Prophecy Sign: "And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast" (Revelation 17:12-13). 

Here is quote from page 62 of my newest edition of my book. Read the prophecy once more (Revelation 17:9, 18 and Daniel 7:24-25). The Antichrist’s seat of power could be in Rome. These prophecies state ten leaders (kings) who do not have their own kingdom will give all their power over to the one man (the Antichrist). The framework of the WEU is an exact reproduction of what we observed in the Revelation Jesus gave John. The ten Presidents of the WEU are part of a kingdom; however, they do not have their own kingdom per say. The full members of these ten nations are also members in the EU. Once the EU Constitution is ratified, the EU will elect its President. The ten full members of the WEU will hand over all of their power to the President of the European Union. There is also the possibility the ten WEU nations may not be the ten Jesus warned us about. There are signs to this affect which I will cover later. In any case, the WEU is to hand over power July, 2011.”

Now that we have just passed July, 2011 we got information from the Council of the WEU as to what has happened.  As you will see, there is now another group of TEN nations that have taken on the rule of the WEU. Could these be the TEN KINGS Jesus warned us about?  The Doc. below gives you the details.

DECISION OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE WESTERN EUROPEAN UNION
ON THE RESIDUAL RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE WEU
(27 May 2011)

“1. From 1 July 2011, on behalf of the States Parties, the following residual administrative activities will be transferred to the European Union Satellite Centre:
a) the management of pensions of former WEU staff members;
b) the management of the WEU Social Plan 2010;
c) the resolution of any dispute between the WEU and former WEU staff members and the implementation of decisions by the competent Appeals Board;
d) support for the liquidation of WEU goods and services.

2. Before 30 June 2011, the WEU will enter into an administrative agreement or arrangement with the European Union Satellite Centre to ensure the implementation of European Union Council Decision 2011/297/CFSP of 23 May 2011.

3. Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom (hereinafter called "the Ten")recognize that they will be jointly responsible, including financially, to the extent of the key governing mandatory contributions to the WEU, vis-à-vis the European Union Satellite Centre, with respect to the WEU residual administrative obligations specified in paragraph 1 of this Decision,

4. The States Parties agree for this purpose to establish a start-up Fund of EUR 5.3 million in order to secure the timely payment of contributions required for the execution by the European Union Satellite Centre of the obligations arising out of the European Union Council Decision 2011/297/CFSP of 23 May 2011 and contained in this Decision. The start-up Fund is made up of the contributions from the States Parties, calculated according to the scale of WEU budget contributions in force on 30 June 2011. The States Parties shall be required to pay initial contributions to the Fund before 30 June 2011 for a total of 20% of the amount mentioned above.

5. Any decisions regarding residual administrative activities identified in paragraph 1 of this Decision shall be taken unanimously by the Board of the European Union Satellite Centre consisting of one representative appointed by each of the Tenin accordance with Article 23a § 6 of European Union Council Joint Action 2001/555/CFSP, as amended by European Union Council Decision 2011/297/CFSP of 23 May 2011. The first meeting of the Board shall be convened upon the entry into force of this Decision by the State Party holding the chairmanship of the WEU particularly in view of Article 40 of the WEU Pension Rules.”

By the way, I did not write in hereinafter called “the Ten”.  This is how it appears in the document. Only the Lord Jesus knows if this group of ten are the ones He warned us about. However, since these nations are in fact part of the old Roman Empire there is that possibility that they may be the ten.  I know one thing for sure, if you are left behind after the rapture of the Church you will find out exactly who the ten kings Jesus pointed to!

 Prophecy Sign: When the rapture takes place and you find yourself left behind because you refused to come to Jesus Christ for salvation you will need to know what to look for that will show you, you are in the seven year tribulation.  If you watch the news look for two men to show up in Jerusalem who begin to preach Jesus Christ out in the open.  These men will stand out and will no doubt be dressed much like this man in the above photo. 

 Jesus gave you information about these men of God in Revelation 11:3. “REVELATION 11:3 "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth." 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. 5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. 6 These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire.”  There is going to be much deception during the tribulation, but you will be able to trust what you hear from these two men as truth for they will be sent by Christ to begin leading those who are left behind to the truth in Christ Jesus. Something in my spirit is telling me the arrival of these two prophets is not far off.

