the Gaza Strip and was supposed to decelerate the high tension over Gaza. However, under Israel’s eye, Gen. Kamal is systematically undoing the IDF’s gains in that operation and allowing Hamas leaders free rein. A security source, cited by DEBKAfile, accused the Egyptian general of all-round cheating and harboring ulterior motives:
To enhance President Abdel-Fatteh Sisi’s standing with the Biden administration and present him as the only player capable of dealing with the Palestinian dossier.
To burnish the president’s image as a go-getter in Arab Gulf capitals.
To dwarf Israel’s success and its military’s high repute – even if this means letting Hamas loose for another rocket blitz to puncture the IDF’s deterrence.
Military sources are not sure if General Kamal is acting on President Sisi’s orders or as a lone agent with silent presidential approval. But Cairo exceeded every bound of credibility as an honest broker when on Friday June 4, Egyptian state television depicted scores of heavy engineering equipment and convoys of trucks laden with building materials bound for the Gaza Strip on the orders of President Sisi. This traffic was described officially as destined for reconstructing the damage wrought by Israel’s bombardment. Our sources report that these convoys have for the last 10 days been making their way from Port Said across Sinai to the Gaza Strip. Their freight includes equipment and lengths of piping cut to size for use in the Hamas workshops that are replenishing its stocks of rockets that were depleted by more than 4,000 fired into Israel’s towns and villages. For faster delivery, the intelligence chief has opened up the new “The Saladin Crossing” which is situated near Kerem Shalom which Israel controls. The Israeli military pointed to Cairo’s double game on this score too. While shutting down Hamas; arms smuggling tunnels through Sinai, Egypt has now opened a new route to supply the Palestinian terrorist rulers of Gaza with the same items.

Iran’s proxies in Iraq increase drone war against US forces
US forces in Iraq face increasing drone threats linked to Iran. This has been known for months since drones first began appearing among pro-Iranian militias in Iraq. Initially used by Kataib Hezbollah and other pro-Iranian groups in Iraq to threaten Saudi Arabia, they have now been turned on the US. Two drones were intercepted by air-defense systems at al-Asad Airbase, Iraq’s Security Media Cell, which releases information regarding Iraqi security, reported Sunday. On May 8, a drone targeted the same base, allegedly flown by pro-Iran militias targeting US forces. In April, a drone attack targeted a secret CIA hangar in Erbil at the international airport, which is inside the sprawling coalition base. The full details of the attack were only revealed later in a report by The Washington Post. This is after two years in which the militias used 107-mm. and 122-mm. rockets to target US facilities. Initially, these attacks targeted the numerous facilities that the US had at places such as Q-West, K-1 and other Iraqi bases used for the fight against ISIS. After US retaliatory airstrikes and increasing calls for the US to leave Iraq, the US consolidated forces at al-Asad Airbase, Baghdad and Erbil. Iran then turned its attention to those sites.

Blast at Iranian steel plant, latest in series of incidents
An explosion and fire were reported at the Zarand Iranian Steel Company in eastern Iran on Saturday night, in the latest in a series of similar incidents throughout Iran, according to Iranian media. Video reportedly from the scene showed a large blaze with what appeared to be an explosion launching debris into the air. The Iranian IRNA news reported that a large explosion occurred during the incident. The governor of Zarand told the Iranian Fars News Agency that no injuries were caused in the incident and that the incident was under control. The incident was reportedly caused by the sudden overflow of molten material in the blast furnace, with the governor stressing that no explosion occurred. The fire at the steel plant is the latest in a series of similar incidents that have plagued Iran in recent weeks. Last year, a series of explosions and fires hit industrial sites across Iran, including a number of petrochemical plants. Iranian officials referred to most of the cases as incidents or accidents, although some reports have claimed that at least some of them involved foul play.

