-Prophecy Sign: Chapters 2 & 7 of Daniel’s book shows  us the future and who will be the last world power standing at the time Jesus returns to take His seat as King in Jerusalem. In outlining what world power would would come one after the other we see that the Old Roman Empire will be revived again and be the power ruling when Christ returns.  Those who know the book of Daniel know that America was never talked about. Many have asked me why?  I believe it is because America’s power would have been taken away so much so that she isn’t even considered or mentioned.  Since Jesus warned in Revelation 13:16-17 that the Antichrist who rises out of the modern day Roman Empire will control the world and the world’s economy, that our present global economic crisis is one of the ways the Antichrist will be introduced on the world stage.

One must understand this world is not going to cross over into a one world government run by the Antichrist over night.  We have been moving in that direction for years.  It is only now that this current global economic crisis is pushing the move to unite all nations under one economy but it has been coming for some time now.

Another footstep for a one would government would be to begin nationalizationing nations banks.  Once the governments seize the banks the next step will be to place them under the control of one man.  This is exactly what the present crisis is doing.  If you have followed the news you may have heard that many governments are already beginning the nationalization  of their nations banks. Here is an example of what I am talking about. I quote from news out of Germany.  “The news came one day after the Dutch, Belgian and Luxembourg governments announced an €11.2 billion bailout of troubled Fortis bank, which saw a partial nationalization of the company. Fortis is Belgium's largest bank, and the government in Brussels is providing €4.7 billion for a 49 percent stake in the company's Belgian operations. Europe is in a mess and this economic mess started in the U.S..  America is in some of the worse shape since the first Depression and if you have come to my site in the past month you would have read many reports where financial experts are now saying a Depression is on the way.  I have been warning people for years this had to take place.  America has to decline as that first ranked superpower and, the revived modern day Roman Empire has to take her place to fulfill the visions God showed Daniel about the last days.  As you can see, this don’t mean Europe won’t be without troubles.  All it means is, at the end of the day, the Antichrist will rise to appear to have the fix for the global economic crisis and by his power and leadership he will take Europe and lead the world.

One thing the people of the United States thought they would never see was American bank becoming nationalized.  Well stand by because your about to see that happen.  They are talking about it right now.  I quote from a new report just out.  “Long regarded in the US as a folly of Europeans, nationalization is gaining rapid acceptance among Washington opinion-formers – and not just with Alan Greenspan, former Federal Reserve chairman. Perhaps stranger still, many of those talking about nationalizing banksare Republicans. Lindsey Graham, the Republican senator for South Carolina, says that many of his colleagues, including John McCain, the defeated presidential candidate, agree with his view that nationalization of some banks should be “on the table” Mr Graham says that people across the US accept his argument that it is untenable to keep throwing good money after bad into institutions such as Citigroup and Bank of America, which now have a lower net value than the amount of public funds they have received. “  Who would have ever thought that Republicans would ever go along with nationalization of American banks?  I am telling you this crisis is laying the foundation to bring this world right to the doorstep of the Antichrist.  Just stay with me and watch, you are going to hear much more about this as more banks begin to fail!

The economic crisis is now hitting even the most wealthy places in the U.S. For example, “In Contra Costa County, a few miles from San Francisco and the millionaires of Silicon Valley, widespread poverty has returned to California. Buffeted by a housing collapse and a slumping economy, the county of 1m is struggling to cope with a sharp rise in the number of residents seeking welfare assistance.”  Welfare lines across America are getting longer and longer and at the same time places that help feed the poor are beginning to run out of food.  I know I am painting a grim picture but if you know what Jesus warned about these last days you would realize what we are current living through is nothing compared to what we are headed for.

If you read the report you will learn that Obama is pushing for nationalizing the banks in trouble. “ Barack Obama, the president, who has tried to avoid panicking lawmakers and markets by entertaining the idea, has moved more towards what he calls the “Swedish model” – an approach backed strongly by Mr Graham. In the early 1990s Sweden nationalised its banking sector then auctioned banks having cleaned up balance sheets. “In limited circumstances the Swedish model makes sense for the US,” says Mr Graham.”  These are the last days and the Antichrist is about to be revealed as he makes moves to correct the economic crisis.  Unlike what happen to the Swedish banks this crisis is going to be much worse and once the banks are taken over by the governments they will stay in the hands of the government.

While this global crisis is going on and leading us to a one-world government many of our freedoms seem to be disappearing at the same time.  Government is becoming more intrusive than very before.  Here are a few examples. “For the first time, some airline passengers will skip metal detectors and instead be screened by body scanning machines that look through clothing for hidden weapons, the Transportation Security Administration said Tuesday.”  To me it is interesting that the Prophet Daniel not only was given the facts as to who would be the last world power to rule when Christ returns but, Daniel was also shown the last generation to be alive at the time Christ returns would be known as the generation of knowledge. Daniel writes about this in Daniel 12:4 where he said, “But you, Daniel, close up and seal the words of the scroll until the time of the end. Many will go here and there to increase knowledge."  Look at what our knowledge has brought us.  Soon every one of you who travels will be forced to go before a machine that will expose you entirely.  If you don’t pass through those machines forget about boarding a plane.

