I will be honest with you all. I did not want to write anything today. I much rather report nothing but good news but many of you know the state of the world. As we close out 2008 many of you may be saying, “ what a terrible year”. This year many of you came out of your Christian sleep and have begun to take notice of the things Jesus warned us. For that, I give thanks. Many of you have written me telling me you have given your life to Christ and are now trusting Him in these last days. When I read these emails, I break down and cry. God has truly blessed me. I can’t wait for the day when I enter heaven and see all the people Jesus has let me touch. To me 2008 has been a blessing. We are going to face some real hard times in 2009, but we will never be alone. Christ promised if we seek His Kingdom first everything else would be added to us. Those of us who have already taken Jesus as our Savior have hope for what is coming. I pray to God you are one of those people. I am getting prepared for my speaking engagements in Rochester on Sunday Jan. 11, and 14th so I won’t be writing much until Jan. 20th. I wanted to tell you all that I love you and wish you a very Merry Christmas. I look forward to serving you all in the New Year.

A few months ago I asked you to keep your eyes on what happens to California. What takes places in California usually is a meter to what will happen to the rest of the states. Today we learned “A California official is warning that the state will run out of money in about two months unless a budget deal is struck. State Controller John Chiang said Monday that his office could be forced to defer billions of dollars in payments or issue IOUs. He says the instability of the banking industry has made borrowing money to bridge the gap an uncertain possibility.”

Just how bad are things in California. One report stated, “I lost hope about finding work," the 54-year-old illegal immigrant said outside a Home Depot store as he entered his fourth straight week without a job. "I'm homesick. It's best to leave." Thousands of Latin American immigrants both legal and illegal are going back home as the economic crisis in the United States causes jobs to dry up in the construction, landscaping and restaurant industries. The flow of immigrants back across the border tends to be cyclical, with many people going back home for the Christmas holidays. But some authorities say they are seeing a bigger-than-usual reverse-immigration effect this year.” Everything you just read about is adding to the superpower shift, which the prophet Daniel saw for the last times.

I pray to God that everyone in the U.S. is getting ready to the dollar to crash. I know this is scary but it is going to happen. Jesus warned us that ten kings will give over their power to the Antichrist when he rises from the revived Roman Empire. We believe those ten kings are the ten leaders of the Western European Union or (WEU) which is part of the European Union. Please pray for America, she is going to need it soon.

One thing that takes place during hard times is the crime rate rises and people do things they normally wouldn’t do. For example, “Jim Cahill who is a loss prevention general manager said “shoplifting has increased nearly 60 percent from mid-September through mid-December compared with the same period in 2007. Consider it another sign of the times. There are the pressures of the holidays.” “Shoplifters and employees who steal walked away with $34.8 billion in 2007, or an average of $350 per U.S. household, according to the National Retail Federation in Washington, D.C. The shoplifting portion is estimated at $12 billion. As the economy has worsened in the last few months, some retailers say they are seeing that figure grow 5 to 20 percent. “People have lost their jobs. They’re paying more for gas. They are getting calls from bill collectors on their home or car. Everything seems to go wrong,” said Joseph LaRocca, vice president of loss prevention for the retail federation.” Lets not kid ourselves, this is one of the reasons why the U.S. government is training troops to stop riots. When the dollar collapses millions of people who are not prepared will do what ever it takes to feed their families and themselves. Be wise and find out what you can do now to get ready.

Prophecy Sign: Matthew 24:7 shows us we need to keep on the watch for earthquakes during the last days. I didn’t report the activity for the past two days but today’s news showed on Dec. 22, 2008 there were 2 quakes hitting 5.0. Today so far there have been 4 big quakes hitting from 5.0 to 6.2.
