“We are Allah’s hand,” declares Fatah amid riots
Arabs attacking Jews in Jerusalem are “Allah’s hand.” This message was Abbas’ Fatah Movement’s response following days of violent Arab riots in Jerusalem, which Fatah seems intent on turning into a religious war. In two posts on its official Facebook page, Fatah declared the Arabs committing the violence to be “Allah’s hand”. Another Fatah leader stressing the religious value of the confrontations, was Fatah Central Committee member Tawfiq Tirawi who wrote that supporting the rioters and participating in the riots is a religious “obligatory personal commandment” (fard ayn) - one of the highest religious obligations in Islam. Tirawi called on the “Palestinian forces and factions” to honor their duties toward Jerusalem and called on all Arabs and Muslims to “act to save the holy city from the clutches of the occupation and its colonialist occupying racist policy”. It should be noted that the PA and its leaders misrepresent all of the Temple Mount as an integral part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Therefore, they vilify any presence of Jews on the mount as an ”invasion.” It should be noted that Jews who visit the Temple Mount only enter some sections of the open areas, and do not enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque or the Dome of the Rock. Israeli police ban Jewish prayer at the Temple Mount because of threats of violence by Palestinians.

Yemen government troops advance in Marib province amid fierce fighting
Saudi defense forces destroy Houthi drones, missile targeting Najran
Yemeni government troops, backed by Arab coalition warplanes, seized control of several mountainous locations near the central city of Marib after fierce clashes with the Houthis, an army spokesperson said on Sunday. Maj. Gen. Abdu Abdullah Majili told a press briefing that troops had expelled the militia from several locations in Al-Kasara and Al-Mashjah, west of Marib, captured three rebels and destroyed more than 20 military vehicles. Coalition warplanes destroyed vehicles carrying ammunition and fighters headed for battle. Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s defense forces intercepted a ballistic missile and two Houthi explosive drones targeting the southern city of Najran, the Arab coalition said on Sunday.

Two rockets target Baghdad airport base housing US troops
Two rockets targeted an air base at Iraq’s Baghdad airport housing US-led coalition troops on Sunday, in the second such attack in 10 days, a security source said. One of the projectiles was intercepted by the C-RAM counter rocket, artillery and mortar system deployed to protect US troops in Iraq, the source told AFP.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility or report of casualties. Last week, three rockets crashed into the sector of the Baghdad airport base occupied by Iraqi troops, wounding one soldier. Pro-Iran groups have vowed to ramp up attacks to force out the “occupying” US forces. Almost 30 rocket or bomb attacks have targeted American interests in Iraq — including troops, the embassy or Iraqi supply convoys to foreign forces — since President Joe Biden took office in January.

Fire, explosion at petrochemical plant in Iran
An explosion and fire were reported at a petrochemical plant in the Shokuhieh Industrial Town in the Qom Province of Iran on Sunday, according to Iranian media. Some 150 firefighters and 20 firefighting vehicles worked to extinguish the large fire. Two firefighters were seriously injured and two of the fire trucks caught fire while battling the flames and were destroyed, according to the Iranian Fars News Agency. A number of explosions were reported amid the fire. A spokesman for the local fire department told Fars that the fire had been prevented from reaching nearby tanks which would have caused a “very large accident” if they had caught fire. Last year, a series of explosions and fires hit industrial sites across Iran, including a number of petrochemical plants. Iranian officials referred to most of the cases as incidents or accidents, although some reports have claimed that at least some of the incidents involved foul play.

Taliban Declares Open Season On Americans As Weekend Fighting Erupts, Scores Dead & Wounded
Fierce fighting between US-allied national Afghan forces and the Taliban broke out Saturday into Sunday, the day after the May 1st American pullout deadline set under the Trump administration. It included the Taliban immediately attacking a government base in southwestern Ghazni province. Afghanistan’s defense ministry counted over 100 Taliban insurgents killed over the prior 24 hours in a statement on Sunday, at a moment the US is said to have started the process of withdrawal. The statement counted a further 52 Taliban wounded. Separately an attack on the Ghazni military outpost left at least 17 national soldiers dead and some 25 captured, according to international reports. And elsewhere in the country “Afghan officials Saturday raised the death toll to at least 30 from an overnight truck bombing in Pul-e-Alam, the capital of eastern Logar province,” VOA News reports. Over 100 more were injured, with all or most of the victims being civilians. Amid the flare-up in fighting the US military said it launched a “precision strike” against Taliban positions in the restive insurgent hotbed of Kandahar. Meanwhile as expected the Taliban has now declared ‘open season’ on all remaining American troops following President Biden’s new Sept.11 full withdrawal deadline. Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid issued the following statement: “As withdrawal of foreign forces from Afghanistan by agreed upon May 1st deadline has passed, this violation in principle has opened the way for [Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan] Mujahidin to take every counteraction it deems appropriate against the occupying forces.” “The Mujahidin of IEA will now await what decision the leadership of Islamic Emirate takes in light of the sovereignty, values and higher interests of the country, and will then take action accordingly, Allah willing.”