As you can see Daniel places the rise of the Antichrist at the same time this generation would advance in knowledge and travel.  We are the generation Daniel wrote about and as you can see from this next report not only is this generation traveling more than any in history but also our increase in knowledge is getting us into trouble.  When you read the last days prophecies you learn it is all about controlling the people and the Antichrist will be the main expert in doing this.

Speaking about government control, are you aware that this year you will be forced to get a new drivers license?  Here is a fact for you that was disclosed on May 1, 2007, “According to a statement released today by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), states will now have until December 31, 2009 to implement the regulations of the Real ID act.  Do you know what this means?  If you do not get the new license you can’t board a plane, you can’t board a train, you can’t enter any Federal buildings, forget about getting financial help because without the ID your government benefits will go away, plus forget about opening up a check account.  If you think I am kidding do your own google search on the affects of the Real ID Act.  We know from scripture the Antichrist will control all people.  This nationalized ID is one of the footsteps to this control.  In your search you will also discover that most of the nations around the world including the third world nations are going to nationalize ID card.  We are witnessing the foundations of total control of all people.  As I said, at the end of the day it will be the Antichrist will be given the power to rule the World just as Christ warned he would.

Here is a more recent update about this issue. “Starting May 11, unless your home state agrees to comply with the federal Real ID Act or unless it asks for an extension, you should expect problems going through security at airports.”  When you click to the link below you will see a map of the U.S.. Click on the state you live in and find out how it will affect you and when.  Here is the point.  If you do not understand what is happening or why it is because you are not aware of what Jesus told you to keep on the watch for.  Of course Jesus didn’t say watch for the Real ID Act, but the believe would know what signs would lead up to the Antichrists rule.  These signs are all around us right now and for good reason.  We are very close to the Lord removing His Church out of this Earth.

I quote a section from that site. “Following the deadline of May 11, 2008, state driver's licenses and identification cards were not to be accepted for federal purposes unless the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) determined that a state was compliant with the REAL ID or a state had been approved for an extension by the Secretary of DHS.  All 56 U.S. jurisdictions have received an initial extension from the Secretary of the DHS.  The initial extension is valid until December 31, 2009. “

A few months ago I asked you to pay attention to what the European Union was doing.  I told you to look for the Lisbon Treaty to be signed in the near future.  I gave you facts that the Czech Republic and Ireland were the only nations left to deal with the treaty and when they did, the EU Constitution would be signed and Europe would have their first full time president since the union was formed.  It would also mean it will be the first time since the first Roman Empire that Europe would under the control of one man.  Today’s news bring us one step closer to this fulfillment.  I quote, “The Czech Republic took the first step toward ratification of the EU's new set of institutional rules on Wednesday (18 February), when the lower house of parliament gave the green light to the Lisbon treaty.” “Prague currently holds the six-month EU presidency but is the last member state to vote on the treaty, in a situation that did not go unnoticed in Brussels and other EU capitals.”  Now that all the members’ states have voted and said yes to the treaty the only nation that is putting the vote to the public is Ireland. Their vote is coming up and I assure you either they will accept the treaty or as a UK official said they will keep voting until it passes.  The point here is this, we are very close to seeing the full time seat for a new European President.  As soon as the treaty is signed there will be no more rotating president.  This is the position in which Jesus warned us about.  It is the seat of power that the Antichrist will rise to and as you can see, we are close, very close.

When you click to the link below look to the right side of the report and you will read the following information. “EU to decide on form of Isrish Lisbon guarantees by June.  The EU should be "ready to reach an agreement" on how to formalise the legal guarantees promised to Ireland so that it revotes on the Lisbon Treaty, "no later than in June," Czech deputy PM and current EU chair Alexandr Vondra said today. The guarantees could be linked to Croatia’s accession treaty. “  The EU is hoping to have the Lisbon Treaty signed by June and they are working with Ireland to make sure they pass it.  I hope you are paying attention to detail because once this treaty is signed that is a huge signal to all the believers, get your house in order because we are not far off from the rapture of the Church.

Since one of the major prophecies that hasn’t been fulfilled yet is Ezekiel chapters 38-39 it would be a good idea to keep a watch on Russia.  Russia was named by Ezekiel as the nation who will lead an invasion of nations on Israel in the last days.  Russia is is the midst of a economic disaster and  history has shown us that during times of economic hardships wars break out.  Read this short section from Newsweek and then I will explain what is means.

Fears that economic unrest will lead to political instability are widespread, says Ian Bremmer, president of Eurasia Group, a political-risk consulting firm, and Russia and China figure prominently in many forecasters' nightmare scenarios. In his forthcoming book, "The Fat Tail: The Power of Political Knowledge for Strategic Investing," Bremmer connects the dots between political disaster and economic turmoil and posits new ways to analyze and prepare for doomsday scenarios.”