The above photo comes from news out of Jerusalem where the Jews are praying at the Western Wall.  I quote, “Tens of thousand of Jews are praying at the Western Wall on Tisha B’Av as the People of Israel fast and mourn the destruction of the First and Second Temples. Hundreds of police are ensuring that the prayers are held without disturbances by Arabs on the Temple Mount, where several Jewish groups also are visiting although forbidden to publicly pray there.”

Many people think some thing major will happen in Israel on the 9 of Aug, (Tisha B’ AV,) because in the past major events took place on this day concerning the Jews.  Below you will find on Tisha B'Av, five national calamities occurred:

• During the time of Moses, Jews in the desert accepted the slanderous report of the 10 Spies, and the decree was issued forbidding them from entering the Land of Israel. (1312 BCE)

• The First Temple was destroyed by the Babylonians, led by Nebuchadnezzar. 100,000 Jews were slaughtered and millions more exiled. (586 BCE)

• The Second Temple was destroyed by the Romans, led by Titus. Some two million Jews died, and another one million were exiled. (70 CE)

• The Bar Kochba revolt was crushed by Roman Emperor Hadrian. The city of Betar — the Jews' last stand against the Romans — was captured and liquidated. Over 100,000 Jews were slaughtered. (135 CE)

• The Temple area and its surroundings were plowed under by the Roman general Turnus Rufus. Jerusalem was rebuilt as a pagan city — renamed Aelia Capitolina — and access was forbidden to Jews.

Other grave misfortunes throughout Jewish history occurred on the Ninth of Av, including:

1. The Spanish Inquisition culminated with the expulsion of Jews from Spain on Tisha B'Av in 1492.

2. World War One broke out on the eve of Tisha B'Av in 1914 when Germany declared war on Russia. German resentment from the war set the stage for the Holocaust.

3. On the eve of Tisha B'Av 1942, the mass deportation began of Jews from the Warsaw Ghetto, en route to Treblinka.

 Prophecy Sign: Each week we see more signs of the coming Psalm 83 war.  As time goes by we are also seeing more rumors war may break out between Israel and the Lebanese over the gas finds.  Of course Iran is again at the heart of the problem and pushing for a new war. If you are new to my site, the Psalm 83 war will take place first, but Iran’s army won’t engage fully in this war.  Iran’s entire army is being set up to fulfill Ezekiel 38, which is a war that will be lead by Russia of which Iran will be a major ally in this attack on Israel.

“Iran has bolstered the Lebanese and Hizbullah threat to go to war over their claims on huge gas fields discovered by Israel off the Haifa coast. Iranian ambassador to Lebanon Ghazanfar Rokn-Abadi said, “Iran is prepared to cooperate with Lebanon due to its self-sufficiency in energy fields,” according to Iran’s government-controlled media. Iran reported that the oil and gas fields discovered by the ”Zionist regime" are in districts “belonging to Lebanon's economic zone monopoly, which have been occupied.”The discovery of the gigantic Tamar and Leviathan gas fields 80 miles off Israel’s northern coast is considered to be the biggest in years, with the field possibly having the world’s largest gas reserves. Commercial quantities of oil also are indicated. Since the discovery, Lebanon has claimed the field is in its territorial waters, and Hizbullah, which dominates the coalition government along with pro-Syrian elements, has said it will back Lebanon, using force if necessary.”

The nations listed in Ezekiel 38-39 won’t like what they read about their nations, because the outcome of this attack on Israel is a massive defeat of 5/6 of all the men who attack Israel.  God warned that the Middle East nations would say they want to destroy Israel, and Iran’s President is one of the loudest to call for Israel to be wiped off the map.

Prophecy Sign: Revelation 18:12 the weeping over their lost gold and silver and other items. Once again we are witnessing the rise in the gold prices.  Now people are telling us gold could rise up to $2, 500 an ounce.  The road to Revelation 18:12 is being paved!

