I have a list of reports from 2025, and 2026. Hardly a week goes by now where we don’t see news concerning Islam and what it is doing to our society. The major problem is this, where Islam goes Muslims do not assimilate to the culture they move to. Their goal is to take it over and spread their radical Eastern religion. They have one goal which is to stamp out all other religions and make everyone submit or else! In Revelation 20:4 we see that anyone who does not take the mark of the Antichrist will be beheaded. I ask you, who have we seen in the news that beheads people? Those who hold to radical Islam. Pray for those in Islam that they meet Jesus Christ and be set free of the hate they carry. No real Christian wants them to be barred from heaven.

August 7, 2026 – The Left’s False Prophet James Talarico is the ‘Smiling Face of the Red-Green Alliance that Spits on Christians and Jews to Elevate Islam’
A new poll shows that Islam-serving Democratic Rep. James Talarico is leading Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton in the race for the Senate there. Talarico is the face of the Red-Green Alliance and he makes it a habit to hate on both Christians and Jews while elevating Islam. Time to take a stand Texas.
Christians believe we are living in the “last days” because they see a combination of biblical prophecies and current world conditions that they believe resemble what Scripture says will happen before Christ’s return.
Here are the main reasons:
1. Jesus said there would be recognizable signs
In Matthew 24, Jesus described events preceding His return, including:
- Wars and rumors of wars
- Nation rising against nation
- Famines
- Earthquakes
- Persecution of Christians
- False prophets and deception
- Increasing lawlessness
- The gospel being preached throughout the world
Jesus also warned that these things would be like “the beginning of sorrows” (Matthew 24:8).
2. The return of Israel is considered especially significant
For many prophecy teachers, the establishment of Israel as a nation in 1948 is one of the most important developments.
They connect this with passages such as Ezekiel 36–37, which describe Israel being gathered back to its land. Jesus also used the fig tree in Matthew 24:32–34 as an illustration that many interpreters associate with Israel.
However, Christians disagree about whether the fig tree specifically represents Israel.
3. Jerusalem and the Middle East remain central
Biblical prophecy repeatedly focuses on Jerusalem, Israel, and surrounding nations.
Passages in Zechariah, Daniel, Ezekiel, Matthew 24, and Revelation describe major events involving Israel and Jerusalem. Because the Middle East continues to experience conflict and geopolitical realignment, many Christians see this region as particularly significant.
4. The world is experiencing enormous technological change
Some Christians believe modern technology makes certain prophetic events conceivable in ways that weren’t possible historically.
For example, Revelation 13 describes the ability to control buying and selling. Modern worldwide financial systems, digital identification, artificial intelligence, surveillance technology, and instantaneous communication cause some people to wonder whether the technological infrastructure necessary for such a system is developing.
The Bible, however, does not explicitly say that modern technology is the fulfillment of these things.
5. Global communication makes worldwide evangelism possible
Jesus said:
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”
—Matthew 24:14
Today, television, radio, the internet, smartphones, and translation technology allow the gospel to reach people virtually everywhere.
Many Christians therefore see this as an important development.
6. Increasing lawlessness and moral decline
Jesus said:
“And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.”
—Matthew 24:12
Paul similarly warned about difficult conditions in the “last days” in 2 Timothy 3:1–5, describing people as lovers of themselves, lovers of money, disobedient, unthankful, and lacking self-control.
Many Christians look at contemporary society and believe these descriptions are becoming increasingly evident.
7. The Bible describes a final global system
Daniel, 2 Thessalonians, and Revelation describe a future period involving:
- A powerful final ruler commonly called the Antichrist
- A worldwide system of political and economic control
- Major wars and judgments
- Severe persecution
- A final confrontation involving the nations
- The return of Jesus Christ
This is why developments involving international alliances, Middle Eastern peace agreements, global economics, and conflicts can attract considerable attention among students of prophecy.
But there is an important biblical qualification
The Bible gives signs, but Jesus specifically warned against assuming that people can calculate the exact date.
Jesus said:
“But of that day and hour knoweth no man.”
—Matthew 24:36
And there is another important point: “the last days” technically began with the coming of Christ, according to the New Testament. Peter, for example, described his own generation as being in the last days (Acts 2:16–17), and Hebrews 1:2 says God has spoken to us “in these last days” through His Son.
So there are really two ways Christians use the expression:
- Theological sense: the last days began with Jesus’ first coming.
- Prophetic/end-times sense: Christians use “last days” to describe the period immediately preceding Christ’s Second Coming.
Why people believe now may be especially significant
The argument isn’t normally based on one event. It is the perceived convergence of several things: Israel’s restoration, Middle Eastern developments, global conflict, technological capabilities, worldwide communication, increasing secularism/lawlessness, and the possibility of global political and economic systems described in prophetic passages.
