Revelation 17: 1: And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters:
2: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication.
3: So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
4: And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:

9: And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.

15: And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.
18: And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.

The Catholic Encyclopedia says, "The pectoral cross [suspended by a chain around the neck of abbots, bishops, archbishops, cardinals and the Pope] should be made of gold and . . . decorated with gems . . . ."

Compassion unites the world's faiths

Let me give you some advice before you rush to sign up for this new one world religion concept. Jesus died on the cross and allowed His blood to be shed for all mankind. Jesus did this to set all men free from the grips of hell. You may think that forming a new one world religion would cancel out the flames of hell, but you will be mistaken. I would ask those who are putting this world religion together if they are going to call the scriptures that show us how Jesus died and endured the pain He went through for us as illegitimate? Keep in mind these words I quoted from this organization, “that any interpretation of scripture that breeds violence, hatred or disdain is illegitimate. Satan’s finger prints are all over this Charter for Compassion. It sounds good but so did the taste of the forbidden fruit that Adam and Eve ate, and look at what that brought us! At least Jesus made a way for Adam and Eve to get into heaven but to remove and take away from the Book of Revelation, you are out of luck.

Do you understand what is happening here. If you read the Bible where it says for example in chapter Ezekiel 38 where God tells us He is going to destroy 5/6 of the entire army that attacks Israel in the last days, this one world religion based on the charter for compassion pledge would toss these scriptures out and call it illegitimate because it speaks of killing. By doing this they reject the warning from God about these future events. This is exactly what Satan wants to happen.

Strip the Word of God, water it down so people won’t see God’s judgment, this is Satan’s plan. Let me take this one step further. Since the Book of Revelation deals with God’s judgment on all unbelievers and this book if filled with killings, they will also call the entire Book of Revelation illegitimate.

Anyone who reads the Book of Revelation needs to be aware of the curse that will come on you if you take away from or even add to the Book of Revelation. I quote Jesus Christ. Anyone who joins The Charter For Compassion, or this one world interfaith religion, who calls the Lord’s scriptures illegitimate had better read Christ’s warning in Revelation 22:18-19.

“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book”.

What about the scriptures teaching us what Jesus did for us at the cross? What happened to Jesus was the most violent, hateful or disdained event in the Bible. But wait, this Charter for compassion religion will also toss these scriptures out? According to their own pledge in their charter they would have to, which would make Christs work void! God forbid!

What about the concept of hell? Scriptures teach us people will suffer for eternity in the lake of fire if they reject Christ's salvation. Mark 9:45,46…

“And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.”