Blast kills two at southern Libya checkpoint
A blast struck a checkpoint in the southern Libyan city of Sebha on Sunday, killing at least two people including a senior police officer, local police, city officials and medics said. A security source in Sebha said the blast was caused by a suicide bomber who detonated a car bomb. Islamic State claimed late on Sunday responsibility for the attack, saying one of its militants stormed the checkpoint using an explosive-laden car. But while the installation of a unified administration and a push for national elections in December are seen as the best hope in years for a lasting political solution, the process is still fraught with challenges. Most territory is still controlled by local armed groups, major outside powers have not pulled foreign fighters from the front lines, and key figures disagree on the management of Libya’s economic resources.

Scotland’s Largest Teacher’s Union to Host “Transgender Jesus” Play for Students
Scotland’s largest teacher’s union, The Education Institute of Scotland,–which boasts representation of around eighty percent of Scotland’s public educators–is hosting a line-up of LGBTQ and drag performers to celebrate Pride Month as part of its campaign to promote sexual indoctrination in public schools. As part of the event line-up, among other transsexual and drag performances, will be one particularly blasphemous performance titled The Gospel According to Jesus, Queen of Heaven. It will be performed by Jo Clifford, a feminist drag performer, who will present Jesus as a “transgender woman” when he returns to Earth. Laughably, Clifford says the performance is not meant to be sacrilegious. The Christian Institute’s education officer, John Denning has described the play as “deeply offensive” for Christian members of the EIS. “This play deliberately re-imagines Jesus as a trans woman and puts words into his mouth that he never said, misrepresenting him. That’s deeply distressing and offensive for many Christians who value him and his teaching above all.

74% of California and 52% of the Western U.S. now in ‘exceptional’ drought
Drought conditions in California remain at record highs, with most of the state now classified in “extreme” or “exceptional” drought, reflecting conditions across the Southwest, according to a new report from climate scientists. Much of the Bay Area and the northern Central Valley have been included in the most severe “exceptional drought” zone, along with much of southeast California, the U.S. Drought Monitor reported. The new projections, released Thursday, show that every acre of California is affected by dryness and that the entire Bay Area and around 74% of the state are at least in “extreme” conditions. In the Western U.S., that condition extends to about 53% of the region.

Shallow M5.9 earthquakes hit Gorda plate, off the coast of Oregon
Intense earthquake swarm near Salton Sea, Southern California
Two shallow M5.9 earthquakes hit off the coast of southern Oregon, U.S. at 07:52 and 08:17 UTC on June 4, 2021, at a depth of 16.6 km (10.3 miles) and 14.5 km (9 miles), respectively. They were located around 12 km (7.4 miles) from each other and followed by 5 moderately strong aftershocks over the next 15 hours. 13 M6+ earthquakes have occurred within 200 km (124 miles) in the last 50 years. The largest of which was a M7.2 earthquake on June 15, 2005. These earthquakes occurred as the result of shallow strike-slip faulting within a deformed section of the southernmost oceanic crust of the Juan de Fuca plate, commonly called the Gorda plate, west of the Cascadia subduction zone, the USGS said. Focal mechanism solutions indicate that rupture occurred on either a left-lateral northeast-southwest-striking fault or on a right-lateral southeast-northwest-striking fault. Near the location of the earthquakes, the Juan de Fuca plate moves to the northeast relative to the North America plate at a velocity of about 30 mm (1.18 inches) per year.

Turkey’s Sea of Marmara experiences the largest outbreak of “sea snot” on record
A large amount of thick, viscous, mucus-like substance known as marine mucilage or sea snot (phytoplankton bloom) is covering the coastline of the Sea of Marmara near Istanbul, Turkey, threatening marine life and the local fishing industry. Sea snot is caused by the overgrowth of phytoplankton — microscopic marine algae — due to pollution. Sea snot was first reported in the Maramar Sea in 2007 but the latest outbreak is thought to be the largest in history, local media report. Turkish President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, said the cause of the latest increase in phytoplankton coating the surface of the Maramar Sea is unrefined wastewater discharged into the sea, adding that he had instructed Environment Minister Murat Kurum to lead the resolution of this issue. Erdogan also said the problem could spread to the Black Sea. With a team of 300 people, the ministry is currently carrying out inspections at 91 different points of the Sea of Marmara, as well as all wastewater refinement and solid waste facilities on land, to detect the source of the pollution, he said.
