Matthew 24:15 / Mark 13:14: Jesus warns His followers to look for the “abomination of desolation, spoken of by the prophet Daniel, standing in the holy place.” This necessitates a standing temple in Jerusalem during the end times .
2 Thessalonians 2:3-4: The Apostle Paul writes about a future “man of lawlessness” (or Antichrist) who will oppose God and take his seat in the “temple of God,” proclaiming himself to be God.
Revelation 11:1-2: The Apostle John is given a measuring rod and told to “measure the temple of God and the altar,” indicating the presence of a physical sanctuary in Jerusalem during the future Tribulation period .
Just a few years ago there was no way that these Jews would ever have been allowed to go up to the Temple Mount and sing such a song. This definitely shows the status quo is changing and this temple is in route.
