America in decline- Major earthquake-Nov. 17, 2008

Prophecy Sign:

Daniel chapter 2 and Revelation chapter 17.  These prophecies warn that a new modern day Roman Empire will be the last Empire to rule the world at the time Jesus returns at the second coming.  In order for the modern day Roman Empire to be lifted as the top ranked superpower America must decline. That modern day Empire is already standing today in the form of the European Union or (EU).  I give you countless facts in my book as to how this superpower shift is taking place right now.  Since the beginning of the year I told you what would happen in America.  I warned to watch for massive job layoffs and many big and small business would start to fold.  Everything I have warned you about is taking place and is getting worse. Today we read a report from New York released by the (AP) which stated, “Citigroup Inc. is shedding approximately 53,000 more employees in the coming quarters as the banking giant struggles to steady itself after suffering massive losses from deteriorating debt. The New York-based bank, which has already reduced its assets by about 20 percent since the first quarter of the year, also plans to trim expenses by 19 percent in 2009 from third-quarter levels, to $50 billion.  The French President has stated several time in the past few weeks that America is losing its power.  Today’s headline in one report released by CNSNews ran the following headline, “France’s Sarkozy Says U.S> Power in Global Econonomy is Diminishing.”  As the economic crisis gets much worse in the U.S. you will hear more reports about the decline of America!  Here is the point.

This doesn’t mean the EU won’t have economic problems, they will.  What it means is at the end of the day one man will rise from the EU to take control of the world economic crisis.  Everything taking place in our world economy is to bring out this man who is the man who will exalt himself and is also known as the man of sin or Antichrist.  The crisis you are watching on the news will get much worse and it will take time but nation after nation will find their selves headlong in this global problem until the world cries out for someone to fix it.

The U.S. is on the verge of a new Depression and the government will hold back as long as they can before coming out and saying it.  The EU is also having major problems and are under way trying to bail out their failing institutions.  Today we also learned that Japan is in is economic turmoil. I quote, “Japan's economy has entered its first recession since 2001 after shrinking by 0.1% in the third quarter. The world's second-biggest economy had previous shrunk by 0.9% in the April to June quarter. "The downtrend in the economy will continue for the time being as global growth slows," said Japanese Economy Minister Kaoru Yosano. The eurozone officially slipped into recession last week, and the US is expected to follow. "We need to bear in mind that economic conditions could worsen further as the US and European financial crisis deepens, worries of economic downturn heighten and stock”

Prophecy Sign: Luke 21:11 warns us great earthquakes shall be in various places.  On November 14, 2008 I wrote the following in my post. “Today we saw more big quakes. There was a 5.9 earthquake which hit the  Bouvet Island Region and a 5.4 quake off the Coast of Oregon.  Recently we have seen many of these quakes being reported in our seas and oceans start looking for them to move to land!  In many of my previous post I warn you, you will begin to see some huge earthquakes being reported.  It has only been 3 days since I told you to watch for the quakes to move to the land. In the news today is a report about one such huge earthquake.  “A powerful 7.5-magnitude earthquake struck off the Indonesian island of Sulawesi early Monday, killing two people, toppling hundreds of homes and forcing thousands to flee houses and hotels. The quake triggered a tsunami warning from US officials for an area within 1,000 kilometres (620 miles) of the epicentre but a similar alert by Indonesia was withdrawn shortly after being issued. Indonesian crisis centre official Rustam Pakaya said a 56-year-old man was killed and 23 people were injured in Kwandang village, Gorontalo province.

Jesus told us that when the last generation entered into the last days the birth pains would intensify. My friends that is exactly what we are seeing take place with all of the signs. Fact is, the media is even reporting on these signs. However, they probably don’t even know the connection between what they are reporting compare to the Word of God.  I quote, “MOSCOW. (Andrei Kislyakov, scientific commentator, for RIA Novosti) – The world geological community is warning that today's seismic activity on our planet is nothing compared with what's to come.”  It is my prayer that you who do not believe in Christ’s warning will come to know the truth!  Jesus wants you to believe in Him and He is giving you countless signs His Words are true.  Stay with me in the coming year and I will point out these signs to encourage you to receive Christ as your Savior.  Either it will be Jesus you face soon or the Antichrist.  Which one loves you?