I quote, "We though we had seen it all… Then JPM's Colin Fenton came out with a prediction of gold hitting $2500 by year end. That's right: JP Morgan… $2500…."Gold and sugar have potential to run a lot higher. It has been clear for weeks that the prompt CMX gold price has been building in a rising probability of a reflaring of financial crisis, gaining by 9.7% since June 30 as the MSCI World Equity index dropped by 10.1%. The correlation in daily price changes between these two assets has dropped to –0.09 from +0.29 over the prior year. Gold’s correlation against TIPS has doubled to 0.35 from 0.18. Against Italian and Spanish 5-year sovereign CDS prices, the gold correlation has moved to 0.27 and 0.32, from 0.07 and 0.04, respectively. Before the downgrade, our view was that cash gold could average $1800 per oz by year end. This view will likely now prove to be too conservative: spot gold could drive to $2500 per oz or higher, albeit on very high volatility." Funny, when discussing yesterday's Goldman upgrade of gold we said: "Next up: everyone else." Little did we know…  Also, it is unclear if Blythe precleared this client note. But at this point it probably does not matter.

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 (kingdom against kingdom). The civil unrest Jesus warned us about is continuing to take place. This time we turn our attention to the UK.

"Police today admitted they were prepared to use plastic bullets against rioters if a fourth night of lawlessness sees gangs of youths marauding across London and looting businesses. With an unprecedented 16,000 police officers due on the streets of London tonight, answers were today being demanded over the failure of police to bring last night's riots under control. Just hours after David Cameron warned rioters they would face the 'full force of the law' shops were boarding up their windows across the capital amid fears of more violence across the capital. Businesses, pubs, schools and even medical centres were sending staff home early. Disorder has already been reported tonight in Wolverhampton, West Bromwich and Salford."

My time of rest begins today, but before I start resting I want to warn you of something of great importance. If you do not study the word of God, you will not know when someone is telling you lies and untruths. Many of these untruths are now coming from men who call themselves Preachers, Men of God, Pastors, and Priests.  If you do know the word of God and you hear one of these men in your Church preach doctrines of devils you must take a stand for Jesus Christ and make sure everyone in your Church knows about it.  This will take courage and you will need proof from the Lord’s Word that it is a doctrine of the devils.  After reading today’s news ask yourself this question. What would you do if your heard your Church leader spit out some false teaching as pointed out in scripture?  Would you just sit there and say nothing, or would you stand up for Christ even if no one else did and make sure everyone in that Church knew what this leader said was a lie.  The time for playing Christian is over! We are in the last days and therefore you can expect the doctrine of devils!

Prophecy Sign: I Timothy 4:1……. Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils

“The Rev Klaas Hendrikse can offer his congregation little hope of life after death, and he's not the sort of man to sugar the pill. The Exodus Church is part of the mainstream Dutch Protestant Church An imposing figure in black robes and white clerical collar, Mr Hendrikse presides over the Sunday service at the Exodus Church in Gorinchem, central Holland. It is part of the mainstream Dutch Protestant Church, and the service is conventional enough, with hymns, readings from the Bible, and the Lord's Prayer. But the message from Mr Hendrikse's sermon seems bleak – "Make the most of life on earth, because it will probably be the only one you get". "Personally I have no talent for believing in life after death," Mr Hendrikse says. "No, for me our life, our task, is before death."  Nor does Klaas Hendrikse believe that God exists at all as a supernatural thing.

Prophecy Sign: Zechariah 12:3 shows the world against Israel.  Today's news is proof we are in that time. The headline to the report should be enough to show you! "The Six-Day War was a watershed in the short history of the State of Israel. One point of friction it created, and that has yet to be resolved, is the status of the united city of Jerusalem. At the end of July, 1967, Y. Tira reported in Haaretz that Jerusalem "had turned from the capital of [the state of] Israel to the focus of the Land of Israel." For 19 years, he wrote, the city had been divided, and although it was the capital, "it had depended on kindness, good will, desire and a vague consciousness of its special status in the history of the nation and the land."  Since the war, the city had grown and expanded its boundaries, particularly westward, although the pace of life remained calm and completely different from that of cosmopolitan Tel Aviv. Tira compared Jerusalem after the war to a person who has a bad accident and winds up in a body cast. There are many signs in the news today showing us Bible prophecy is being fulfilled just as Jesus warned us it would. Some of those signs in the news today deal with war, civil unrest, famines, intense heat from the sun, droughts, earthquakes, America’s decline from power, Gold projections, and disease. Before I take a short rest from posting let me ask you this question.  If you are sinning and think you are getting away with it, don’t you realize that everything you do is being recorded by God?   Better read what Jesus told us in Matthew 12:32-36 “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment."  If the rapture of the Church were to take place today, how would you feel about the records that have been kept on you when you face Jesus Christ?  In those records would there be a record of you asking Jesus in your life, or not?  Those records will determine where you spend eternity, in heaven or in hell.  Do not let one more day pass in your short life where you continue to refuse the salvation of the Lord Jesus. We are getting closer each day to the Lord coming for His Church.  Will you go or stay back on Earth to face the coming man of sin, the Antichrist?  Let today be the day you fulfill what Jesus said in John 3:3, that you must be born again!

