This morning I couldn’t sleep so I got up to check my email. I had one email. I was shocked to read what I had been sent.  It was information about a think tank out of Europe, which goes by the name of “LEAP”. LEAP stands for “Laboratoire European Anticipation Politique”.  The findings from this think tank can be viewed at their web site under the heading. “Global Europe Anticipation Bulletin, (GEAB), La letter confidentielle de LEAP/E2020” Why am I giving you this information?  When you read what they have predicted to happen to the global economy and America, it is exactly what I have been warning you about.  Up until this morning at 2 AM I never even heard of the LEAP think tank, yet everything they have warned are the exact same things I have been warning you in my posts this past year and a half.  What I believe has happened is the Lord has allowed me to see things in advance and has given me wisdom about what we are headed for.  I have been passing out this wisdom to anyone who would listen.  The LEAP think tank has put out tons of information and so far they are considered to be very accurate.  I want to show you some of the most important predictions they have made for the latter part of 2008 and for early 2009.

“Global systemic crisis Alert – Summer 2009: The US government defaults on its debt in this 28th edition of the GEAB, LEAP/E2020 has decided to launch a new global systemic crisis alert. Indeed our researchers anticipate that, before next summer 2009, the US government will default and be prevented to pay back its creditors (holders of US Treasury Bonds, of Fanny May and Freddy Mac shares, etc.). Of course such a bankruptcy will provoke some very negative outcome for all USD-denominated asset holders. According to our team, the period that will then begin should be conducive to the setting up of a « new Dollar» to remedy the problem of default and of induced massive capital drain from the US. The process will result from the following five factors studied in detail further in this GEAB:

The G20-meeting held in Washington on November 14/15, 2008, is in its essence a historical indicator that the Western – above all Anglo-Saxon – monopoly on global economic and financial governance, is coming to an end. Nevertheless, according to LEAP/E2020, this meeting also clearly demonstrated that this kind of summits is doomed to inefficiency because they concentrate on curing the symptoms (banks’ and hedge funds’ financial difficulties, derivative markets’ explosion, financial and currency markets’ dramatic volatility, …) rather than the fundamental root of the current crisis, i.e. the collapse of the Bretton Woods system based on the US Dollar as sole pillar of the global monetary system. Without a complete overhaul of the system inherited from 1944 by summer 2009, the failing of the current system and that of the United States at the center, will lead the whole planet to an unprecedented economic, social, political and strategic instability, and more specifically to a breakdown of the global monetary system by summer 2009.In light of the technocratic jargon and calendar of the declaration released after this first G20-meeting (totally disconnected from the speed and scope of the unfolding crisis (1)), it is more than likely that the disaster will have to happen for the fundamental problems to be seriously addressed and for the beginning of a reply to be initiated.

In part of the think tanks reports they say the UK and America will go first.  Do these countries know this and are they getting ready for the social unrest"  Yes they are! Just last week, the new United States director of national intelligence, Dennis C. Blair, told Congress that instability caused by the global economic crisis had become the biggest security threat facing the United States, outpacing terrorism. “Nearly everybody has been caught by surprise at the speed in which unemployment is increasing, and are groping for a response,”  Fact is the U.S. Army is getting ready for these riots.  They have even posted a notice for bids for riot gear. It is high time for the general population and socio-political players to get ready to face very hard times during which whole segments of our societies will be modified (4), temporarily disappear or even permanently vanish. What is the chaos the think thank is speaking about?  You are watching it on the news and don’t even know it.  It is the beginning of all the riots and unrest in the many nations.  Most of these current riots have been triggered by job losses.  The New York Times wrote a report on this topic, which they entitled their report, “Job Losses Pose a Threat to Stability Worldwide” Here is a short section to that report. “From lawyers in Paris to factory workers in China and bodyguards in Colombia, the ranks of the jobless as swelling rapidly across the globe.  Worldwide job losses from the recession that started in the United States in December 3007 could hit a staggering 50 million by the end of 2009, according to the International Labor Organization, a United Nations agency.  The slowdown has already claimed 3.6 million American jobs.  High unemployment rates, especially among young workers, have led to protests in countries as varied as Latvia, Chile, Greece, Buolgaria and Iceland and contributed to strikes in Britain and France.”  I think by now you get the message.  I said this before but I am going to say it again, this is the unrest in which Jesus said was coming.  In Matthew 24: 7 the Lord warned kingdom would be against kingdom, or civil war.  The average Americans have been weakened and are not ready for what is coming to the states.  They have been living in a lap of luxury and will have a harder time coping with what is coming than the poor.  America is following the footsteps of the Old Roman Empire.   Once again I stress if you aren’t getting ready to deal with this coming crisis I would begin today.  The first thing I would do is seek Jesus!  Is the government of American concerned about possible rioting in the U.S.?  Let me quote from another section of the Times report. Another LEAP report I found very interesting was what they said concerning Israel and Iran.  I quote, “The Laboratoire européen d’Anticipation Politique Europe 2020 (LEAP/E2020) now estimates to over 80% the probability that the week of March 20-26, 2006 will be the beginning of the most significant political crisis the world has known since the Fall of the Iron Curtain in 1989, together with an economic and financial crisis of a scope comparable with that of 1929. This last week of March 2006 will be the turning-point of a number of critical developments, resulting in an acceleration of all the factors leading to a major crisis, disregard any American or Israeli military intervention against Iran. In case such an intervention is conducted, the probability of a major crisis to start rises up to 100%, according to LEAP/E2020.”  As you can see the think thank was right on the money with their prediction because the Israeli Iran conflict over Iran’s nuclear power program is about to explode.  I have given you countless reports from the Middle East where we are told over and over again Israel is going to attack Iran to stop them from firing up their nuclear site.  Everything is the LEAP think thank is coming to a head and what I have told you about these same issures only confirms my message.