One major doomsday scenario is found in Ezekiel 38 where Russia attacks Israel.  I think that as the economic crisis worsens and Russia becomes more unstable there is more of a chance that Russia will result to war to divert the public attention away from an economic crisis.  We know for a fact Israel will be launching an attack on Iran soon to remove the threat of Iran obtaining a nuclear bomb.  Russia could use this assault as an excuse to invade Israel and once again unite the people. At this point anything is possible, as you can see from the news oil has dropped to $32.00 a barrel and if it keeps dropping Russia will go broke and more unrest will hit Russia.  Why is this a doomsday scenario?  First of all it will mean a major war in the Middle East which may be some kind of nuclear war.  Either is will be nuclear or God Himself will send the fire as it states in Ezekiel.  Which ever it is we know from the prophecy that people won’t even be able to bury the dead until 5 months have passed.  However it goes down it will be bad.  Once this prophecy is fulfilled and the Antichrist confirms a covenant with Israel and many nations the 7 year tribulation time clock will have begun.  This my friends is the doomsday scenario!

Now let me toss in another piece of the Middle East puzzle for you.  After you see what is happening you should understand why these nations have just recently becomes best of friends.  I quote, “At a January 2009 meeting with Turkish Ambassador to Iran Salim Kara 'Othman Oglu, Parviz Davoudi, deputy to Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said: "In the new circumstances [that have emerged], the expansion of relations between Iran and Turkey is a necessity… As the two great powers [in the region], the two countries have a broad common denominator, and by deepening the cooperation between them, they could play a decisive role in [shaping] the regional and international balances [of power]… The support of the Turkish government and people for the oppressed people of Gaza showed that [Turkey] was taking an independent stance." The Turkish ambassador, for his part, said, "The government in Ankara is willing to broaden its relations with Tehran in all areas, and to the maximal extent."

Notice what was written in this section of the report. “"Everyone knows that the Muslim Brotherhood in Sunni countries – [both] Arab and non-Arab – is the most deeply rooted political movement to emerge in the last 120 years. It was established in Syria and Egypt… [and] now rules three countries, Turkey, Sudan, and Palestine, and plays a significant role in governing [several other] countries, such as Afghanistan, Pakistan, Lebanon, Jordan and Tunisia.”  Why did I highlight these nations in red?  The reason is that all these nations are the nations Ezekiel said would join forces and invade Israel with Russia.  As you can plainly see everything is lining up for the coming attack on Israel.  This by the way is taking place at the same time the EU is getting ready to pick their first full time president ever.  The timing to all these events are in perfect sink.  Now if you are an unbeliever you may dismiss all this news as coincidences.  If you do, you are blind to what is about to happen to you just as the people were months before the worldwide flood killed everyone during Noah’s generation.  You want to escape what is coming?  The only way that is going to happen is to give your life over to Christ.  At the end of my post you will see a prayer you can say to Christ asking Him to receive you and get you new life.

The other prophecy which hasn’t been fulfilled as of yet is found in Isaiah 17:1 and Jeremiah 49:24-27 where is says, “Damascus is waxed feeble, and turneth herself to flee, and fear hath seized on her: anguish and sorrows have taken her, as a woman in travail.  How is the city of praise not left, the city of my joy!  Therefore her young men shall fall in her streets, and all the men of war shall be cut off in that day, saith the LORD of hosts.  And I will kindle a fire in the wall of Damascus, and it shall consume the palaces of Benhadad.”  We found out today that we now have to toss into the mix the trouble that will be added between Syria and Israel over a chemical weapons facility.  I quote, ““Syria has been conducting extensive construction work on a chemical weapons facility in the country's northwest, satellite images obtained by the defense analyst group Jane's reveal.”  Israel is not going to take this kindly and will soon make news to address this issue.  What will cause Syria to be destroyed as the prophets warns?  We don’t know for sure but it could be as a result of many things that Syria and Israel are at odds with.  This chemical is just another one of those issues.  What we do know is this is happening all at the same time as the other signs are taking place.

If these signs don’t shake you up and gets you motivated to follow Christ and His warning signs for this generation maybe this sign will.  Jesus told His Apostles that in the end time there would be earthquakes in many place. “For the third time in three weeks, a small earthquake has rattled an area of north-central New Jersey. No damage or injuries were reported from the 2.3 magnitude quake, which was recorded shortly before 1:42 a.m. Wednesday.” When you watch the video at the link you will see the real reading on the Jersey quake was 3.0 which the center said was unusual.  Even places, which don’t normally feel quakes, are beginning to rock.  It is my prayer that when the ground beneath your feet begins to rock it will rock your heart to think about what Christ has warned you.

It is still early but so far on Feb. 18, 2009 there have already been 5 earthquakes over at least 5.1. There were two quakes that hit 5.4 and 5.9.  This sign by itself may not seem important but it is.  Why?  Because it is one of many signs Jesus said would be taking place all at the same time.  Our generation is the first generation to witness everything Jesus warned about that would take place all at the same time.
