Prophecy Sign: As you know I have been busy for the past two months reporting on the sign of many earthquakes.  This is one of the last days signs Jesus asked us to keep on the watch for in Matthew 24:7.   Recently there has been a rash of major earthquakes and today it was Turkey’s turn.  I quote, “Kovancilar, Mar 8: A 6.0 magnitude earthquake hit eastern Turkey in the wee hours of Monday, Mar 8 killing at least 41 people and trapping many under the rubble of destroyed buildings.The earthquake rocked Basyurt in Elazig province at 4:32 am (local time). It was followed by 30 aftershocks, say reports. The casualties are being taken to the state hospital in the nearby town of Kovancilar.”    In just two days there were 13 good size earthquakes.  People are finally taking notice that the Earth is shaking.  What they need to understand is Jesus is trying to get your attention.  These earthquakes are only one of many of the ast day signs, but all the signs all taking place at the same time and this is the key to knowing we entered the last days.  In the past week there have been 71 good size quakes and ten of these quakes were at least a 6.0 or higher.

Prophecy Sign: One of the major prophecies not yet completely fuffilled is the one give to us in I Thessalonians 5:3. “For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape”.  There is no question the first part of this prophecy has been fulfilled.  Most of you know Israel and the Arab neighbors have been calling for (Peace and safety) since 1977.  The part that will be completed soon is the part in red, the sudden destruction.   War is coming and when it comes it will fulfill not only the second half of Thess. 5:3, but will most likely also fulfill the Psalm 83 war of which Syria will take part in.  The first report below is from Syrian Arab News Agency and it shows you an example of the call for peace and safety.

“Damascus, (SANA)- President Bashar al-Assad said on Sunday "achieving peace and stability necessitates compelling Israel to withdraw from the occupied Arab land and to return Arab rights." President al-Assad's remarks came during a meeting with Head of Foreign Policy Committee of the Parliament of Denmark Eva Kjer Hansen. President al-Assad and Hansen reviewed the situation in the Middle East and Syria's vision towards it, stressing the importance of the European role in this regard. The President added "The West's misunderstanding of Arab issues and the subsequent policies that ignore the region's reality and its social and cultural status have increased extremism and terrorism in the region," underlining the importance of dialogue to overcome these problems”.  At the same time we are hearing these nations call for peace and safety we are also hearing talk about another war between these nations.

“Israel's outspoken foreign minister harshly warned Syria Thursday against drawing the Jewish state into another war, saying the Syrian army would be defeated and its regime would collapse in a future conflict. Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman also advised Syria to abandon its dreams of recovering the Israeli-held Golan Heights in a speech that ratcheted up simmering political tensions between the two longtime foes and sparked an urgent damage control campaign from the prime minister's office. Lieberman's exceptionally sharp words followed Syrian President Bashar Assad's accusation on Wednesday that Israel was the one avoiding peace, and the Syrian foreign minister's earlier threat that Israeli cities would be attacked in a future conflict. The Syrians "have crossed a red line that cannot be ignored," Lieberman said in a speech at Bar-Ilan University, near Tel Aviv. "Our message must be clear to Assad: 'In the next war, not only will you lose but you and your family will lose power,'" he added.”  I really hope you are paying attention to what is happening in the Middle East because war is coming, and the rest of I Thessalonians 5:3 and Psalm 83 are going to be completely fulfilled soon.

One of the things that has become clear about the Middle East peace talks is the issue of Israeli construction on what the PLO believes is there land.  Rumors of another war breaking out over this issued have been in the news and today is no exception. I quote, “Israel has authorised the building of 112 new apartments in a Jewish settlement in the West Bank. This comes as US Vice-President Joe Biden flies to the region, becoming the highest ranking US official to visit since Barack Obama took office. On Sunday, Palestinian Authority leaders in the West Bank agreed to indirect talks with Israel. Israel had promised a 10-month pause in settlement building in the West Bank, not including East Jerusalem. The announcement will place strain on the already fragile agreement to talk, Palestinian negotiators say. “

In many of my post I warned you to watch for signs that America will lean more toward the PLO then with Israel.  I based this on the fact that Zechariah 12:3 warned us that all the nations will come against Jerusalem.  Of course that includes the USA.  For the past few years we have noticed the shift in U.S. policy toward Israel and here is one of those examples.  “The U.S. administration will not put a lot of effort into the upcoming indirect negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, opting instead to focus on the November Congressional elections, according to an internal Foreign Ministry report that was distributed to Israeli diplomatic missions abroad. The classified report claims that in the preparatory discussions for the Israeli-Palestinian proximity talks the Obama administration adopted positions that are closer to Palestinian demands”  http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/1154530.html

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 also tells us there will be war and rumors of war. We know from the Bible Christians in the last days will be persecuted. Matthew 24:9 tells us the following: "Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.”  Not only are we now witnessing many war and the rumors of war, but the majority of the major wars being fought right now are religious wars.  Here is an example of what I am talking about.  “JOS, Nigeria – A reporter says he counted more than 200 dead bodies after renewed religious violence between Christians and Muslims in central Nigeria.  Yemi Kosoko, a reporter with the independent Nigerian news network Channels, told The Associated Press on Sunday that most of the bodies appeared to be women and children killed by blows from machetes. Kosoko says he made the count Sunday afternoon with an official from the state government in a village just south of the city of Jos.”  These types of war will only get worse the closer we get to the seven year tribulation.  Reports about Christians being attacked have become common news.

Prophecy Sign: With out going into great detail Daneil chapter 2 and chaper 7 show us the last days power shift that will take place.  We see the old Roman Empire being revived again.  Know this, we understand that America will decline from being a superpower to give way to this last world empire.  I have been giving you signs of America’s decline.  Just yesterday I showed you five more banks failed and today we see the U.S. dollar coming under attack again.  In my book I warned you to watch for the dollar to be dumps as the economic crisis get worse and today’s news is a good example of what I warned you about.  I quote from a report entitled, “Beijing studies severing peg to US dollar”. ““China’s central bank chief laid the groundwork for an appreciation of the renminbi at the weekend when he described the current dollar peg as temporary, striking a more emollient tone after months of tough opposition in Beijing to a shift in exchange rate policy. Zhou Xiaochuan, governor of the People’s Bank of China, gave the strongest hint yet from a senior official that China would abandon the unofficial dollar peg, in place since mid-2008. He said it was a “special” policy to weather the financial crisis. “

It is my prayer that my work for Jesus has guided you to accept Christ as your Savior. If this is the case, you can begin your new walk by saying this prayer.  Notice I said begins your walk.  Once you make a commitment to Christ pour out your heart to Him and let Him help you grow in His ways.  Seek out a Church where they teach the entire Bible, and join in the Lord’s fellowship.  We are much to close to the Lord’s second coming to be a lukewarm Christian.