Prophecy Sign: The are more signs that the Psalm 83 war is closing in on the Middle East. I don’t know how many times I have warned you that the conflicts will not stop, and that the Palestinians will continue to launch rockets and missiles into Israel until a major war breaks out.  Below are to news reports showing you the conflicts continue.  Get ready people because the Psalm 83 war is coming sooner than you think. As you can see from the information in the above photo, the Palestinians will be involved in the Psalm 83 war.

“Palestinian terrorists operating out of the Gaza Strip late Wednesday night fired two long-range GRAD missiles into southern and central Israel. The first missile exploded on the outskirts of the town of Kiryat Gat, which is at the southern end of Israel's densely populated central region. The second landed within the city limits of the southern port of Ashkelon. The attacks caused no injuries, but a road was damaged in Ashkelon. Israeli officials said they view the attacks as an escalation of violence, as GRAD missiles are far more accurate than the Palestinians' locally-produced Kassam rockets, can travel much further, and carry a larger payload. In response, Israeli forces attacked several terrorist installations in Gaza on Thursday morning, reporting direct hits on their targets. espite the mounting violence, Israel continues to go out of its way to aid the local Palestinian population by improving economic conditions.”

“The Israel Defense Forces launched an air strike early Thursday against two Gaza city training facilities operated by the armed wing of the Islamist militant movement Hamas, witnesses and officials said. No casualties were reported. Israeli F-16 jets flew shortly after midnight over the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip, firing a missile at each of the two training camps of the al-Qassam Brigade in the east and west of the city, respectively, witnesses said. The two facilities were destroyed, Hamas reported. An Israeli army spokesman earlier told Israel Radio that several homemade rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip toward the Negev area in southern Israel, with no injuries reported. Two rockets landed near Lahish, while another two exploded near the south Israel city of Ashkelon. The IDF spokesperson said in a statement that "the IDF will not tolerate an attempt to harm Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers, and will respond with determination to any attempt to use terror against the State of Israel. The IDF holds the Hamas terrorist organization solely responsible for any terrorist activity emanating from the Gaza Strip."

“The strain, known as S. Kentucky, has spread internationally with almost 500 cases found in France, Denmark, England and Wales in the period between 2002 and 2008, according a study in the Journal of Infectious Diseases.

French researchers who led the study also looked at data from North America and said reports of infection in Canada and contamination of imported foods in the United States suggest the strain has also reached there.

The study was published Wednesday as U.S. health officials reported a multi-state outbreak of another strain of antibiotic-resistant salmonella – called S. Heidelberg – which has so far made 77 people sick and killed one.

Salmonella infection is a major public health problem worldwide. There are an estimated 1.7 million infections in North America each year and more than 1.6 million cases were reported between 1999 and 2008 in 27 European countries.

Although most salmonella infections produce only mild gastroenteritis with stomach cramps, fever and diarrhea, older people or those with weaker immune systems are particularly at risk of life-threatening infections.”

The Agriculture Department and the Minnesota-based company announced Wednesday evening that Cargill is recalling fresh and frozen ground turkey products produced at the company's Springdale, Ark., plant from Feb. 20 through Aug. 2 due to possible contamination from the strain of salmonella linked to 76 illnesses and the one death. Illnesses in the outbreak date back to March and have been reported in 26 states coast to coast. Both the Agriculture Department and the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention are still working to identify the source. Meanwhile, the Agriculture Department has warned consumers to properly cook ground turkey.”