14 arrested in Seattle after peaceful protest gives way to clashes
A Bay Area, California Trump supporter infiltrated a group of far-left Antifa activists in Sonoma County, and documented the ‘anti-fascist’ group coordinating to target conservatives. Group leader: “It’s May Day, baby, like come out and take, take somethin’ over with us, I don’t, I don’t (bleep)-ing know.”
Member: “Let’s kill people. (laughs)” Group Leader: “Let’s kill some cops.” Member: “Yeah.” In an exclusive report by ABC7, the Republican infiltrator provided a “target list” and recordings of the group’s planning sessions, which may be connected to recent acts of vandalism – including an incident at the former home of a defense witness in the Derek Chauvin trial. Former Santa Rosa Police Officer Barry Brodd testified as a use of force expert in the George Floyd trial, defending the actions of Derek Chauvin. Brodd testified on April 13, “I felt that Derek Chauvin was justified.” Four days later, masked figures in black threw a severed pig head and pig blood at the house where Brodd used to live in West Santa Rosa. Lt. Jeneane Kucker of the Santa Rosa Police Department told the I-Team, “I know that the victims, in this case, feel threatened. And they don’t feel safe in their home.”

Myanmar’s ethnic rebels shoot down military helicopter as anti-coup protests continue
A major Burmese ethnic rebel group has claimed to have shot down a helicopter belonging to the country’s military. The incident comes amid continuing protests against the recent coup that ousted Myanmar’s civilian government. The Kachin Independence Army (KIA) said the helicopter had been shot down on Monday in Myanmar’s northernmost province of Kachin. The aircraft is said to have been destroyed after Myanmar’s military launched airstrikes against the rebels. “They used jet fighters and helicopter gunships since eight this morning to attack our troops. Our troops fired back and this was how the helicopter was shot down,” a spokesman for the militant group has said, without elaborating what weaponry had been used to bring the helicopter down. It was not immediately clear how many people were on board the aircraft and the crew and passengers’ fate remains unknown. Myanmar’s military has remained silent on the incident and did not confirm or deny the downing of the aircraft. The KIA’s claimed downing comes as anti-coup protests continue across Myanmar. Multiple people were killed over the weekend during protests that have been called by their organizers “the global Myanmar spring revolution.” The protests, being held on an almost daily basis for three months already, have resulted in the deaths of at least 765 protesters, according to the tally by the Assistance Association for Political Prisoners advocacy group.

In the 1970s, an energy crisis caused tremendously long lines at gas stations all over the country. In 2021, we don’t have a shortage of gasoline, but shortages of other key products are starting to cause very serious problems. In fact, as you will see below, even the Biden administration is publicly admitting that there will be “supply chain disruptions” in the months ahead. The 1970s also featured extremely painful inflation, and I certainly don’t need to tell you that prices have been rising very aggressively lately. In fact, Bloomberg is using the term “skyrocketing” to describe the “upward trajectory” of commodity prices. Over the past year, the Federal Reserve has pumped more money into the financial system than ever before, and the U.S. government has been on a wild spending spree that makes Zimbabwe look fiscally conservative. It was inevitable that this was going to cause rampant inflation, but the numbers that we are starting to see are so crazy they are difficult to believe. At this point, nobody can deny what is happening, and even the Biden administration is admitting that there will be “supply chain disruptions” and “transitory increases in prices”.

Significant Jump This Week in Reported Injuries, Deaths After COVID Vaccine
Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the number of injuries and deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) following COVID vaccines showed a significant jump in reports of injuries and deaths compared with last week’s numbers. VAERS is the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed. Every Friday, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received as of a specified date, usually about a week prior to the release date. Today’s data show that between Dec. 14, 2020 and April 23, a total of 118,902 total adverse events were reported to VAERS, including 3,544 deaths — an increase of 358 over the previous week — and 12,619 serious injuries, up 2,467 since last week.

UK records coldest April since 1922 and frostiest since 1960
The Met Office has confirmed that last month was the UK’s coldest April since 1922. The chilly weather was accompanied by air and ground frosts, making the country record its frostiest April since 1960 when precise record-keeping began. Despite the cold and frosts, much of the country also basked in their sunniest April on record. April 2021 had the UK’s lowest average minimum temperatures in 99 years. Frots and clear conditions combined for a chilly month, said the Met Ofice. Since records began in 1884, April 2021 had the third-lowest average UK minimum temperature for the month, early provisional figures from the National Climate Information Center (NCIC) shows. Average daily maximum temperatures fell below normal, but not by as much as the minimum. The country also saw its frostiest April last month with an average of 13 days of air frosts. This had topped the 11-day average set in April 1970. Last month’s number of air frosts is more common for December, January, or February, as the average number of air frosts for April is only five days.