Subject: Baltic Dry Index-(Shipping situation that affects all of us) I've been discussing the Baltic Dry Index (BDI) with everyone I can for months now. I started following it in June of 2008. It's not a traded index so no one profits from the index itself, which makes it virtually manipulation proof. It is what it is and that doesn't bode well for any of us.

OK, we have 26 shipping routes around the world that the BDI looks at. Shipping stocks are slaves to the BDI. Capsize Ships (over 100,000 tons) make up only 10% of the World Fleet but move 62% of Dry Bulk Traffic (at a given time Australia has 35/40, China 20, Brazil 40-50, S. Africa 1-7). Panamax Ships (60,000-80,000 tons) make up 19% of the world fleet and move 20% of the Dry Bulk Traffic (at a given time Australia has 40-60, China 20-35, Brazil 3-12, S Africa 0-1). There is a third and fourth ship size but they are quite small and they aren't moving either.

If we can use the Baltic Dry Index (BDI) as a guide for the next 12 months of product delivery and food availability in the stores we shop in then the BDI says shelves will be virtually empty of almost every product we use each and every day.

If the BDI is wrong it will be an historic first. It’s always 100% correct. The BDI is used by bankers, financial experts, brokers, traders and everyone in high-end finance to assess the global financial condition and the availability of products worldwide. It’s a primary gauge of world economy.

The BDI has dropped 94% in a short few weeks which means raw materials, grains, ores, steel, iron, cement and all imported products for ‘food’ manufacturing and product manufacturing even though we actually do very little of that here in the US. We do make bread and other products that require grains, like cereals. We import clothing, gasoline, various fuels and, well, just about everything these days and the BDI says global shipping has shut down. NOTHING is moving. Because this spells disaster for a country that produces little and imports everything I have been intently blogging about the subject and asking people to view a short video I have posted (8 minutes) on:

The Baltic Dry Index (BDI) is an indicator of how much product is actually out for delivery throughout the world. It cannot be cheated or manipulated because it deals with actual products that are either actively being shipped, or are on docks awaiting to be shipped as Freight On Board (FOB). As the chart below proves, back in June, 2008 the BDI stood at a reasonably healthy 11,600. As of today, the BDI has plummeted to 791. That's about a 94% drop in goods actually being

shipped worldwide.

This portends unprecedented disaster around the world, especially as it relates to food. Products are simply not being shipped. They aren't being shipped because there aren't any orders for them. This will translate into massive, unprecedented unemployment worldwide and, as things get worse, massive food shortages. The Globalist’s bankers are causing this to starve out about 2 billion people. I quote, “CONTAINER lines could see a staggering $68bn wiped off their global revenues this year if freight rates stay around today’s record lows. That represents almost a third of industry income in 2008 and follows a plunge in freight rates during the first two weeks of January. The full extent of the industry’s worst-ever downturn is contained in the latest Drewry Container Freight Rate Insight report that says spot container freight rates are almost certainly at their cheapest level ever. The 42% collapse in all-in rates from South China to Europe since November has been so shocking that Drewry is asking whether the market has veered out of control.”
