I hope you are taking notice the number of reports coming out weekly talking about how Israel needs to be divided. Anyone who doesn’t know Jesus as their savior yet needs to understand Israel even as strong as she is now will be over run by the Antichrist and the Jews will be scattered and the land divided. If you reject Jesus as your savior and, you are still alive during the tribulation you may see this dividing of the land take place. I say may see it because, if you reject Jesus you will miss the rapture of the Church and, most of the people living when the Church is taken into heaven will be killed during that tribulation period. In any case at the end of the tribulation Jesus will return physically to Earth and put an end to the Antichrist’s rule and set up His Kingdom ruling from Jerusalem. While you are still alive you have hope because you still have a chance to take Jesus as your Messiah and savior. However, once the Church is taken at the rapture your path to Jesus will be much much harder.
We know from the Revelation of Christ that those left behind when the Church is gone will have to die for Christ. See Revelation 20:4 “And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
You may think this is a joke and what Jesus warned will never happen but this is exactly what Jesus warned us about the last days. Read Matthew 24:37 But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, 39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Unlike what happened to Noah’s generation who were all killed by the flood, in these last days there will be no worldwide flood. What is coming instead is a 7 year tribulation and by the end of that 7 year tribulation hardly anyone will be left alive. The first 3 and a half years will be the set up period where the Antichrist will come on the scene and appear to be the man who brings peace to our world. More than likely he will play a huge role in allowing the Jews to build their Jewish Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.However, 3 and a half years into the tribulation the Antichrist will show his true colors. What does that mean? It means that Satan who takes over the Antichrist will be ruling on Earth.
In the middle of the tribulation Satan in the form of the Antichrist will stop all Jewish sacrifices on the Temple Mount and tell the world his is god. It is at that point Satan will go after anyone who does not bow down to him and take his mark as warned by Jesus in Revelation chapter 13. The only way you will be able to escape this last 3 years of the tribulation is to be covered by the blood of the Lamb which is Jesus Christ. I would encourage any one who is reading this post to ask Jesus into your life now. If you are having a hard time now without Jesus I can’t imagine how you will be able to handle any part of the tribulation knowing what is coming during that 7 years.