It declared a famine in two large southern regions of the war-torn country in July.

"Famine is expected to spread across all regions of the south in the coming four to six weeks," said the UN Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit. More than 11 million people have been affected by the worst drought in 60 years in the Horn of Africa.

The UN's Food Security and Nutrition Analysis Unit (FSNAU) said that famine was "likely to persist until at least December 2011".

Evidence from malnutrition and mortality rates shows that famine thresholds have been surpassed in two rural districts of the Middle Shabelle region – Balcad and Cadale – as well as the parts in and around the capital, Mogadishu, where there are camps for displaced people.

These three areas join the Bakool and the Lower Shabelle region, where famine was declared on 20 July 2011.

Prophecy Sign: Signs of the coming Psalm 83 war.

Palestinian Authority terrorists are reverting to the first Intifada tactic of burning down Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria. Arabs have set more than 20 fires in Jewish communities, mostly outposts, the past several weeks, which have forced the evacuation of residents. Police investigations have determined that the blazes were intentional, and tracks have led them Arab villages nearby the Jewish communities. Six Arab suspects have been arrested. In the first Intifada in the late 1980s, Arabs frequently set fires, often on the Sabbath. Some Israeli Arabs profited by their being employed by the Jewish National Fund.

Relatives or friends of the same Arabs, who lived in an Arab village a few hundred feet from the kibbutz and beyond the 1949 borders, set the reserve on fire, and Arabs from other villages used the same method in dozens of other incidents. The renewed arson intifada causes more widespread damage than the usual life-endangering rock-throwing, particularly in the summer when forests are dry and afternoon winds quickly whip up a small fire into an inferno. It, too, can put lives in danger. An IDF Samaria commander termed the arsons as a “new weapon” but it in fact proved to be successful 20 years ago until the 'trend' in Arab violence gave way to suicide bombings.”

Prophecy Sign: Mark 13:8 birth pains signs of the coming Psalm 83 war between Israel and her bordering nations.

Air Force action comes in response to Kassam rocket fired at southern Israel, moderately injuring a woman in her fifties. The IDF spokesperson confirmed Tuesday that the air force attacked several targets in Gaza overnight, including a smuggling tunnel in the southern Strip and a terrorist center in the north. No information was been given on possible casualties, but the statement confirmed that the planes returned to their bases safely and that the hits were on target. The attack was in response to a Kassam rocket fired at southern Israel from Gaza on Monday night.

The push for renewed talks is an attempt to persuade Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas from bringing the issue of Palestinian statehood recognition to a vote at the United Nations in September. On Monday, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee that his government had been working with the Obama administration and other members of the Mideast Quartet — the United States, United Nations, Russia and the European Union — on a working document for renewed peace talks and that the coordination with Washington was better than expected, The Jerusalem Post reported.

 “A crow found in Harris Township has become the fourth bird in Centre County to test positive for the West Nile virus, according to the state Department of Environmental Protection. Bert Lavan, of the county Planning and Community Development Office, which oversees the county’s West Nile program, confirmed that the crow was collected in Harris Township, where a mosquito sample earlier tested positive for the virus. Centre County remains the only county in the state where birds have tested positive for West Nile. Two mosquito samples also have tested positive, which Lavan said is a better indication that the virus is present locally. The positive samples have come from College and Harris townships and State College borough.”

"The atmosphere continues to "cook the books" in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and the string of triple-digit heat may last for the next couple of weeks. As of Tuesday afternoon, Aug. 2, 2011, Dallas has had 32 days in a row with high temperatures of 100 degrees or higher. The last time it failed to reach triple-digit figures was July 1. This weekend in the Big D, the current heat wave moved into number two on the all-time list for number of days in a row of 100-degree temperatures. The old number two on the list was 29 days in a row spanning July 6 through Aug. 3, 1998. The longest stretch of days for 100-degree temperatures in Dallas was 42 set during the blistering summer of 1980, spanning June 23 through Aug. 3, 1980. According to Long Range Expert Meteorologist Paul Pastelok, "The current string of 100-degree days will probably last into the middle of August."
